Don't be scared just because things are bleak or appear that way! If things were peachy, there'd be no need for the FIGU in the first place! Was 1 leader going to suddenly fix every problem anyway, or even convince some people who deny there are problems in the first place..? |

The Great Pacific garbage patch has one of the highest levels known of plastic particulate suspended in the upper water column. As a result, it is one of several oceanic regions where researchers have studied the effects and impact of plastic photodegradation in the neustonic layer of water. Unlike organic debris, which biodegrades, the photodegraded plastic disintegrates into ever smaller pieces while remaining a polymer. Finally someone has launched an Ocean Cleanup project called boomBoomy McBoomface. CR 559 Some of Billy’s insights were verified only months ago in some articles in the Zeitzeichen 55 *) It is a timely reminder for humanity which points to the most important need: To curb overpopulation. It should be a must read for the parliaments and governments in our world. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a quick translation of the 559 th Contact Report (on April 30, 2013) (There may be errors in translation but the main points should be clear) Billy to Ptaah: … because of that we should put this issue aside and devote us to what we spoke about, before Quetzal turned up. It was about the know-it-all attitude to which I would like to say the following: If they would have recognized, from ages past ages, the effective reality and its truth and if this would as well be recognized in our present, that precisely their know-it-all attitude and the imperiousness and lust for domination of many human beings caused, and will cause more, immense damages and catastrophes for Earth and humanity, then mankind would have had a better life, then, would have it today and in the future. This would be the case, especially because of the positive and valuable advances in medicine, technology and various sciences which have raised the living standards and quality of life to a high degree. All the extraordinary natural disasters and wars caused by overpopulation as well as many epidemics and exterminations of animals and plants and the destruction of nature and the climate would have been avoided, So would have the evil consequences of globalisation, as e.g. the spreading of human and animal diseases and the importation of animals, plants , insects from foreign countries which spread unperturbed and force out native species and genera causing them to die out. In this way globalisation is truly a catastrophe which cannot be reversed and will cause many a disaster for all humanity – as it will for fauna and flora. A big contributor to this are the mass migrations of refugees from many countries in which state terror and war as well as joblessness, torture, famine, destruction of the land and oppression rule. To this one has to add a neo-colonialism which consists in states and corporations buying whole countryside regions to exploit their resources, to build highly subsidised factories or for farming activities for the profit of the home country and to produce food/provisions for their rapidly increasing populations. The bought or leased land [holdings] are used for drilling for oil and gas, production plants, even dangerous nuclear power plants and other power generation plants, because the continually increasing population creates a continually increasing need for energy which is an opportunity to make billions of Euros, Francs Yens, $s Like toxic mushrooms agro-fuel refineries shoot out of the ground and it becomes worse and worse because the irresponsibly growing overpopulation continually demands more fuel for cars, trucks, ships , work machines, airplanes and the criminal motor sport etc. In this respect it can be verified that more than half of the leased or purchased estates as well as the world wide agricultural land use is utilised for the agro-fuel industry. And for that the soil and land is used – as well by many irresponsible and money greedy farmers – for cultivating plants out of which agro- fuel is produced, instead of grain and corn and other plants that serve as food for the human being and which could rid the world of famine. But it is as well the plastics industry which has its fingers in the pie, because it, too, is intent on gaining new substances out of food crops, because plastics have become so important that one cannot imagine life without them. The financial industry and the energy and chemical industry have opened up a market as well for the exhaust gases and greenhouse gases because it was discovered that the gases can be “captured” and processed to new fuels [propellants]. To get hold of enough of these gases there is a again a haggling for soil and land on which to cultivate plants from which exhaust gases and greenhouse gases can be produced. The greenhouse gas CO2 plays an important role because it binds itself in plants, in leaves, roots and in tree trunks and if these are collected then one can make billions in money if these gases can be used in one form or another. And so that this all can be done the populations of diverse countries are expropriated of their soil, land and large estates. The populations of these countries, however, whose land was confiscated and leased or sold, starve to death, die of thirst or contract diseases and epidemics and suffer hardship and misery. The corporations and countries which “grasp” [capture] foreign lands in this way and thus create new colonies for themselves will continue to do so. Effectively [In truth] a race for the possession of ground and lands all over the world has started and those governments and speculators that greedily sell or lease large parcels of land to foreign countries and corporations make immensely profitable gains through it, as do those who secure the lands through lease or purchases. And this all happens in the name of a criminal globalisation and on the other hand, as a consequence of the immense and steadily growing overpopulation which, indeed, is the cause of all of it. Today, in 3rd millennium, the trade, the lease and sale of land is much more profitable than digging for gold, diamonds and rare earth metals. Today the big money may be made for the continents with large landholdings like Africa, Brasil, Eastern Europe and SE Asia = but sooner or later this will as well apply for Australia and as well the farming businesses in Europe which are liquidated due to sickness or old age, because they cannot be cultivated any longer. Other will be sold to greedily make horrendous profits. The hunt for the lands of the world demands many sacrifices from the populations, the animals and birds but the unscrupulous and criminal investment bandits could not care less, because in their calculations the only thing that matters, is the horrendous profit they make. Human lives do not matter, neither that families are uprooted and the existence and livelihood of human beings, fauna and flora are destroyed. A result of it all is as well that huge areas of land deteriorate and that the political stability of many countries are undermined as the possibilities to live a dignified life for the affected populations sink deeper and deeper into hardship and misery. The land is especially hotly sought where the price for it is low –e.g. in Africa and Brasil. But as well in expensive Europe the hunt for land, a frenzy to gain land, takes shape because even here the greedy land speculators are busy and cunningly steal the land from the land owners, naturally in exchange for adequate the cash which the as well greedy owners of homeland cannot resist. The frightening point of the world wide land hunt is that they take place in competition with countries for which the ground and land is an issue of survival for the [their] own population. This is particularly the case for countries that have such an excessive overpopulation that it breaks all norms as e.g. China and India. China is as well the country which belongs to the greatest leaseholders and buyers in relation to the [our] world’s land market. because in the home country the population is offered only has a minimum of agricultural land. This is so because the booming cities and large villages and the industrialisation devour more and more fertile land and the nutrient depletion of the soil and the destruction of vegetation creates more and more desertification resp. forms deserts. A giant problem, however, is as well the lack of drinking water which, however does not only affect China, but as well many other countries, for which, in many cases, corporations are responsible, that in many countries – especially third world countries – tap the water and intoxicate the water that flows back so much that it is lethal. But it is not only China that has the problem of giant overpopulation and food problems but as well India which has water shortages. The largest river, the Ganges, is a lethal brew, because in it dead bodies are disposed, suicides committed, and all waste disposed of etc. Clean drinking water is a scarce commodity, as it is in China and various African countries. But the responsible ones of the corporations and the whole profit hungry industry could not care less about this. Problems related to this and otherwise exist as well in industrial countries, as e.g. in Japan, where, because of the mountains and the sea, there is hardly any space for agriculture. Because of that this country imports 65-70% of all important food items from foreign countries. Thus Japan depends more than other nations on the import from agricultural commodity markets. The same is true for South Korea which only maintains very small farms which are normally not larger than a football field what is usually insufficient to feed the usually multi-member [large] family which cultivates the plot of land with hard manual labour without any machinery. Egypt, too, is not able to provide its own people with grain, because in the marshlands of the Nile cannot produce enough wheat, as it is absolutely impossible in the desert [lands] because there is no water. And where there is water more is pumped away as creeks, rivers or rain can deliver. Egypt buys new land on the Nile to cultivate grains, because it does not want to be any longer dependent on the steadily [becoming] more unpredictable global market. But this will not solve the problem for long as is the case as well in South America, in Russia and countries allied to her, and in SE Asia and many other countries, because sooner or later Earth will fight wars for water and land with catastrophic results as a consequence of the rampant overpopulation. And there is already a water stress for the ground and surface water as for instance of of the large rivers, the Colorado River, the Amazon River, the Ganges, Tigris, Euphrates, Mekong and Nile etc. which contain 505 of the global water reservoir. A chronic lack of water threatens to more and more turn former fertile and green plains into deserts [waste land]. Already now corruption and greed preside over ground and land, as is the case especially in the Congo, but as well in Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Zambia, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, etc. Especially in the former colonies the rulers steal more and more land from the population and sell it off to foreign countries in order to enrich themselves. They do so whilst the [their] population live in distress, starve, fall into misery and squalor, have no water and no food, are sick, destitute, waste away are displaced and succumb to their death. It is as well the World Bank that is to blame for everything which with its affiliates, the International financial Corporation (IFC) and the Foreign Investment Advisory (FIAS) creates attractive and totally secure investment opportunities for financially strong investors which often has bizarre consequences. E.g. in Pakistan such an investment operation made it possible that a contract was concluded in which the government concluded a land lease contract with Saudi Arabia without the knowledge of the population in which Pakistan was assured of military support – against her own population, should it happen that riots would occur during the supply of cereals past the dwellings of the poor. Leading the way it is the World Bank that is greedily busy [potters about] with the ground and land deals as do as well other internation institutions. Thus it is not only the corporations and speculators and the rapcious and money-greedy rulers and regimes of various countries. And what the World Bank fabricates is that it describes the grounds and lands for sale as a kind of action which is in the interest and the benefit of teh respective countries and governments. But if one views the land soil on its own then one would say that it is the real basis of human nutrition. And that it already now very scarce and becomes all the more scarce to feed the madly outnumbered and still rampant overpopulation that must be obobvious to the dumbest person, even those pathological stupefied ones who think that the Earth and its fauna and flora could cope with further billions of people. The ground [land soil] becomes scarcer and scarcer and is destroyed more and more, firstly through the manner in which the industrial agriculture treats it, not only with simple machines but those which develop out of a megalomaniacal giant-ism. Thus the masses of [many] machines compact the soil, cause it to be impermeable and infertile and destroy as well the for the fetility necessary organismes which live inside the earth, but it destroys as well the floran and fauna because it destroys their life [survival] possibilities. To this also contributes the boundless use of fertilizers, like nitrogen, potassium and phosphate without which an industrialised agriculture and horticulture are not possible. The further use of chemicals to destroy invasive organisms etc should be defined as criminal as it destroys the land soil, fauna and flora even more. To that one has to add the droughts and heat waves which destroy the fertile soil and its organisms, whereby in our time the droughts and heat waves as well as the catastrophic storms are an effect of the mad overpopulation. Through these events it has come to pass that even the granaries of the world, like Russia and the USA have to worry for their own food supply. But it is especially the people of third-world countries that fear for their food, but despite this reality even in these countries food is carelessly thrown away. In the industrialised nations, from the field to the plate, almost half of the food is thrown away as garbage, on one hand due to being seduced by the abundance but on the other hand as well by the absurdity of the alleged expiry dates which are printed onto all products. Despite the hardship, starvation and misery the situation in the so-called developing countries is not much better which is due to the fact that because of ailing and corrupt structures the largest part of the all harvests simply gets lost between the place of harvest, the farmland field or garden gets lost or deteriorates. However, to correct this or change for the better, is very difficult, especially because the necessary knowledge and will as well as the decisive initiative are lacking. [And] Self-initiative does not exist at all – as well not in the industrialised countries and especially in those only those things are ingeniously set up by which only the symptoms but not the effective factors are combated. A self commitment in thirdworld countries is illusory, because as long as the hand is filled with relief goods, without any obligation [need] to work for it, no self-initiative can develop. Added to this is the fact that those who should have to develop a self-initiative and self-commitment, do not do so, because they see, experience and get to know that they have to fight for their bare survival whilst the bankers, speculators and mighty-ones of their countries bag billions of profits for themselves, live in every imaginable luxury, delight and glory and all this smoulders under the surface until the burning embers start a fire and the catastrophe arising from becomes inevitable. … |

Bill (Tat_tvam_asi), Yes, having children is big business on Earth, all the toys and strollers for sale, to the doctors and pediatricians (it is super expensive to bear a child in my country) and other forms of medical care for children, to the clothes and diapers filling the Earth's landfills, the bills really add up when one procreates a child, and the money disappears with the wind. If one considers their Facebook friends, most with pictures on their profile of them posing next to their young children, this is more then one singular country, this is a planetary-wide societal norm that spreads throughout the entire Earth, the over-procreation of children, often at a parental young age before the profession is chosen for the parent, which we can read in the CR sabotages the determinations (Bestimmungen [things that are determined in advance]) of the Earth human being. These are things, such as professions, that the individual was supposed to be partaking in, before they decided to get pregnant, or had a one night stand, and got someone pregnant, and PRESTO: 18 years of responsibility, and no determined profession because you take whatever job will let you make ends meet. This societal norm of the procreation of children, often before the profession is chosen, or an education is pursued, etc., which equates to determination (Bestimmung) sabotage, overpopulation will be a deadly societal norm in the future, especially if there is an atmospheric collapse. When the societal norm shifts from procreate as many children as you want, because food is plentiful, to in the future, if the Earth's inhabitants have to shift their societal norms to survival mode only, this might be a sudden shift for us Earth human beings. Future death will be our instructor, and overpopulation will be the crime, and cause and effect will be the universal lesson we will be collectively learning as a planet. If the Earth were to suddenly shift to Billy's recommendations, and enact a planetary birth-stop, and child-bearing was only every 7 years, and only to approved couples, those approved couples would feel so fortunate to be legally able to give birth, this would ensure that every child born on Earth would be a wanted child. Not like today, each forum poster knows a child that is not cared for by his parents in their particular area of the world, and this "not loving/caring for your child properly" societal norm is also a planetary one. We can read in the material that often parents have too many children, and each child does not receive the parental attention that he/she individually deserves. If we could get the planet to shift it's thinking, we could avoid future deaths by re-writing our societal norms of over-procreation of children, often to inadequate parents, to the controlled procreation outlet of every 7 years to approved and adequate couples, and love would resound in these Earth children's lives, and be given to every child that was approved to be born, and we could avoid lots of future death, as these are casualties that will manifest if we collectively stall, overlook, ignore, and laugh in the face of what the facts are of what overpopulation is doing to our precious planet, and all of it's plant, animal, and human life. Corey I do not think so. Your scenario is not the way. Yes there is a problem ,but who are we to determine who has children. You have been watching too many movies. We all have free will and it is religion and the monetary system that has to change to bring about reforms in population control. It is that simple. joe

You are right, Corey – it is our thinking that has to change. We mentioned the need to “minimize…” Billy mentions the start of a worldwide “land-hunt” to make ends meet for some countries with “not enough land to feed their population, not enough land to create the energy they need etc.”. So they buy and “develop” the lands of impoverished African and South American countries to continue on with their excesses (agro-fuel, power plants, mass production of food) rather than curbing their population which would automatically lead to a drop in their “needs”. Maybe our world is too much in the grip of a wrong thought. A world whose thinking is so based on “greed is good” may not recognize that it more and more destroys the world. Egoism is not only in the speculators and corrupt leaders of ex-colonies. It is part of human consumerism ^) It is part of human nationalism – in politics and laws. It is a part of human institutions (Billy mentions some global banking institutions). It is part of human industries (multi-national corps.), human economics (Wall Street Boom-Bust) and human education systems (benchmarking, ranking). It is a part of the “normal human”, his everyday life style.*) Right from the moment of his birth the Earth human is “numbered” and thrown into a ruthlessly over-competitive, egocentric world, a world of “we know that you want more..”. The last thing a new Earthling could expect is that someone would teach him that the true reality of life is universal oneness / the sense of “we” rather than superiority / the sense of “I”. The Legacy of Arus may have found its way into the religions of today. But mankind now knows the full truth. So it should question what it lives for and question what it worships. Speaking of the environment, many are not aware that there are many rainforests; “The Earths Lungs”. A full One third of the world's tropical rainforests are in Brazil. Approximately 25% of the tropical rainforests are located in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands with the balance in West Africa and Australia. Rainforests are forests characterized by high rainfall, with annual rainfall between 250 and 450 centimetres (98 and 177 in). There are two types of rainforest: tropical rainforest and temperate rainforest. The monsoon trough, alternatively known as the intertropical convergence zone, plays a significant role in creating the climatic conditions necessary for the Earth's tropical rainforests. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainforest My point is; these rainforests have provided the local natives with everything that they needed for hundreds if not thousands of years. As we know, these rainforests are being cut down to make room for cattle production, the lumber industry, oil industry and etc. This is insanity in the manner of ravenousness greed by the large corporation’s and obliviousness ignorance by countless others. For instance, the milk industry has convinced the majority of the population that animal growth hormones (milk) from livestock (cow, goat, camel, yak, buffalo, reindeer and elk) is actually good for you. Approximately 97% of dairy product consumption comes from cows. All mammals are wined from milk except for most human beings. Animal milk products triggers a lot of complications in humans. Votan (Joe), What I wrote comes directly as recommendations from FIGU, and comes directly from Billy (and is an old system based on what the P's use). Don't hold back your true feelings, write to Billy and FIGU, and let them know you personally do not agree with their overpopulation recommendations. Don't forget to include the part about free will, and that they have watched too many movies, and don't forget to tell them that people are posting their recommendations on the FIGU-Forums, for the whole world to see, I am sure they will appreciate the information that maybe their overpopulation stands scattered all over Switzerland might not have to work so hard this year. Also include that instead of FIGU recommendations, include your ideas instead that we need to abolish money and religion to deal with overpopulation, even though Billy has prophecized religion isn't going anywhere for 800 years, and that Billy predicted there will be several unsuccessful attempts to abolish money in the future in contact 251. So if this were left up to Votan: basically that money and religion are not going anywhere for many many centuries according to Billy, so we, as a planet will never deal with overpopulation if it is up to Votan, and the atmosphere can go ahead and collapse, and the ocean's global conveyor-belt can go ahead and break down (which could destroy all life on this planet) because we cannot infringe on people's free will on this planet, and limit our offspring rationally. Include that part in your letter. Salome/Corey Müske

Gday 559 th Contact Report in mind and cause/effect depopulation is going to happen, its natural/logical consequence, cnotes mention depopulation,at least we know when/why it happens First comes the logic then population can be tackled, the majority of people would need to agree to population reduction The Plejaren had a population problem when a nearby planet invaded, it took ages (thousands of years) to reduce back from 1 billion to 500mil, most of the reductions where from war because the invading 500 mil didnt live the Creations Laws My point is to get population reduction humanely it takes the Majority to live The Creations Laws, thats they key to fix the problems, harmony can be restored, then humane population reduction can happen Fast evolution in this life will be Great protection, has a lot to do with where we are born and a lot more, dont Forget that folks Humane Population reduction happens when the people Live The Creations Laws Thats the goal Salome ilovebilly Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining. Truly, I know that there is no resistance to my successes, also not in my thoughts and not in my imagination and also not in my feelings. 77 Being emotional is not logical but is temporary madness and you are either logical or mad not both, i am grateful for my emotions but need to control them.

Salome Bill (Tat_tvam_asi), I first became aware of these "land deals" back in 2012 when I read this in a Lester Brown book, and I referenced the book in some questions to Billy in the Q & A. One can read all about these "land deals" in the very informative 2012 book "Full Planet, Empty Plates: the new Geopolitics of food scarcity" by Lester R. Brown. Salome/Corey Müske

Hello ILB, Thank you for the great post, and thank you for referring me to the right place regarding cnote 559. Yes, I agree that cause and effect will be our biggest teacher in the centuries to come, death will be our instruction (cause/effect depopulation), and we will have to learn from the master (cause/effect). As you say "it's the best/safest way to know the future". I think if we do not alter course, and come to a planetary consensus to limit our offspring, our planet will have to learn the hard way from vast amounts of death the effects from overpopulation (cause/effect depopulation) will cause. I'm certain the lessons from overpopulation will be collective learning experiences for the Earth, and as this casual law of cause and effect will manifest, there will be residual (-) effects from overpopulation to deal with (desertification, Earth's ocean's fished completely empty by 2050 [Billy], food shortages, water shortages, increased sources of conflict, climate refugees, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, rising sea levels, mass starvation, fierce competitions for resources) for some time to come, and these are all things that could break our societies down temporarily, as our planet gathers future consensus to lower our offspring. It is my wish that the future result (after the people learn that overpopulation is a problem first-hand from cause/effect depopulation) will be a full planetary birth-stop with 7 year birth-rate checks, as this is the most logical to deal with the problem, and what the P's did to neutralize the problem. Of course solving the problem in advance before all the death is always recommended. Billy has stated that when our planet reaches 10 billion, the natural catastrophes will be unstoppable, 8.3 billion and counting (probably closer to 9 for this Plejaren count @ New Years), and Billy told me a few years ago that it takes roughly a decade to add a billion people on the Earth, so my calculation is within two decades (8.3 up to 10 billion mark = 2 decades) one could start the clock for cause/effect depopulation. In a future time, I will read the link you provided for the FIGU-Landesgruppe Canada regarding: " The only method in existence whereby an individual can change all of humanity toward a better way of life and to maintain life and the world." found at: http://ca.figu.org/what-tangible-action-the-individual-can-take.html Salome/Corey Müske

It's currently the year 2017, and the future is not upon us all, people are not dying in large numbers, and food is still plentiful in some countries. Food is precious, eat respectfully, but do not overindulge. The refrigerator has to be one of the greatest technological breakthroughs of our planet, right up there with food replicators when we receive that breakthrough. We are not being respectful of our technological breakthroughs, because of our rampant procreation, which threatens the preservation of our species, so be admonished. Salome/Corey Müske

Gday Corey re: I think if we do not alter course, and come to a planetary consensus to limit our offspring, our planet will have to learn the hard way from vast amounts of death the effects from overpopulation (cause/effect depopulation) will cause. Please consider I think if we do not alter course, and come to a planetary consensus on The Creations Laws/Teaching ;-) then humane depopulation cant happen. the overpop is a symptom from the loss of The Teaching i can sense your energy/drive and wonder what would happen with a focus on rapid evolution/meditation for 1 or 2 years some of the forum old hands are probably close to going pop, thats what i wonder about atm eh ;-) we need a Figu Lucas or Tesla cause/effect: Did u know music is a big factor in a nations evolution? look at a cultures music and u know for certain where its going, in cnotes. The music alone, The Creations Law. You never know what can happen in this neck of the woods on the outer rim, i like saying that ;-), after/before Billy dies figu folks are gona pop a lot! eh eh The Masons (Atlantis folks) are gona pop and another group. The Atlantis folks knew howto store but forgot the retrieval part after the disaster, (was meant to be that way) the rituals they have been doing for so loooong is storing energy and thangs, if they study/Live GOT/cnotes and do the meditations and symbols/meditation thread, things will happen fast with them, i am doing a post about it that is hopeful re: when our planet reaches 10 billion, the natural catastrophes will be unstoppable, 8.3 billion our mates took ages to reduce fromm 900mil and most was from war we all want humane depop and its a goal, realistically unless there is a rapid conscious understanding of the Teaching (by impulses would be nice, zap em Shejase!) or HC step in somehow the core group are told in cnotes rapid evolution is the vital factor the link is for individuals not The Figu as a group ;-) so never say cant is good Salome ilovebilly Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining. (Scott/Indi: can you accept this one instead of the other one in queue? Thanks!) Good day ILB, You wrote: "we all want humane depop and its a goal, realistically unless there is a rapid conscious understanding of the Teaching (by impulses would be nice, zap em Shejase!) or HC step in somehow" If there is no humane depop, there will be lots of calamitous calamity and death. This will be the cause/effect depopulation the Earth will suffer unless we alter course and choose Creation's law. I'm not ready to pop, I'm just trying to prepare the forums, and the world about the vast amounts of calamitous calamity and death that will strike when the Earth learns from it's master = (cause/effect) because we are not presently choosing humane depop. ----- Creation's law would be a rewardable fruit. A bounty of a harvest. When mission helpers reincarnate to help the FIGU, I want to be one of them, to assist the Earth to transition to Creation's law, after (and during) the cataclysms that lie ahead. ---- re: what you post about it taking a long time when the Plejaren chose humane depop is true. James Moore from FOM site did the math, and a birth-stop with 7 year birth-rate checks would take 571 years to humanely reduce population levels to 529,000,000 (million). We would need a tighter birth-permit system for the 7th year to accelerate this plan. Salome/Corey Müske
