For what it may be worth. IMO it is an expectation that we as humans try to keep ourselves alive and learning as long as possible, regardless of the difficulties (WW4, Apophis, epidemic etc) that we may face.

The author is religious, but if you overlook the nonsense, there are quite a few practical measures and preparations that most can overcome. E.g. how to grow your own food; barricade yourself and/or escape; how to find water; how will you receive information if there is no electrical power, etc.
Beyond that, I've tried to prepare as best I can based on the recommendations I've come across through FIGU. So yes Joseph, I have a stock for my immediate family. Why?

The last time this happened on a large scale, supply chains were destroyed and there was no time (desire...) to rebuild them.
Unlike February 2020 at the first global outbreak, we now have a situation where sanctions have also been imposed on Russia - and they are in reality very difficult (no desire...) to roll back, so liquefied gas (sanctioned and some transmissions are blown up) and oil (sanctioned in the EU from December 2022) will in future be a resource that the EU will have to buy from others at currently 4x higher price than from Russia.
IMO it is reasonable to imagine that there will be an increasing scarcity of certain goods. So, like many other Europeans I have been given a new hobby by our political "leaders", I am stacking wood for the stove and cutting back on consumption, including of electrical energy.
Back to the cave - I guess you could say.
In the cave I keep my most precious fruits with a long shelf life, which are all the writings of FIGU on paper, so that my learning does not risk being slowed down by external events, and meditation and the writings help me to maintain a sense of reality and a relative mental and psychological surplus.

Saudi Arabia has also put in the ticket (in South Africa) to become part of BRICS perhaps as part of their new currency - if this becomes a reality, the US dollar will probably not be used as a means of payment for oil for example. In the long run it will undermine the value of western currencies and strengthen the value of a commodity backed currency as this will have a measurable (oil, natural gas, gold, silver, wheat etc) value as opposed to an imaginary value measured in confidence. I totally agree, the road ahead is bumpy, IMO

I think several points should be considered.
- Time travel becomes a reality in about 800 years from now, the consciousness-related evolution will be more advanced than ours, in our present day, but still a far cry from the 2500 years of consciousness-evolution which is required to get into direct contact with the Plejaren. (Book: Existing life in the universe)
- When the Sirians make a coalition with the earth-humans in the future, and finally correct the aggression-gene, the death penalty is imposed on anyone who pro-creates without having their genes corrected. (Contact 251). This fact alone makes it impossible for the earth-humans and sirians of that time to have direct contact with the Plejaren.
- Just a few of the Plejaren directives (known to me / to my understanding), state the following:
1. The corporal, psychological and consciousness-related integrity of a human being should not be violated in any form or fashion. Banishment is allowed since that does not harm a human being in aforementioned manner.
2. A truly advanced humanity uses weapons (which are also tools), solely for defensive purposes, never for aggressive purposes, any offensive action is a clear indication of inadequate consciousness-related development.
I know that, when either of these two conditions are not met, the Plejaren have no interest in contact at all.
The travelers from our future are more advanced, but you have to understand that a mere 600 - 800 years of consciousness-related evolution is very little compared to millennia of wrongful living and all its influences it has on the human gene pool, environment, psyche, consciousness, evolution, the coming two millennia we will be occupied with cleaning up our world, our genes and our consciousness and psyche.
About 500 years after the Nokodemion personalities have departed, the general earth human population will have reached a level required to get into contact with the Plejaren, provided the technology of dimension-shift is developed.
A rough consciousness-related timeline:
2022 - Present day - Minimal consciousness-related abilities (first development of primary telepathy)
2340 - First earth humans (with ET Creational energy forms) become capable of so-called Creational-energy telepathy (so-called spirit-telepathy)
2800 - Large groups are turning to the teaching of the creational-energy, teaching of life. Forms of telepathy, thought-reading, use of dreams to prevent illnesses before they occur.
4500 - Consciousness-evolution has reached a level which enables direct contact with the Plejaren.
All these facts can be found in the books and contact notes.

Maybe I misunderstood what you wrote, but you mentioned Time Travel will become a reality in 800 years?.....that seems a very short period of time, considering where we are at right now, but of course that doesn't include the secret governments or does it ? Also I think another significant date would be 3999 which signifies the possible departure to other worlds for those involved in the mission at that time, if they choose...

The thing that troubles me is that what you stock won't last. Even if you have enough for a year, the difficult times ahead will almost certainly go on for much longer, and then you're dependent on whatever system is in place. That's assuming a system will be in place.
I'm also troubled because where I live it's not possible to live independently if gas and electricity are in short supply or completely unaffordable.
I've stocked up on certain foods, namely dry foods. But even with these you need water to cook them, and storing water here, in a residential area, with a small garden, in a small bungalow house, with few rooms, it's impossible to achieve. The best I can do is buy bottled water in bulk, which isn't enough for drinking, cooking, and everything else. To say nothing of the expense.
It's very worrying. Recently I thought about getting a generator, a jackery, to power a computer, to a charge a phone, etc. But if the electricity is out for more than a week, you can't charge it, and the sun doesn't hang around for long in the UK.
When people started panic buying in 2020 because of the pandemic and lockdowns, I saw how selfishly people would behave in such situations and found myself having to do without certain things. I've stocked up on those things so that doesn't happen again, but it isn't enough.
And as much as I would like a wood burning stove, there isn't a working chimney in the house, and the area is a smoke-controlled area, which means it is illegal to emit smoke into the atmosphere.
To add to that, everyone thinks I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, that I am worrying for nothing. So I have no one's support. |

It seems to me that the main reason the US dollar is still the top dog currency is because of the speculators who, according to Billy, will eventually cause the collapse of the market. To explain, again just IMO, these speculators are not the mums and dads who speculate trying to earn enough money to stay afloat but the gigantic speculators who run the one quadrillion dollar derivatives market mostly centered in London and Europe and who need dollars to cover or hedge their speculations. There are now literally trillions of US $ that need purchasing to keep this thing afloat daily. According to economist Jim Rickards, this is the reason for the huge demand for the US$ and why it is so strong right now. It seems this will continue until something cracks or breaks, which will then likely result in the foretold dispossession of the populace as the money market collapses.
What happens then with international finance should be epic. Perhaps, as you suggest, Eddie, the people will start moving into the BRICs currency, which will become more viable then, and, of course, anything of true value will help people get through the volatile time. The banks will almost certainly then make their move to control all the money, and how all that will play out will be interesting, albeit very painful, to see and experience.
For reasons I won't go into here, I think this collapse will be about two to three years from now; but I do not KNOW if that WILL be the case. However, this ridiculously unstable house of derivative cards will collapse and everyone should prepare for it, as far as they can prepare. People here have probably seen online pundits predicting it for this year or early next year, but, again, I think and hope, there is yet a two- to three-year period to plan and prepare for it. There are economic reasons for my thinking, but I do not think it apropos to go into them here, partly because it would take too much space and may be wandering too far off-topic.

In addition to the leverage you mention, I can mention that the turnover rate per unit of payment decreases when more debt is created, especially when leverage exceeds about 90% of GDP.
IMO, it is political suicide to introduce new taxes, so the most likely thing is to pay off old debt with new debt.
In countries with more than 10 million inhabitants (so called official figures) IMO this relationship is true for Venezuela, Japan, Sudan, United States, Mozambique, Zambia, Canada, Sri Lanka, United kingdom, Euro area in general (Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium).

I have struggled with chronic depression all my life and have had suicidal thoughts since my late 30s, which have only got worse. I have always felt it was a matter of time before I succumb completely to my depression. Unlike those who attempt suicide again and again, failing each time, I feel I only need one go at it. But since learning about the spirit teaching, it has created a dilemma, namely that by doing violence to myself and causing a degeneracy in my consciousness, it is possible that it could be repeated in successive reincarnations, which could take me on a path of consciousness devolution.
Naturally this isn't something I want and so it is something I struggle with as much as I struggle with depression.
The problem is, it is bad enough that I hate myself and my life without the world becoming such an ugly place, which it now is more than it has ever been.
I am afraid of causing gewalt and ausartung to my consciousness evolution, and with a possible third world war looming, that feels more probable now to me.
It also bothers me should it happen that people are drafted into the military, which is, in a sense, an act of suicide, whether intentional or unintentional. I am confused as to how to make a stand against this unnecessary violence and degeneration. |

I also suffered bouts of depression in my life but unlike you I never had suicidal thoughts. But my depression has subsided lots ever since I been studying the spiritual teachings. And I feel those depressive bouts are gone for good provided I keep up with the spirit teachings. The looming possible third world war scares me. If it happens a lot of people will surely go insane. And if I am honest with myself I would think my mental condition will surely go backwards to some degree too. I think practically everyone's will. |

This requires caution that one does not get attached to the old feeling, but get rid of it or combine it with something new and progressive. Life is evolutive and progressive so the well-established does not go into the future. This is just my opinion. So, for what it's worth, here it is. I struggled with depression for a very long time until one day I decided that I was going to love myself and not let people plant the seed of doubt in my head. However, lately, I too find myself struggling. I think it has a lot to do with how disconnected people are. And for those of us who long to connect to people, this is very difficult when people are very disconnected and ungenuine. When you are the observer of all the fake connections and fake unity, you wonder where you fit in all of this. I don't care how thin the thread is, hold onto that thread that holds you here. Our future selves depend on it. Do not allow the chaos of this world to sink you further into degeneration. I too still struggle, but I'll be damned if I give the control over myself to other people. This is my life. And my life is not for someone else. I am not going sink on someone else's ship.

Hugo and Bob, I have still to find my way back to inner peace and freedom. I had it once and held on to it for a good few years, and it was magnificent, but I lost it and haven't been able to find it again. It's a strange thing, but when people here talk about studying the spirit teaching and analysing your thoughts and feelings, it's as if you're speaking a different language. I don't say that meaning I need further explanation. I mean the concept of analysing my thoughts and feelings seem alien to me, and yet I used to do it every day, without difficulty. But I can't seem to reach out to myself anymore. I feel that inner part of me is shut away. I need to break down the door.
Maureen, I agree with what you say about people being disconnected. This is one of the reasons why I feel so dowcast a lot of the time. Point 24 of the Basic Rules of Man says:
24. Each human being must be intent on fostering interpersonal relationships, to devote attention to familial relationships as well as friendship, comradeship and acquaintances. Parents, brothers and sisters, friends, acquaintances and the fellow-human beings in general must always be a source of joy and of peace, in the form of a freedom which has a unifying and expanding effect in each and every way.
God, I would love for people to be more open and available towards each other. I have always felt the need to connect with people, and yet throughout my life I have found it practically impossible to achieve it with anyone, both male and female, although, as a general rule, it is a lot harder to achieve with men. But friendship is as important to me as relationship.
People are disconnected from each other, and from themselves, and I do frequently wonder where I fit in, or as I would say, where I belong. |

My Thoughts regarding depression i think its important to realise that we can be Masters of our thoughts. Incorrect thinking can cause depression. I think i know what is coming in the future and when i look at the world i am amazed at the ignorance of most people but i feel lucky to be a human being during these times, who has the oportunity to overcome obstacles not found anywhere else and to witness these times whilst being aware of The Truth.
Its Our Evolution: I dont just see myself as this body, i see myself as countless bodies and importantly Shopfung Energie, i steer my thoughts like a captain steers his ship.
Nutrition: Spirulina (get tablets it tastes better), Moringa Oleifera (1kg powder on ebay only $50 to make tea, drink 1 heaped tabelspoon when it cools) and Coral Calcium ($100 1kg on ebay will last more than a year, 1 teaspoon) are needed because the soil is depleted.
Vitamin D is important, 1000mg
Plastic: Dont use takeaway cups for coffee/tea or hot beverages, the cardboard cups have a thin layer of plastic that releases trillions of micro plastic particles small enogh to get into cells, buy a glass or metal cup and use that, the shops r ok with that.
When you dry synthetic clothes in the dryer the same thing happens in the air, if u must do that, air out the room well and go into another room, try n buy natural fiber clothes as the synthetics create an unatural static/electromagnetic currents around your body too.

White light: I never wear sunglasses, they are unatural, the pineal needs light daily. In northern Europe they sell white light boxes for depression. I often look at the sun rising or setting, its safe to do at those times, the American Indians used to do it too, i go into a meditation, the sun does amazing things. Is good for a psy attack too. It also makes it easy to visualise a sun for the candle meditation. My all time favourite med.
When you make a phone call always have it on speaker and more than 20cm from your head/chest. Important.

Do The Figu meditations, i think the 77 meditations, 12 point and the 7th Mein Geist are the best for depression.
I visualise the peace symbol anytime i feel negative, u can just do the Y shaped part.
It works wonders for me, i also recite the peace meditation in my head or out loud if alone.
Keep studying, i have all the English books and they move me like nothing else can BUT it was the free stuff that made me strong and able to distinguish The Truth, the free stuff removed the veil of darkness and made me a good person able to observe things calmly as a third person/observer would.

I've been watching Dr Ekberg and Dr Berg on Youtube for about a year now. I followed their advice and dropped lots of carbohydrates (mainly bread) from my diet. I noticed the healthy effects a few days later after the withdraw symptoms left my body. I feel so much better now. I'm never going back to eating wheat products.
I take me Moringa in capsule form. I bought a pill making machine because I hate the taste.

Agreed the taste isnt the best, if u let the moringa tea cool and settle u can skull it eheh, sometimes i do capsules and found it quicker doing it by hand one at a time, u can do one every few seconds once u get into the swing of it. Size 000 capsules can be found on ebay cheeper by the box 5000 per box or 10 000 size 00 at the same price. Whole herb is better than tea, so i do drink about a third of the sludge, eeek.

I read somewhere recently, probably on this forum during one of my exchanges with someone here, that the Plejaren are able to paint nature that is so life-like you can't tell just by looking at it that it is a work of art. This is a very high level set of artistic skills, and no doubt it comes as a consequence of a high consciousness evolution. But it struck me that perhaps talent is something that also evolves from one life to another, through successive reincarnations. I mean how can one paint so life-like if one doesn't have the talent? It can't be reliant entirely on skill. I'm sure not all Plejarens are able to paint so realistically.
So I'm thinking perhaps someone like Monet, for example, because his spirit-form has the experience of creating fine art through the personality of this artist, will one day embody another artist, after a succession of artists, with the talent to paint more realistically. Is talent evolutionary-based? People say that talent is something you're born with. But it doesn't seem to make much sense that an individual can achieve something so masterfully through nurture more than others who know as much unless talent is subject to growth/evolution, singling that individual out among other individuals who lack such talent, yet possess the same skill. |
