You mentioned Guo Wengui in March 30,2020. As a person living in China, I would like to give my opinion about this person.
In my opinion, Guo Wengui is a master liar with ulterior motives. From several years ago to the present, he has fabricated all kinds of Chinese lies to deceive people outside China for his own benefit. He should be under the direction of some schemers, to China's shameless slander, and profit from it. As a person in China, I was puzzled by his remarks. His story has no credibility and does not correspond to the real situation.
For example, he once attacked a Chinese official, Wang Qishan, saying he had more than 100 illegitimate children. My God, my friends, anyone in their right mind would know that this is a stupid, exaggerated lie. Wang Qishan is respected in China for his handling of the SARS outbreak and his tough anti-corruption campaign in recent years. He has no children of his own, which may have made him a target.
The actions of a man like Guo Wengui are in the interest of some schemers, making him a gun for hire.
In fact, most people in China don't want to hear what he has to say. |

About the recent observed large cluster of UFO's that Billy is keeping quiet about. Could they be the Creator Overlord's from the Sirius star system? Contact 251 Ptaah tells Billy they just removed all their bases from Earth in 1995 but doesn't say why. He later says if this other ET group makes itself known to us the Plejarens will stand back and not get involved with us again. Why would they retire from us and their mission because of another ET group unless that ET group is linked to us? Later Ptaah also says they don't want other ETs finding their home world from Earth. Later Billy asks then Earth is now without an Ischwisch? Ptaah says that's not quite true, because there are descendants of old 'gods' who will still be heard. In a recent contact report Billy said the Earthlings will be surprised about this ET group that were just seen. If it is the Creator Overlords then they must not want to wipe us out still because I don't see the Plejaren just abandoning us to our death. 1995 the Creator Overlords found us and now they want to help us at this dire time? Virus, world war 4? They want to help us somehow to make amends for their past wrong doings to us? |

Norm, this forum is only for FIGU related information. Therefore, I only visit this forum because I want information from BEAM, Ps, FIGU and members, that way, I can think for myself, research for myself, contemplate and decide for myself. There's enough confusion as it has always been from the sites and people you promote. We all (except myself as an first responder) have plenty of times on our hands to finally take responsibility for why this virus and others to come have effected our population. Without me saying a word, some have commented to me, how peaceful and quiet the roads are and how they are able to realize how "crowded" we were and how refreshing to have "distance" between strangers. It's too late for any of those "so-called" know it alls to make movies, docs, etc., and the only reason they are is because they have no money, they are starving and desperate and about to lose everything!

For what it is worth, as Ptaah stated, from Scott’s post on April 22, 2020 regarding Contact 736:

That being said, we have exceptionally good friends and neighbors who are very religious, seem to be pursuing this secular belief as they will not wear face protection, do not observe social distancing and appear to have a total disregard for the dangers of COVID-19.
In every other respect they are incredibly good people, nonetheless, they are just hopelessly lost in the religious delusion at the current time and unknowingly or naively spreading the Corona Virus disease (Dis-Ease).

Eddieamartin, you are right about that!
I do hope the P's will send out impulses to our scientists to find a treatment for this hideous virus. But then again they may not if they consider it the law of cause and effect and think we must find it ourselves. But as Tat_tvam_asi posted in his 1306 post above CR 215 foretells we will suffering from it over a long period of time.
Norm, I don't remember where i read it in the notes but the P's said something like the ruling elites have realized in order for them to hold onto their power they need to reduce the world's population. And now leftist Michael Moore comes out with that overpopulation documentary. Who's pulling his strings? I refuse to watch anything he puts out. |

I too, thank the Plejaren and Billy for giving us so much information on this virus, Scott.
Most people don't question whether the Plejaren actually knew about the virus in detail before it hit us. They too, on occasion succumb to viral infections, especially when on other planets. They may not have known anything about the biochemistry of the virus prior to 2000, and even now they may not know a complete cure, considering the fact that it continually mutates.
Cures for mutating viruses are almost impossible to develop because you're always looking to what mutation is coming in the future. It's why colds and flu have no permanent cures. Again, even the Plejaren on occasion catch these, although they quickly eradicate them with their far superior medical technology.
I see this COVID-19 as very similar, and I doubt a 100% cure will be found. After all, we've been told these diseases will spread and worsen for some time. I think the Plejaren are helping us as much as they can, and maybe even stretching their non-intervention clause at times.
