Hi Jonzie, Your question is interesting and I think is about responsibility. The ancient Lyrians may have altered our DNA but we don't know the circumstances around this. It may have been that they altered the DNA of Lyrians who desired the resulting physical augmentation and who wanted to be able to fight without fear. Remember that we were the ancient Lyrians ourselves and so not separate from them and so WE made this choice and are the humans that represented this diversion. Not everyone goes into the army on Earth but the ones that do benefit from the physical regime and discipline. It could be that they now know that correcting our DNA could further the problems associated with us not taking responsibility for ourselves. Think of the practicalities of the Plejaren altering all Earth human DNA: They would have to come out of hiding and appear on a global scale and we already know the problems associated with this and our habit of making them Gods or losing our minds. Perhaps there are future possibilities that they can see where the ancient DNA change resulted in us honing abilities that will lead to us having more amazing abilities in the future that have never before been possessed by human beings. This is hinted at in the prophecies. I remember when I first started rolling skating as a kid I had to hire really inferior roller skates with misaligned wheels until I got some brand new skates. When I got these new skates, I just took off - skating backwards, spread eagle, etc. I wouldn't have strengthened my legs so much without a year of using cheap bad skates. I think we need to stop thinking so much as us and them. It may be easy to think that we got the bum end of the deal but I think that we are all one and so our failing is their failing and vice versa. Also remember creational laws where we must accept our lives with gratitude and not be greedy for what our neighbour possesses. I do not really know what FIGU is and have read just a little about the teachings. The reason I am here is because I am having telepathic contact with aliens. I just sent this to a number of people connected to "exopolitics", feel free to use if you wish: To all concerned, Having just returned from visiting with Billy Meier in Switzerland (where there were two separate sightings of up to three of the Plejaren ships, witnessed by at least five people including two Austrian physicists and a Swedish industrial designer) it's really quite heartening to see that Rick Keefe has posted some of the information given to Meier by Semjase at http://ufohypotheses.com//. While I am willing to overlook Keefe's inaccurate statements about me (I don't mind criticism but it would be nice if it was accurate and substantiated) I do want to make it clear that Meier's information not only in no way supports the claims of Ralph Amagran, aka "Alex Collier", but it actually further indicts him as a fraud (Meier himself also names "Collier" as one) because it is clearly explained that no earth human is capable of interacting with the Andromedans, let alone the Plejaren (except Meier). Even Meier himself was not able to communicate directly with the Andromedans who visited him and whose light-energy ships he actually photographed. I am going to focus on some positive suggestions for the members of "exopolitics" but I do have to point out a couple of necessary things. First, the questions and challenges I posed to the leaders and members of this group were, of course, not answered since there is no substantiation for any of the claims that form the foundation of this group. Secondly, while we were all treated to Salla's stunningly evasive and amateurish comments regarding his having "found no evidence of fraud" regarding "Alex Collier" (and, of course, his inability to produce any evidence whatsoever to support those claims) something else quite obvious must also be pointed out. People who use aliases usually do so for very suspect reasons, i.e. to cover up criminal, dishonest, deceptive activities, to hide the truth about their lives and who they really are, etc. Had I not casually told the story of my meeting and knowing Ralph Amagran in the 1980s, he and Salla might have gotten away with the perpetration of this fraud completely unchallenged. However, my having brought forth this information, first in 1998 and then again several years ago when challenged by Salla, will ultimately prove to be not only the undoing of this colossal hoax but may well save many of you some otherwise very rude, and costly, awakenings. But you do bear responsibility for your (for the "exopolitics" people here) gullibility and complete lack of critical thinking. In comparison, had Salla been vouching for the claims of "Collier" as an exalted surgeon, for instance, I'm sure that at least some of you would have done just a tad of due diligence to check on his background before letting him operate on you. But, while there are many surgeons in our world, there are very few people who actually claim to be in contact with people from other worlds and of those who do make such claims, obviously, none but Meier can substantiate them, as our friend Rick is apparently also recognizing. Now, for the positive suggestions that I alluded to above, the first one I have is that all of the various members of "exopolitics" do some research into the freely available information in the Meier case (at www.theyfly.com and sites linked from it) and compare it to the information provided by the leadership of your organization for specificity, authenticity, substantiation and actual value. In other words, do for yourselves the same thing that I, and others, have done that enabled us to draw informed conclusions about the Meier case and about the truth about extraterrestrials, their UFOs, their message, teaching, etc. for us. From this research and effort you can then determine if you're on a productive course. Of course you don't have to join any group, believe anything or pay for silly, exorbitant "galactic ambassador trainings" led by people who have, quite obviously, concocted such completely delusional things solely out of a desire for financial profit. My suggestion for Raplh Amagran is as follows. Please come clean to all the people that you have misled with your false claims and false identity and simply admit that you did indeed study thousands of pages of Meier's information and then began to concoct and formulate your story about being a "genuine, lifelong Andromedan contactee" using some of this information. Let people know that you didn't have malicious intent when you did this but that you let this get away from you when you found that you could parlay it into a profitable, and/or otherwise personally satisfying to you, endeavor. Admit that, indeed, there is no "Alex Collier", that your name is Ralph Amagran, that you had been (or at least told people like me that you were) a former IRS agent, unemployed and came up with all this "contacteee" stuff when you were looking for a new way to make money. Ask people to actually...forgive you for this misstep on your life path and that you hope that they will understand and send their good, supportive thoughts to you and your family. My suggestion for Michael Salla is to realize that by promoting unsubstantiated, nonsensical information about extraterrestrials, and being stubborn and defensive when challenged to provide evidence, logic, etc. for such claims, and trying to sell "trainings", etc., you are, by definition, absolutely and completely unqualified to do, is harmful to yourself, your family and others who have received and trusted this information. I would suggest that you, likewise, reconsider and admit that you have gone down a path that isn't what you really intended, and that has resulted in your letting yourself be misled and misleading others as well. Likewise, I would suggest to Albert Webre, Paola Harris, Stephen Bassett and others that they prioritize self-honesty over self-importance. And, as a fallible human being who is also involved in a constant search for truth, trying always to be in integrity and willing to make the necessary course corrections in life, I truly suggest this without intending any attacks on them personally. We are all responsible for what we think, feel and do, for our creations on all levels...and this is one of the core teachings in the Meier case. So, when people hold themselves accountable, when they prioritize truth and the evolution of consciousness over fame, fortune, etc. they create a positive influence in the world. As you will see from your own delving into the Meier material, as well as from just clear observation of the everyday world, our focus must be on our own lives here, on our personal integrity, on our being cooperative in our search for solutions to our everyday problems, longstanding and pressing as they are. No one is coming to save us, meet us, distract us from our problems, etc. If if you could meet extraterrestrials (which you can't) or Meier (who writes the spiritual teaching for the Plejaren) in truth, effectively, it wouldn't mean that much to you. What would mean something to you, what may mean more to you than anything else, is to become familiar with the abundant, profound and extremely valuable information and specific spiritual teaching that the Plejaren, their forefathers, Meier and the six prophets before him have brought, or attempted to bring, to us for the past several thousand years. Simply by prioritizing this search, by determining for yourselves the value of this voluminous information and teaching, you can make a significant change in your own lives, in your own consciousnesses and, then, in the world at large. The choice should be clear then, whether to create, promote, distract oneself with, and attempt to make financial gain by, illusory, unreal completely escapist information or to attend to the real work at hand, the work of consciousness, evolution and spiritual growth. Ramirez, Keep in mind that the official explanation on this craft is that it was a 'roundwing aircraft', whose single wing should enable quick takeoffs from aircraft carriers, etc. And, though it certainly accounts for some sightings of UFOs, it certainly doesn't account for sightings of craft marked in English performing manoeuvers impossible even for a helicopter, such as the 'black triangles'. In light the p r o v e n testimonies of those involved in the development and testing of anti-gravitional aircraft AND spacecraft, it is clear that much of what we see, that is NASA, etc., is just a charade meant to keep ignored the effective space program, apparently run by the Navy, which may even already have bases on the Moon and Mars. Of course, this does somewhat belong in this section, since such technology was either obtained from crashed UFOs, or given indiscriminately to terrestrial shadow governments by the Gizeh Intelligences. Preston Nichols, who was supposedly involved in the Montauk Project, claims in his book 'Encounter in the Pleiades' to have entered a beamship which had been given to the USA government for reverse engineering by Nazi-like self-titled 'Pleiadeians' who had also apparently backed Hitler. He was heavily programmed and, if his account is true, directly trained from childhood by the Bafath, using Real Vision technology, to build secret weaponry and mind-control equipment under the employment of, for instance, Brookhaven National Laboratories. Whatever the case, Long Island is full of blatant 'satanically'-associated locations and 'Illuminati' place names, such as Babylon, wherein the Amityville Horror is supposed to have occurred, and Montauk Point, by which many historical occultists have performed important rituals meant to harness and control the grid of so-called ley-lines as apparently discovered by Bruce Cathie. Bob Lazar claims to have seen various craft at Area 51 which incidentally either looked exactly like some of the Plejaren beamships, or at least strikingly similar. J_rod, Bill Cooper, like Phil Schneider, did have a lot of evidence for his involvement in these things, but both of them seem to have been heavily programmed and Bill Cooper then mixed his information with religious non-sense, etc. It is possible that they and others like them were just set up to desensitise the 'masses' to some of the facts of ETs, partly corrupted, in preparation for the staged alien invasion (Project Greenstar, which is in fact real, unfortunately). It is interesting, though, to note that those who have had well-documented involvement in these things report various stages of collapse or destruction of these projects culminating in 1979-1983, precisely the time following the Bafath's banishment from Earth. This suggests some major setbacks in plans for such things as a staged second coming of 'Christ' and staged alien invasion. However, there are also reports of skirmishes between terrestrial shadow groups and some kind of mixed civilisation living underneath the Earth's crust and in different dimensions, which have supposedly continued to this day. The inhabitants of the 'Inner Earth' are universally described as regular humans with a few unusual traits, and/or as 'reptilians' (sauroids) (and these 'sauroid' beings actually are described as looking very much like the Men in Black, for instance as having an androgynous exalted caste with eyes that glow 'in the Bush like a torch' (Credo Mutwa)), although this topic remains controversial due to David Icke's books. It is also clear that the use of anti-gravity technology and EM weapons has only increased since the 1980s. Regarding the 'Skrill', who are not extraterrestrials but intraterrestrial extradimensionals, they must be heavily involved in -something- on this planet in this dimension for their bio-organic flight objects to account for so many sightings as Ptaah has said they do. The fact that their name translates to 'dimension-changers' in their own language and to 'the degenerates' in the Plejaren language may tell us a lot about them. The 'Draco' are said to be ruled by androgynous or all-male warriors who reproduce by parthenogenesis, which would be the result of precisely the kind of degenerate, narcissistic homosexuality and subsequent genetic engineering that the Plejaren have warned us against. These human beings ('sie sind ja Menschen' clarified Ptaah) are also very often sighted at extremely degenerate human sacrifice and/or rape rituals, corresponding to the kind that ancient Roman narcissistically & degenerately homosexual warriors engaged in, involving all the same Roman-style necromancy (Totenbeschwörerei) upon the corpses of raped and murdered children and utilisation of the psychic forces released through torture and death. Thomas Costello gave an intriguing account of his work at Dulce, New Mexico, which discusses his co-labour with sauroid human beings of the 'worker caste' of the Draco. He describes the craft of this race as mostly bio-organic and capable of distortion of space such that the interior is much larger than the exterior. Kabbalistically, the 'degenerate' section of existence has always been called the 'Qliphoth', represented as a seven-headed dragon (the 'Draco' are said to have 7 castes). The word 'Qliphah' translates from Hebrew to 'whore', 'hell' or 'shell', and refers to the excrement of the Universe, which is a kind of extreme anti-natural or satanic force. This force is said to encircle the material universe and to live in evil men. The serpent also refers to Apophis, the Egyptian Satan, or the virulent Mast or Phallus which attempts to homogenise, destroy, and conquer existence through 'chaos'. At the very least there is a deep psychological and mythological connexion here. Those who have historically been associated with this 'current' are and were the harlot cults going back to that of Ishtar in Babylon, who performed bloody sacrifices regularly unto their 'virgin whore'. The 'Virus' of the Apophic rulers, or 'the Masters' has been represented by a Penis, also called 'Pindar', which is partly a play on the name of the Shakespearian character 'Pander', or Panderer of the Whores, who translate in these terms to precisely the same kind of whore that Cathy O'Brien was, that is, a mind-controlled sex slave. Using the methods of Wilhelm Reich, sexual programming is supposed to be able to completely enslave a human being and make them do anything, e.g. assassinate or self-demean, for their 'master'. These techniques are certainly real and were developed using billions of dollars of funding by projects run by the Navy and ostensibly by the CIA. There is clearly an ENORMOUS amount of weaponry in place to keep so much control as possible in the hands of those European families who call themselves 'Israelis' (though these probably shouldn't be confused with the dupes who do their bidding in the USA, Israel, the EU, etc.). This group tends to use reversals everwhere, e.g. they call their movement (quite officially), the 'New World Order', though anyone who examines it knows that it is determined to maintain a very old 'world order', and is directly opposed to any emergent world government other than it. N.W.O also represents 666 in English, and Scorpio-Taurus-Capricorn in Kabbalah. Similarly, this group was definitely behind the Club of Rome, and thereby hijacked the movement to control the world population. They also hijacked democracy and used it to maintain cryptocratic control of all the real centres of power. With the amount of information that has come public about these activities, they have relied on their 'blinds' to get foolish 'conspiracy theorists' to believe that they are behind population control and world peace movements in general, while they have actually infiltrated them to serve their own purposes. You must understand how conspiracies really work. Much the same way that the mafia does. Except that the mafia are rather stupid in comparison to the so-called 'Illuminati', the 13 families. They rely a lot on assumptions of belief, such as the idea that the kinds of results they get in ritualistic settings are not possible, on religions, which they universally control, and on public incredulity in general regarding the extreme depths of evil in which they willingly engage. Most people seem to form their opinions based on what they were taught in school and what they see on television. In this way, a foggy illusion is cast over reality, preventing cognition of the effective truth unless one uses one's own bare reason. Be careful not to believe anything you see or hear these days about conspiracy theories, because most of it is produced by the exact same people who are behind the conspiracies. For instance, a man who openly all but worships the Windsor family (one of the 13 families) and bears a title to English nobility, while attacking their cousins, the Rothschilds, pretends to be anti-masonic. He fails to mention that the Queen herself is the Grand Patroness of Freemasonry worldwide, and that all of the major players in the Royal Family are Masons. Incidentally, his family crest has alchemical symbolism representing duality and deception, and not just the metal of the moon, silver. Beware that because of your high profile, they might send a female to you for programming or sabotage purposes, as happened to Stewart Swerdlow. Matthew, During my recent trip to the center, I had the pleasure again of working with friends from all over the world on various projects pertaining to maintenance, etc. I even sat in with Billy and a couple of the people who are working on the very difficult task of doing the translation of the Kelch into English. And I had a chance to spend time talking with Billy and other members about many things. So I guess it will come as a surprise that nothing even remotely resembling all of this "conspiracy" stuff even came up. So, with the reintroduction of all of this "after midnight with a good cup of coffee" machinating, just what is the value that this speculative, half-truth, ghost story material supposed to have? It seems that Meier wants us to focus on the spiritual teaching, the consciousness and evolution related information, especially the core elements of self-responsibility, cause and effect and reincarnation. And while this may be the section to discuss ET intervention, etc., how's about some self-responsibility as far as what we post here? Having said that, I am genuinely appreciative of your concern, Matthew, about these other matters. But I do have to admit that I wish that they'd at least TRY to corrupt me with some irresistible female. The problem may be that I'm really not important enough to waste their "resources" on. Actually, if you think about it, the intelligence communities probably know more about the information in the case than you, I, and most of the rest of us, do as they would have the best translators available to them, etc. But that's still no reason for them to not help me get a hot date and push my resistance to the limits. All the truly sidetracking statements you crammed into this 3rd post of yours is ringing my, 'Oh no, here we go again to crazyworld', bell. It's your choice how you wish to follow this pathway, but if it were myself I would rethink maybe how deep down the rabbit hole you should go. Hello, At present I cannot see the value of this topic area. So many claims are and have been made by many people about their "own" contacts etc, but who has any proof of anything? The bringing forth of Billy's pictures to the public, was in my opinion to catch people's attention, but beyond that the teachings are the real essence of the mission. From everything I have read, most of the real ET Intervention has occurred in our somewhat distant path, but is relatively non-existent presently except for Billy's contacts which are still ongoing. Billy has stated after his passing, the Plejarens will withdraw from earth, so at that point unless some type of contact is forthcoming from a group of beings from another sun system, there will be no ET Intervention whatsover or extremely minimal at best. I find this topic may provide interesting fodder for some, but I don't really understand the true significance of it, other than bringing forth more endless claims and counter claims. Scott | ||

Regarding the "degenerate" section leads to questions concerning negativity & evil in general which have always puzzled me. Lets take the 314 trillion year cycle of expansion by Creation after a sleep period. From the basic central core expands an unfolding Creation via a big bang. Slowly forms emerge then life of an intelligent nature begins and gradually seeds parts of the universe. Somewhere spirit enters individual life forms & the beginings of re-incarnation occur. If a so called evil emerges how can that be unless the pattern or potential is already part of the thought process of the Creation which made the manifestation of the Creation possible. The evil is a tangible identifiable something .... yes ? So from nothing such a thing cannot simply manifest unless the laws governing the parameters of possibility include it ... yes ? Gradually all we confront now has built up somehow and yes I agree those so oriented towards negativity seem to tap into or connnect with a particular stream. Secondly the matter of the occult. Here I have some issues about the actual connection to, effectiveness of & physical-psychological process involved regarding the so called "satanic" rituals. Are you of the opinion or have specific knowledge that those affected & participating are susceptible through enviromental influence (control or influence by others) to open these connections subjectively or are they attracted to and willingly participating more as an interlinked group connection to a collective archetype energy stream much like a gang who as individuals have very limited power so take to hanging about a leader for personal amplification purposes ? Scott, I thought they already withdrew everything except a few scout ships and telemeter discs (and the unknown devices) way back in 1995? When Billy passes on will they not even monitor our planet any longer? I cannot see them wasting their and Billy's time all these years to then remove ALL forms of protection and warning systems which would prevent galactic bandits from exterminating us for whatever reasons they might have. They've saved our bacon in the past, they will surely save our bacon again if necessary. To conclude otherwise is illogical dont you agree? I already realise they wont stop us nuking ourselves into oblivion of course.
