Yes, those spirit-forms will reincarnate here, but according to an answer Billy gave in the "Ask Billy" thread, personality traits, skills, and so forth are not carried from one incarnation to the next.

Well my friend, we need to realize that whatever we say in this or any other forum, is just kids' games in our own sandbox.
Nothing is really going to happen.
All the efforts we all seem to be contributing with, are just screams under the water.. only those under the water with us can see that we are trying to talk, but most people is above water procreating faster and faster...
Sadly that's not about to change.
Sadly I can only watch the times pass, extend my own natural life as healthy as possible, since information and technology provide for that, but remember, out there, and for at least another 800 years, this is only going to get worse.
And I am not happy to think this way, but that is just the way it is.
Please prove me wrong.
