These are dangerous words in dangerous times:
Countries that are heavily in debt or face an economical downturn may easily fly into anger.
There are many urgent global issues that humanity should and can only solve in unison.
A focus on and close co-operation in these areas – a book, thoughts and discussions about this topic - would be much more helpful.

At first glance, General Shirreff is a fool; it appears that he is only trying to make notoriety which will also boost his book sale profits. Nonetheless, many General's are tied into the Military Industrial Complex to help promote the continuation of war through the prolifacation of more and more weapons. If there were no Wars, there would be no need for War Generals. To be clear, I'm not putting down military officers; at one time I was in the military myself.

My thoughts are, in the last 8 years, we have been given mountains of information and warnings, from BEAM and the P's, about our future and the possibilities. The contact notes, books, literature, etc. What I take away from it all, is my responsibilities regarding my Thoughts."The writing is on the Wall". I will continue to make a complete 360 change in the way I think, eat, sleep, etc. Otherwise, I'm only kidding myself. Regarding America's past,(which is considered Horrific) We (collectively) ought to be trembling in our shoes regarding the continuous rhetoric on TV, internet, social media, etc.,(such as "Make America Great Again?) and recognize our individual roles and responsibilities for "feeding" the madness we all may face. We will all look back and "wish" we'd listen to Ourselves(Consciousness) instead of expecting "others" to Save Us. Yes, generals – in the East and West - study and discuss many war scenarios.
And it may well be that Gen Shirreff only wanted to boost his book sale profits.
But as Kenneth mentions, generals are tied into the Military Industrial Complex.
Their “inspirations” may not only be their own.

Yes, O’s visit of Hiroshima is a step in the right direction.
Not only for promoting a nuclear free world but for peace between former enemies.
I can see similar moves as well on the European continent:
E.g. on 3-8-14 the French and German President laying the first stone of a memorial for French and German soldiers killed in World War I.
At present it may be hard for western politicians to extend the same reconciliation to Russia.
Many seem to see in his annexation of the Crimea a mind-set similar to A. Hitler (who annexed those parts of Germany that were cut off due to the Versailles Peace Contract)
But according to Ptaah (CR 643) VP – despite Russia suffering greatly under western sanctions – is not aggressive at all (though he would defend his country with all means if challenged).
I may repeat my suggestion:
To work together on projects affecting all mankind - e.g.
Fight against global terrorism and extremism / climate change / population control / zika virus etc. etc.
Such co-operation (and many cultural and scientific exchanges) should grow a spirit of unity.
In time the "enemies" should become friends and be able to forgive each other.
It all depends on how we and our leaders perceive the world around us.

The below is a only a part summary of some segments of CR 643 relating to preserving peace with “military means” (not a full translation)

Re. storing weapons for “defensive purposes only”, Billy states that as long as there are belligerent and “power hungry” leaders there is [always] the danger of an armed encounter - it may easily lead those leaders to declare a need for defence when in reality they have a desire for war:
“Even an army created to defend a country does not lead to peace but only a false [look-a-like] peace which can [easily] be transformed (converted) in effective [real] war at any time…”
Thus even a defensive army is no guarantee for peace.
“ … peace is only then possible when weapons and arms systems .. do not act any more as enemy deterrent …”
The materials used for arms and arms systems should generally be used to manufacture productive appliances and the army corps should do useful and valuable services "for the common good.”
Only in emergencies should the soldiers become combatants…
Billy then mentions that to achieve peace man’s thinking and goal setting has to fundamentally change:
Only by peacefully caring for our fellow man and the people of other nations may humanity learn not to fight wars.
What politicians undertake to prevent wars will always be doomed to failure.
Political diplomacy does not truly create peace.
True peace requires as well [that people enjoy] freedom, justice, and “Nächstenliebe” (loving your neighbor like yourself = kindness of one’s heart).
No nation should dominate, subjugate, exploit or pillage from another nation.
There should as well be no class system that allows the higher-ups to suppress or exploit others.
Until humanity reaches this state it will take a long time (centuries).
Billy then re-emphasizes that the “masses of overpopulation” are the reason for that.

As long as people have all they want – peace conferences are “big words only” [words that mean nothing].
But when they cannot get any longer what they desire or need then they easily quarrel and make war with one another.

I stood in Nagasaki (in the 19080s) next to the great sculpture of a hand (finger pointing to the sky), the place where the second nuke hit home (3 days after Hiroshima).
I saw the photos of devastation, the birth defects –
One is truly overwhelmed by a deep sadness.

MsMichelle: thank you for your thoughts, yes the settling of America, and her rise to power (at times at the expense of other nations) could be considered horrific, and if possible: some of these horrific mistakes should be open planetary teaching tools every citizen can learn from to further their societal development (to prevent them from ever happening again), instead of sources of retaliation on all sides for the negative. This is how a highly developing civilization would approach the situation. Each nation's mistakes should be open planetary teaching tools for mistake prevention, and if a nation tries to restore it's honour by neutralizing a mistake(s), this should be respected by all other nations, even if it is not trusted at the start (and precautions are in place).
Bill: thank you for your kind reminders regarding Russia, unfortunately her people do suffer greatly for the Western-induced sanctions, and the rise/fall of the price of oil, and this saddens me. It is my wish that one day there will be great peace among Russia, China, and the United States, into the greatest alliance the world has ever seen that protects the Earth, and all it's citizens as best they can, with all sides learning profusely from any mistakes that are made along the way (mistakes are the necessary stepping stones to evolution) that formulate the seeds of eventual world peace. Of course all three countries would be free to retain their individuality, but it would be a pleasant surprise how open (and protected) a society the Earth could be with this alliance of 3 fused together working together, and cooperating in an international fashion in the correct way, and this could really work. And other nations could join in as it gains success.
Everyone may ask the question: how on Earth could the United States help materialize world-peace, and how on Earth could China help the alliance of 3 when (according to Ptaah's probability calculations she is supposed to be the next major world-superpower after the United States collapses)? The answer is obvious if you consider the 3 countries of Russia, China, and the United States cooperating internationally to such a degree materializing positive developmental actions that are in the best interest of the Earth, and all it's inhabitants, as well as, helping to initiate major developmental changes to the Earth, and this would have to be one of the largest multi-generational operations the Earth has ever seen. PS: even the United States could learn from it's mistakes, and use it's power for good instead of evil if it wanted to bad enough, although her citizens (masses) would need some direct instruction and education of what's really needed from Earth's citizens for all times (for a society based in Creational laws and recommendations [Creational rules of order for procreation for instance]), as would the rest of the Earth's inhabitants obviously. I really think the planet's younger generations, and the females of this planet would be open to (slow if necessary) direct changes to the overall planetary thinking (mentality) of this planet's citizens, and positive changes towards the planet's direct treatment.

People are honestly trying all over the Earth for the positive, it just has to be unified into a stronger voice, each nation on Earth will interpret this last sentence differently because our planet is not truly unified (although individual interpretations must be respected, and considered internationally, but what is in the best planetary interests of all need to be foremost in mind).
PS: terrestrial people with ET spirit-forms need to be considered very critically important for future planetary development of the Earth (although we may have no modern way to differentiate them from native terrestrial spirit-forms, so maybe we should just respect everyone [with the exception of criminals] in this case until our planet sorts all this out in future investigations). Speaking of criminals it appears that Bill Clinton took a page right out of Billy Cosby's handbook. 27 women were interviewed who did not have consensual relations (aka rape). They employed 3 PI to threaten lives, children and pets if any came forward to the media or law enforcement. It also appears that the Clintons and the Bushes teamed up with their "charitable organizations" to profit off the Haiti earthquake. Why are these people not in jail?

To me the general lack of religion was very obvious.
It is not so that people could not have a religion*).
Yes, during the Culture Revolution many places of worship were destroyed.
But today the Chinese government is quite liberal as long as religious gatherings do not ferment “unrest”, “political confrontation” or anti-government ideologies.
It is that the great majority of people has no interest in religion.
They would, however, light incense to honour their ancestors on important occasions. **)
These are my impression – and I met many families in rural and urban centres all over China.

To unite and create a multinational peacekeeping force understanding must grow in the peoples’ minds.
I wrote the article to contribute to such growth.
We must not look down on others because of past aggression by our own countries or others.
We should focus on the “Here and Now”, look ahead, see humanity’s common fate / responsibility.

My thoughts: Consider this, remember We are at least 50 years plus Behind the Eight Ball, therefore, We must focus on an "individual" survival mode and be "prepared" to either: Move to another city,state; Quit our jobs, divorce, downsize, etc. It would be great to start a "multinational peacekeeping force", however, Let's make sure as Individuals we have planned for future events on a small scale, especially in US, with the impending civil wars.
