Tyler, you don't need to reply to J-E's questions. That is a highly personal thing, to experience "Sohar" and really J-E is playing some kind of mind-game with you here. Also, this doesn't really belong in this discussion thread and I'm surprised that the moderator hasn't said something. A time for every purpose under heaven

Joseph_emmanuel, The Creation itself is The Sohar. The sohar of the Creation, its "Light", is a very specific subject matter. Like a classroom wherein you have the Teacher and the imparted lessons. Therefore my questions to you; (1)"How did you come to "perceive" it within you -and- (2)or what lead you to believe you perceived it?" Can you define what is meant by "Creation's light" and "Light of BEING". Salome, Eddie In the *Goblet of the Truth* there it says: Live always in love and in peace, foster freedom and harmony on Earth and never forget the real truth. Foster your life always in goodness of heart and live in the true BEING of the Creation. The *Goblet of the Truth* will wake you, not to the bane - but to the boon. (pg.3)

Actually, I have not done the concentration exercise found in "The Psyche" for a long time, but I do recall that it speaks of a pinpoint of light growing until it fills the entire radius of vision, and within it, love can be experienced and maintained for days. My own silly post aside, which is quite a bit of egotism perhaps, might this actually be the sohar mentioned? |

I loved expressing my opinion back in my twenties. I didn’t care if no one listened. I felt I had too much to say. Then after calming my inner voice I learned to listen. Another valuable lesson, which I am still learning, is not to respond to others who deliberately try to provoke a response, whether they mean to or not. I have to check myself each time (it’s very tempting to react, almost like an addiction), but I’m becoming more and more conscious of it with experience. Eddie, the comments I posted previously regarding the sohar were made by Billy/Christian Frehner. So if you want to know what is meant by “Creation’s light” and “Light of BEING”, then you would need to ask them, although I don’t think it is that difficult to comprehend. But I wouldn’t want to make an attempt at explaining it for fear of not using the correct terminology. If you have no experience of the sohar, then just say so. I’m trying to understand it myself. Please, anyone who can shed some light on this from personal experience, I would be very grateful, as it is something in my life that I have not been able to understand clearly. Tyler touched on it briefly. Carolyn, why is it a highly personal thing? What is your experience of it? |

Scott: Pardon my mistake if it is a mistake. Does Billy teach about the "Sohar"? This is in a Jewish esoteric tradition. I did not think that it is referred to in Meier's works. If so, can you please tell me where it can be found? A time for every purpose under heaven

I know about that, Carolyn, and I won't divulge too personal of matters. I'm not that foolish - anymore. Danke vom Herzen - and also visit you someday there in Kitchener! What I can say is that, actually, if Billy wrote that it is not yellow, then it must be for a reason, because what I actually saw was a great yellowness, sort of a golden omnipresent aura, and under this aura I saw many usual things in a different light. Today, while at work, I actually pondered if this may instead have been a temporary connection to the highest values stored in my own spiritual consciousness - and that by some quest I actually succeeded in flying up to the absolute heights permissible to me at the current evolutive state of my spirit-form, in order to be able to perceive my own spirit-form's aura radiation. That is, if such a thing is even possible to do, since I do not discount the possibility that I simply played an illusion on my own mind and perhaps it was simply just an especially yellow-golden sunset that afternoon. I can say that I fell away from it promptly after because after briefly joining my own material consciousness with that other, manifold greater power of awareness, it was not long at all before I returned to the regular, usual state of affairs in my material consciousness, without the perceptive power granted to me by whatever that was. So if Billy wrote that the sohar is not yellow, then I actually can't say that I know about that myself, because my experience was apparently something different. |

Hi Scott, probably in the "we used to be Catholic but we're all right now" category. Good, better, best. May you never rest, until your good is better, and your better best.

Tyler, On page 75/76 of Die Psyche, it talks about a pin point of light transforming into a small sun and eventually filling up the entire field of vision. This is referred to as Meditation. I cannot recall where, but I have read the use of the term Sohar. Scott |

Joseph_emmanuel, Not sure what the big deal is with responding to people. Considering you are asking people to respond to you. I am asking you to elaborate because of the choice of words you used to initiate a request for people to respond to you. Good day. (pg.3)

I can’t believe this is so difficult! All I asked is a simple question about the sohar and in response I get two personal attacks and a deflective reply. It’s like trying to draw blood out of stone. It’s okay if no one knows anything about the sohar. I just hoped that someone might because there is so little information about it. It is mentioned in the Talmud of Jmmanel, which is where the Future of Mankind directs you, and then there are the answers given by Billy/CF in the questions and answers to Billy. There is nothing mentioned in the Goblet of Truth. As I’ve said, the reason I’m asking about it is to understand an experience I had some time ago over which there are some questions hanging. Going over it here, now, especially as there’s an obvious reluctance to discuss it, not to mention antagonism, isn’t going to help me understand it better than I already do. I was hoping that others could shed some light from their own experience. Eddie, it seems to be a big deal with some people here. I would have answered your question during the natural course of my line of enquiry if only my question was honoured with an answer. My choice of words were in answer to a question in response to my question. I forget how cocksure and judgmental people are here. For that reason I’m not prepared to discuss it any further. |

Hey Tyler, probably you can't "stay there" in the light of the eternal, because if you did linger longer in that light, you will most certainly die to your life on the earth. Since that's not what you want right now, you returned to your usual "out of the light" reality. However, memories of the light of creation should help you and guide you through your life, especially when you encounter darkness. . . . and life on the earth, especially in the city, can be very dark. Joseph-Emmanuel, if I have experiences which would be considered "esoteric", I don't usually share them with ordinary people, and certainly not in a public forum, where anybody might be looking in. I would advise you as well, to use caution when talking about experiencing what we call "eternal light", or some call "Sohar" (which is a Jewish esoteric term). Also, you must be aware, that the more often you perceive that light, the more often you interact with it, the more dysfunction it will create in your ordinary earthly life, so that eventually you will begin to hate your life here and long for death. This is what happen with all great prophets, thinkers and spiritual people who are connecting with the mind of creation. In the land of the eternal light, there is no time, no sickness, no problems, and also no individuality, no ego. So it is anti-life, even though it is the source of all life-giving energy. I do not say that it is the source of all creation, because much that is in creation does not hearken back to the light, but was born out of a darkness that knows not the light. In the Talmud of Jmmanuel the term Sohar is also used: Chapter 4, line 16: In the first celestial portal (view screen/monitor), no secret was concealed, because the Sohar (the beaming light=all-pervading search beams=X-rays, etc.) entered into the smallest spaces in the cottages and revealed the last intimate detail and secret therein. |

Joseph_emmanuel, I did answer it. You failed to recognize it (read my comment). You also made strange claims that are not in line with what it is. So I figured maybe you were confusing the Sohar with something else. You started your query with a claim and request. It was not an answer to someone's question. Also, you simply sighted statements (mentions) of the words and definitions of "the Sohar" by CF and Billy. BTW, the Goblet of the Truth is filled with it. (pg.3)

Joseph_emmanuel, The "Sohar" mentioned in the Talmud Jmmanuel is a technology... an apparatus (observation-magnification-penetrating tool). (pg.3)

I'm not hostile or deflective to you, Joseph. It's just that it is a very intimate and personal thing, going into myself. And not to mention, my "steps" would look completely different to those of another, because I am a unique created creature and so is the other. I enjoy to discuss useful, practical and universal recommendations and guidelines for leading the life, but won't get deeply into my own personal journeys, if one wants to call them such. It's just done that way for myself, and for the sake of others too. |

Scott, is it possible to contact Christian Frehner via email to discuss the Sohar and other issues surrounding it with him? I feel I am not able to let go of this yet. It has been hanging over me for years and has become something of an unsolved mystery. I need answers. |

Also, to my thinking on the matter, Billy sometimes leaves certain things very obscure perhaps so that no one of us can get too full of certainty in our own greatness, but still will remain exploring and pondering in the great suspended mystery. Billy is very wise in that way. |

Boastfulness is probably a better word choice than certainty actually, since we are supposed to become absolutely certain of our consciousness greatness and success potential in life. A bad word choice there, on my part. |

The term Sohar is mentioned many times in FIGU material: in Billy's book: Lehrschrift für die Lehre der Wahrheit, Lehre des Geistes, Lehre des Lebens page 143: Sohar: Radiating light-glow of spiritual-creational energy Sohar: Strahlender Lichtglanz geistig-schöpferischer Energie. This is not something in the frequency range perceptible via the human physical senses. There is much more explained about the term 'Sohar' please be patient while I translate some of which is currently only available in German. ...more to come ... Salome PatM |

Posted on Saturday, January 29, 2005 - 10:34 am: Edit Post Print Post Move Post (Moderator/Admin Only) Dear Billy, In the Spiritual meditation practices, when one feels the energy of the "SOHAR" or the experience of attaining SOHAR energy. Does the SOHAR development change the state of the SPIRIT-FORM & the way you learn in our physical existence?? Please correct me if I misunderstood the SOHAR concept, thanks :-) Saalome & BE WELL JAY Answer There exists no spiritual meditation, only consciousness-related meditation. The answer to your question is NO. Sohar means "Creation's light" or "Light of BEING". Learning occurs through one's consciousness. I found this during a search, hopefully this helps. From my experience, We are Not at The "Advanced" Level in Our Evolution to Understand "Sohar". MsMichelle
