Hi All,
I'm not sure what I've missed in this conversation but I believe a few things:
1. There is free cosmic and/or magnetic energy. 2. We just don't have it yet because the "powers that be" (my mild name for them) have kept it from us - like a lot of things. 3. At least since Roswell and other crashes the US and other countries have back-engineered ET Technology and have it.
Please wake up and smell the roses.

We are talking dirty energy demand side. The era of fuel burning vehicles must end … and soon so! eCars’ range and hassle refilling batteries are current prime obstacles for surmounting their tiny niche. What’s not to like about next generation batteries, avoiding hazardous metals, running on amino acids basis, lowering TCO? Sizable work remains for evolving connector tech, in-car battery management systems, agreeing on industry standards for them and charging stations. Last not least: pushing government policies that promote the change. As far as StoreDot’s CEO is concerned, it could be a 5 years journey.
Remains the known about supply side task: getting people to realize that an improved geothermal has to become earth’s next dominating energy generation tech.

That was a nice article. I liked how they are going to implement the batteries in cell-phones first, then move on to EV's secondly. Hopefully their work bears some harnessable fruit, as slow charging batteries, and limits to range, hold back EV's from being more mainstream. We desperately need electric vehicles to phase out internal combustion engines (ICE[explosion motor]), so we can lower carbon emissions from vehicles on this planet. And as you say, we really need a governmental push to promote EV's to the masses.

Thanks for the link, it was good to read contact 437 again. Seeing as nothing is being done about global warming, and it's root cause: overpopulation, I suppose the polar bear becoming extinct is a genuine concern. About the only thing being done is, the world slowly moving away from coal, and the renewables like solar, and wind, gaining slow, but steady, ground in various countries around the world, especially in China. The only downside is, the world has yet the realize deep-drilled geothermal is only renewable that we need. Maybe in time the world will catch up to Billy's (& the P's) recommendations.

Interesting; unless I'm missing something, what does this accomplish? They endorse Declarations from 1972 to 2012 on everything that we have talked about in this forum; still not much has really happened with respect to the various government leaders action items. No ones feet are held to the fire; so to speak. |

No, your basically right, it's something to sign, and then nothing will be done about this, or anything of value in the future, until our race learns from hardship, and misery. This validates what Billy said in FIGU special bulletin 93: "And with more absorption, less soil -- as well as pesticides and fertilizers -- will run off the surface to pollute waterways, and more filtered freshwater will refill underground aquifers, explained Eric Brevik, a soil scientist at Dickinson State University."
Billy specifically mentioned the runoff of pesticides, fertilizers, and other poisons to our planet's water supply.

Have been writing to many organisations about Geothermal energy for few years, but as always, it is no where to be heard of, however, how many are aware that Canberra/ Australia does use geothermal energy?

Bianca, I think it is only when we have the new technology needed to be able to drill deep holes is when Geothermal can be used almost anywhere on Earth. By drilling deeper, the heat becomes greater thus being able to generate the necessary power needed to make the operation profitable and worth doing. That's what I think I recall was the reason. |

This drill hole is not for Geo thermal, as far as I understand but for what reasons we will never know. However, I do know that geothermal drilling does not require such incredible depths and so why does Canberra is benefitting for its free technology.
I read recently that some local engineer not far from where I live, indeed use this tech in his private home.

Bianca, At 30 feet below the surface you will find that the temp is the avg mean temp which is very useable. But to power a small population with steam turbines more effort is needed.

It is my speculation only but I am suspecting that there are nore causal factors that contribute towards GW than EMF, radio- microwaves, co2, pollution, methane gas, bromine gas, overpopulation, deforestation, decimation of faunal and floral lifeforms, destruction of phytoplanktons, the sun, our twin sun, our industrial activities, extraction and use of fossil fuels, use of combustion engines, just to name a few.
I am seeing heck of a lot of houses, buildings, office towers, bitumen roads, concrete structures, not to mention cars, solar panels, corrugated iron in the form of colourbond house building materials that goes into making roofs, glass windows, metal road signage, tires, sheet metals that covers the exterior of most factories and manufacturing facilities, exposed oil, gas and water pipes, deserts and sand dunes, plastic waste, landfills, automobiles, container ships, trucks, buses, and planes.
Now had we left earth's natural environment as prestine as nature formed it our Gaia would, through its natural mechanism, dissipated much of the natural heat from the sun as well as from its interior resulting in exact balance and equallibrium.
But no through our own ignorance, greed, money whoring, materialistic usurious activities and constantly multiplying like rabbits we have thus unseizingly created many 'Stuffs' that act as heat absorbers, heat mulitipliers and heat trappers in the form of something as simple as corrugated housing roofs.
Whilst these stuff provide a certain need for human beings we have inadvertently disrupted our nature's natural mechanism and inexorably altered it's natural chemical composition to sustain carbon based lifeforms.
So essential we are cooking ourselves and everything around us into Sunday roast
Thus overpopulation=more of manmade everything=more heat pollution=more destruction of nature=more threat to our survival as a species=maybe good for Creation and other ET civilisations as what degenerated badly and end in destruction should so as not to menace the good ones.
