A 7.7 earthquake just happened offshore of northern Sumatra a couple hours ago. No tsunami is expected, but the islands were shaken severely. |

Hi Randy, "It is interesting to note: the ring of fire which encircles the Pacific Ocean has had a recent occurrence of counter clockwise quakes epicenters in Japan, Sumatra, Venato Islands, Chili, Haiti and now Los Angeles and that the ring has not budged too much in Northern California/ Oregon region. This could be due to the fact lubricating oil remains within the fault line in this area... I don't know." Or it's like there is a ring with a blockage at a certain part and counterclockwise pressure waves are building up gradually against that blockage but as yet unable to break through. When they do the main pent up force will gravitate towards west coast. Like huffing and puffing below till finally sufficient force agitates itself against the block causing the house on top to come down .... maybe ? Cheers.

http://www.aolnews.com/nation/article/chopra-blames-own-meditation-for-baja-quake/19426755 ""Had a powerful meditation just now -- caused an earthquake in Southern California," Chopra wrote to his nearly 179,000 Twitter followers shortly after the quake. And then, to clarify: "Was meditating on Shiva mantra & earth began to shake," he tweeted. "Sorry about that." "

Well, in the past I've found Chopra's Trance and Dental Medication useful when having a cavity filled and I benefit from the Trance and Mental Dedication for staying focused on my studies. But this new, potentially earth shattering application may hold promise for people suffering from symptoms of Premature Evacuation. |

At 9:40 UTC a 7.1 earthquake just happened near the Solomon Islands. No tsunami expected. I just read on Calsky.com that the moon apogee just occurred which means that the moon is in the portion of orbit that brings it closest to earth. This nearer approach could have a higher gravitational impact on the plate tectonics and help trigger larger earthquakes. |

At 1:25 UTC a 7.1 earthquake hit Yushu County in China the loss of life is climbing. The quake flattened schools with children inside. The quake put large cracks in a huge dam that was near the epicenter. There is fear that the dam will give way and flood the villages downstream. |

Here is a news story related to the impact of the earthquake in southern Qinghai China. The USGS analysis puts the quake at 6.9 but the Chinese seismologists say it was 7.1. Either way, due to the shallow depth of the earthquake, the damage to property was severe. This quake is on the same fault line that produced the 8.0 quake in May 2008. That quake in 2008 was apparently triggered by the dam and resulting lake that was built near the fault line. Copy and paste in the URL above. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/15/world/asia/15quake.html |

http://green.autoblog.com/2010/04/15/u-s-military-warns-of-oil-production-shortage-by-2015/ "U.S. military warns of oil production shortage by 2015 The U.S. military thinks we're one step closer to peak oil, the point at which oil demand will forever outstrip oil supply, and therefore we're one step closer to fighting over the last rusting cans of gasoline like so many scraps of meat." |

Nobody ever remembers the Alaska Pipeline Fiasco! Plenty of crude oil but no one has the gold to back up the refinery process! It's just another intentional road block to cause fear and confusion so that the fat cats on top can up the price again, again and again! Boy! What fools we truly really are, if we fall for that one! It's the oldest ploy, in the Book! p.s. We are the only countries, in the world that cannot afford their own prosperity! The End! First you forget names, then you forget faces. Hi Bruce, wouldn't that be a good thing if the military had to stop fighting wars due to oil shortages. Defeated by rations. Sounds pretty good to me. "How the hell would you know what my line looks like, it's imaginary." - my Dad, after being told by the police to walk a straight line.

Dear friends, It pays to see all this fake "energy crisis" in the perspective of what is real. This little article by Vivienne is a little dated, but still useful for everybody still arguing about fossil fuel sources. http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/gaiaguys/Free_Clean_Energy.htm Salome, Dyson |

Yes, that scaremongering article forgot to mention anything about all the natural gas reserves left as well as other forms of oil reserves too, eg huge oil sand reserves in Canada and Venezuela. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oil_sands |

Just curious, in regards to climate change, has Billy addressed why Mars is also warming? And what percentage of the apparent solar activity is responsible for earth's warming trend? Here are a couple of articles about that: Climate change hits Mars http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/article1720024.ece A Gloomy Mars Warms Up http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/05/070527101114.htm "All truth passes through three stages. Markcampbell, yes, bio-diesel is a wasteful endeavour as this fuel comes mostly from plant seeds, which again are cultivated in areas where plant/vegetables for human consumption could have been grown. And even most areas where grass occur naturally are good enough to be fertilised to produce vegetables for human consumption. Salome. Suv

Smukhuti Member Could the grass ( not corn or other food ) seeds be planted in hydro-farm areas , such as a tower ? Would that save the space ? Is fuel even necessary ? Perhaps fuel is of no importance , or so it would seem , by your comment . So , a suitable solution would be what exactly ? MC |

"So , a suitable solution would be what exactly ?" Fixing the anachronistic, obsolete and erroneous model of electrodynamics to accommodate the demonstrated reality of free energy from the vacuum. http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/gaiaguys/Free_Clean_Energy.htm http://www.cheniere.org/ |
