Skeptics left out in the cold after this triple whammy from the Iceman...
Did anyone else pick up on this? In October 2013, National Geographic published an article entitled, “5 Surprising Facts About Otzi the Iceman” (1). Guess what? In February 2012, Scientists found that the Iceman’s DNA showed, “…several health issues”, including, ‘Atherosclerosis’, the medical term for hardened arteries which can be caused by “vascular calcifications”. (2)
Online since 2005, Contact Report 238 from 1991 discloses that the Iceman’s “…death happened at that time in such a way that he fell – caused by an epileptic fit…” (3).
In 2014, nine years after Billy’s information above was available online, Scientists discover that, “Conditions that can cause [epileptic] seizures include: Hardening of the arteries” (4). Professor Sherifa Hamed from the Dept of Neurology & Psychiatry, Assiut University Hospital, Egypt (5), found, “Evidence from epidemiological, longitudinal, prospective, double-blinded clinical trials as well as case reports documents age-accelerated atherosclerosis with increased carotid artery intima media thickness (CA-IMT) in patients with epilepsy.” (6)
So DNA taken from the Iceman showed, in 2012, that the Iceman had hardened arteries which were proven to cause epilepsy in 2014 – 23 years after Ptaah stated that the Iceman had an epileptic fit just before he fell to his death. It is obvious to anyone with half a working brain that Ptaah and Billy knew alot about Otzi, verifiably published online in 2005, so, nine years before scientists proved that hardened arteries caused epilepsy and seven years before DNA showing a link to such a condition was available to anyone.
More corroboration...
The same National Geographic article features information from scans scientists took of the Iceman in 2011. These showed that the Iceman died from a bang to the head. Note the absence now of any link to an “attack” as previously suggested. Bang to head would be the result of a fall as Billy said in 1991. This research also supports Quetzal’s statement in Contact Report 216, in 1987, online since 2010 (7), that acupuncture is older than previously thought:
“Ötzi’s frozen mummy preserves a fine collection of Copper Age tattoos… has led some researchers to believe that the tattoos marked acupuncture points… Ötzi must have needed a lot of treatment, which, given his age and ailments, isn’t so surprising. The oldest evidence for acupuncture, Ötzi’s tattoos suggest that the practice was around at least 2,000 years earlier than previously thought.” (1)

The Concept of “Establishing A New People”
In CR 150 Quetzal told Billy that nuclear energies may only be used after scientists discover how to change the radioactive radiation back into original matter – if Earth humans use it to produce energy without this re-conversion process “then they act in ways that are criminal and that violate the laws of nature.”
He added that Earth’s energy problems were due to overpopulation – only if mankind strove for a drastic population would the Plejaren be able to assist mankind.
Billy argued that mankind was irrationally insane and they would not let themselves be taught.
Quetzal replied that “Earth humanity drives itself thereby into a "helpless abyss” but he adds that “…the Earth human should not die out and be destroyed, which is why appropriate measures must be taken… a new people must be established… that lives in accordance with the natural-creational laws making it the role model for the large mass of stupefied Earth humanity and affects them instructively.”
With the approval of the High Council the Figu group should be the “basic core of this new people, through the constantly new group members and their descendants…... it was foreseen (that this would take centuries) because the group members themselves still "think irrationally" …”
Addition in the June 2016 Bulletin:
In CR 642 (30-01-2016 in Figu’s June 2016 Bulletin) Ptaah explains that the “new people” Quetzal mentioned is a people like the one Nokodemion created to educate peoples “globally” the teaching of truth, the Spiritual Teaching and the teaching of life.
Many people all over the planet joined Nokodemion but they normally remained in their home countries unless they were called together to meet in emergencies for a special mission to create unity and peace or to repulse aggressors.
In the same (Nokodemion like) manner a “Spiritual Teaching People” should grow out of Figu.
The members of the Figu core group are the real origin of this “New People” expanded by the passive members and their descendants.
This formation started already in 1975 and today there are many students of the Spiritual Teachings and a small no of ”Spiritual Teaching People” transforming slowly but surely Quetzal’s words “A new people must be established.” into reality.
Billy replied that this has to come to pass because ancient prophecies were (“dafür ausgelegt” =) thus designed / are thus to be interpreted. |

"A new people" formed out of instruction, and to instruct the people of Earth globally is perhaps what I have been trying to say all along, and we might as well do it Nokodemion-style ("Nokodemion" means in German: "der makellos Wertvolle“ = in English: "he who is unblemishedly valuable“ .
I honestly do not forsee very many of our people [terrestrial humanity] surviving the future of either a possible atmospheric collapse (contact 481), or the possible collapse/break-down of the ocean's global-converyor-belt (contact 544), if drastic measures are not thus taken to lower our planet's birth-rates to be lower then our planet's (natural) death-rates, until our planet reach the recommended number (per BEAM) of <529,000,000> million humans through the logical-systematic world-wide-halt-in-births, as well as, 7 year birth-rate checks, and time is pressing, and this has to be done while the planet still has adequate sources of food to protect life in the present-time, and also the future-times.
The entire planet's citizens (globally) would thus need to be instructed in every country, and in every land, the need for adhering to the Creational rules of order of the 7 year birth-rate checks with it being fully enforced to the letter of the Earth-law, and the law of rationality of the necessity of limiting procreation in a wise, logical, rational, and sensible manner, with direct global instruction on the negative effects from the causes of global overpopulation, down to explaining desertification, loss of food and water sources, sources of conflict, resource overconsumption/overexploitation, Peak Oil, inflamed religious fanaticism, possible atmospheric collapse (contact 481), or the possible collapse/break-down of the ocean's global-converyor-belt (contact 544), as well as all other negative (and planetary dangerous) effects of overpopulation would thus have to be enforced to cycle on mainstream television, media, talk-show circuits, etc... . This would require a great stand for the planet's species preservation would thus have to be taken by various world governments, the world's intelligence services, FIGU people, and rational people (scientists, Melinda Gates, etc.) who are already concerned about the topic of overpopulation, perhaps the greatest stand the Earth has ever seen, this would have to be a big operation that would have to be delicately done as part of an emergency protocol from the highest planetary decrees. FIGU people, and televised references Ptaah's words into the contact reports could be done, slowly, through slow revelalations if needed, as long as initially governments started passing unified planetary decrees to humanely lower overpopulation levels, as long as things would eventually snowball into legal law and recommendation of Creation inspired Earth-laws of (wisely-limited) procreation, with <529,000,000> million living human-beings as the "target" goal of planetary population-levels.
Furthermore, nations of the Earth would thus have to agree to stop making war, and begin to work constructively in formulating the war-preventing gewaltsame Gewaltlosigkeit (forced forcelessness) multi-national peacekeeping troop, with it firstly being used as a well-coordinated strike against ISIS for example, with (when it would be feasibly possible) banishment as an enforceable punishment for criminals to places of fulfillment of guidelines (secluded places such as islands, and isolated land-tracts), with death-penaties outlawed to reduce the odds that people reincarnate as habitual criminals, to top it off, Earth's overpopulation humane reductions through a world-wide-halt-in-births, and 7 year birth-rate checks. These listed in this paragraph would all have to be big, multi-generational operations that would also have to be delicately done as part of an emergency protocol from the highest planetary decrees. I think it would be logistically sound to have Russia, China, and the US be major units in the multi-national peacekeeping troop, constructively cooperating with each other in a well-coordinated fully functioning peace unit that would be an act of logic in enforcing planetary peace by following the logical recommendations listed by FIGU people (such as the core-group, and BEAM).
Furthermore, aside from the planetary protectionary measures I listed from BEAM's recommendations, since the whole point of BEAM's mission is to set down in writing the spiritual teaching, the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of life, the whole entire planet could benefit from direct, revolutionary, precise instruction on how to live, and finally adhere to the laws and recommendations of Creation (the Plejarens have been trying to get our planet to adhere to the laws and recommendations of Creation through their Earth-based impulse contactees for scientific development, etc with very little success [see: contact 544]). We could need 8,634,006,014 thousand million copies of a good starting place, the book "Goblet of the Truth". There was a time when Billy wanted to translate this book into Earthly languages such as Arabic, and Chinese, but he changed his mind based on recommendations from Ptaah, which are correct in my opinion, so the planet would just have to make do with the officially released translations available from FIGU, until the German language could become a second language for many Earth people, perhaps one day becoming a main language of the Earth. The consciousnesses of each man, woman, and child (or at least those that would want to) could thus start to be liberated by getting to know the laws and recommendations of Creation, and starting to live them in their current life-cycle, by breaking the chains of Bafath-inspired Earth religions. Global adherence to the "Goblet of the Truth" could mean terrestrial humanity could finally thus know the pleasure, and consciousness development of living in a society based in Creational law, for a long time to come, and this could reinforce the global peace our planet desperately needs, as well as, the fulfillment of the creative-natural laws and recommendations of Creation our planet desperately needs to fulfill in a positive wise, and neutral-positive wise, to reduce negative effects fulfilling on our entire people due to the casual law of cause and effect. This also could be revealed to the population slowly to avoid any panics, or unnecessary uprisings, etc.
To accomplish all of this, the Earth would need direct instruction from BEAM, and other FIGU people, and thus the Earth would need an "information revolution" in the form of (slow at first?) global precise instruction on the laws and recommendations of Creation that would need to be adhered to, so the Earth could thus finally neutralize the negative causes that would be the negative effects of the worst of BEAM's prophecies that could fulfill if there is not revolutionary changes to Earth's inhabitants thoughts, feelings, and actions, so our planet could collectively prevent billions of unnecessary casualties, that could very much occur, if the current devolutionary status-quo is thus maintained, and no great systematic planetary changes are enacted in the present-time, or in the well-coordinated (near) future-times.
In forming a "new people", mistakes would be almost unavoidable, but according to the teaching: mistakes are the necessary stepping stones towards evolutionary development, as long as they are resolved, and honest efforst are put in motion to learn from the mistakes. Our planet would thus have to simply strive to not enable negative mistakes to reach negative planetary effecting proportions of great magnitude, and would thus our planet would thus have to learn profusely from our mistakes, by learning from the various nation's mistakes made prior to the "information revolution", in the form of direct planetary open-instruction, so we could all enjoy a better future, which we will collectively be a part of, unless we leave orbit, we will reincarnate in our successor personalities' human-life in the future, in whatever future planetary conditions we set in motion in the present-time, whether these future times will be more peaceful, and more positive for our planet's citizens consciousness-based evolution remains to be seen.
But at least maybe we can start a conversation that our collective world governments need to be concerned about our planet's citizens consciousness-based evolution occurring in a positive wise, and also occurring in a neutral-positive wise, and also they need to be concerned about Earth's overpopulation levels, logical world peace, overall peaceful scientific development, peacefully unifying the world's space programs, world governments unifying when it comes to matters of planetary importance for the general public's safety (preventing billions of casualties [re-write the prophecies]), and other matters of planetary importance that need to be peacefully resolved, etc.
For a long time now, various developed extraterrestrial civilizations have probably been murmuring amongst themselves about the developing "Earth/Terra situation", where, in almost every case, our planet collectively makes decisions based in negative devolutionary Earth religions, racism, sexism, war, xenophobia, slavery, bondage, etc., maybe the time will arrive one day, where we prove to ourselves that we are a planet worth talking about in various extraterrestrial circles as a positive-wise, by invoking great positive changes in Earth humanities' thoughts, feelings, and actions, thus neutralizing the negative causes of the negative effects of the worst of BEAM's prophecies by initializing great love for the next one (nächstenliebe) as we could fulfill our planetary obligations (to ourselves, and to the planet itself) to merge into a oneness of a terrestrial humanity. This could possibly be an inspiritive time that could literally alter the future of this planet in a positive-wise!

Hello Everyone.
I need some help with something.
I just listened to contact report 166 where they discuss the planets in regards to them lining up to where they are all on one side of the Sun and the closest they can be together.
I just listen to this and calculated the dates they mentioned regarding the planets. I went over to the website, Solar System Scope, where you can go back in time and see where the planets were at that time. I went to Aug of 1982 when the contact happened. It did appear to be as they said. Then I went back 180 yrs like they said and the planets didn't appear all on one side of the Sun. Then I went back another 180 yrs and again the planets didn't line up in regards to distance to each other. I also went back 500 yrs as they mentioned and again it did not line up as they said. If anyone has an explanation to this, please advise.

It would be good if someone calculates the correct horoscope/ numerology or whatever it's called, it was calculated by our mates about 50 000 years ago from memory,or was it 13 000?
Anyway my point is find how long ago it was calculated ( it's in cnotes) then use the software to look at the sky and adjust the numerology to match the sky for now
They gave us the base to work with in c notes when they tell us how long ago they did it
Move the stars in the software (so you can calculate modern stars to match now
I think it can be done in minutes if someone can tell me how long ago numerology for earth was done
I look at the stars then and adjust the numerology based on knowing when it was correct
Am I making sense eh eh

This information may be old news to some: nonetheless, when we tell a person that their god does not exist, we can’t stop there. This is tantamount to identifying a problem without offering a solution.
In other words, when talking to a family member, as in my case, about Billy Meier’s information, this family member said; “this is just too far out there for me, it’s very difficult for me to not believe that God is not there for me.”
This is where Billy’s information has to be painstakingly laid out in a logical progression, explaining why god does not exist and most importantly; how we Earthlings got to this point of worshiping a non-existent god in the first place.
Emphasis must be placed on; what is the spirit-form, what is its purpose, the human beings material consciousness, the Creation, etc., etc. This information and more was brilliantly explained in, “Reincarnation and the Spirit-form” by Michael Uyttebroek based on information from the writings of 'Billy' Eduard Albert Meier of FIGU-Landesgruppe Canada.

Thank you as well for your advice re. discussing Creation with Christians.
I, too, think that we should have a clear and precise, yet loving, explanation at hand when discussing Creation:
Many of our fellow humans may have had religious parents that lovingly educated their children. Through many generations they were educated that the love they gave was part of "God's Love".
We should see through this long term "premature cognitive" conditioning, connect with the state of their mind before this conditioning was instilled, then tell them with great sincerity and certainty that, indeed, the love they feel in their heart is a part of "the swinging wave of Creation" that it is in all living beings - humans, animals and plants:
They all are fond of their offspring - melting love and education.
We should explain to them that this reflects the main intent of Creation:
That life should not be based on belief but truth.
That Creation's intent is to "fully share its wisdom and love" and that it wants us "to grow through mistakes".
That the ultimate goal of each living being is to be one with "with what created it" when its spirit form is completely "attuned to the rhythm of Creation".
The concept of religion, however, is not based on truth but belief.
It is not based on “sharing” but a submission to a purported godly authority.
It defines human mistakes as sins, inducing fear, shame and guilt *) into the world view of religious believers.
Any aspiration of oneness with the highest authority is marked as the greatest of all sins.
We should be clear about these differences but see through the many masks humans wear.
And connect with the loving thought of oneness which is the swinging wave of all creation.
It is an unchangeable part of all we meet in our lives.
No religious delusion can take that away, ever.
A heartbeat of universal oneness is free of any hate.

What you expressed love being the "swinging wave of Creation", is in line with the spiritual teaching, and I also like what expressed in your post #379, it really gives one a lot to contemplate, being the differences between someone who is familiar with the spiritual teaching, and someone who experienced religious indoctrination by their parents, and how to go about explaining truthly truth about the Creation.
My study group has been studying the aspects of formulating virtues, and radiating love out as a swinging wave, and everything else about the virtue of love taught by BEAM, I don't know if you own it, but "Goblet of the Truth" page 349 really breaks down how important love is.
