Hi All... Concerning Over-Population and Food Distribution: Some weeks ago I happened to have seen a News documentary concerning "Genetic-engineered" grains and foods that were sent and to be distributed to parts of Afrika...but it was put to a "Halt"...by the Distribution-manager of that department. He simply said...he did Not want "Genetic-engineered" foods in his country and be distributed to his peoples. Alas...One can only conclude...that the Distribution-manager has not made a correct decision for his Starving Afrikan populations. One would think...that he should be Greatful and Thankful for the Free Aid he is receiving. Than to just let his population Starve to Death. Common-Sense and Logic would relativate that it is Better and Wise to feed the populations with the Genetic-engineered foods than to let them all Starve...I would say. Edward. | ||

Hello Edward, I don't know. Maybe I'm just being a little paranoid here, but it seems to me that some of the countries out there are dealing with the over-population problem by getting rid of their poor through such means as mass executions or starvation. I often wonder what's wrong with the Earth human race. Why the govt's allow people to over-populate, then think that they can fix the problem by mass murder. Where the heck is the spirituality in that? Interesting article I read from Austin Texas, where the writer claims that war is just a way to get rid of the poor, not only in other countries but from the United States as well. I think that genetically engineered food is a great idea, if one wants the population of their country to survive....(sigh) Lately across the Internet horror stories of the North Korean slave camps have been appearing. Hi Chris, Well, what you have written...I have also thought of in the past. Well..as I can recall from the News documantary ...many parts of Afrika...and many parts of The World Do receive Genetically-engineered foods... Without...them even knowing this. Even WE...the populations of the Western world Are Consuming... these foods! Just as Billy..mentioned in one of the Questions to him; which I have Acknowledged for many many decades also...and when telling people this...they just Laughed at me. Just look at the foods in our stores...that are So Big...and shining. Just look at the many Patato-Sorts there are for consumption. There are So Many sorts...Because they have been Engineered that way. Just as many many other foods. There seems to be well over 100's of New Patato sorts! When the original patatos..were not even more than above...if I am correct..alittle over a dozen..original types. So the Patatos... were enigneered to be Bigger...Better....go so on. And of different types. The companies that make the Genetical-engineered foods...Distribute them All Over The World; only through this process..is a much Quicker manner of creating "Enough" foods for the populations of the world. So WE ARE...Consuming these foods....Not even knowing this...Fact. Yes, I am aware of the Link concerning North- Korea. It is very disturbing. As Korea has had a very difficult time with it's agriculture process and it is compared with the time of days that China was in decades ago. And it is/was Up To....The Politics..to make the Out- Come...also...Who Receives...the Food Distributions. As in those times of the China Crisis...10's of Millions have died(some estimate..well around 200 Million people)...because Western and Eastern... Politics...did Not See...Eye To Eye...Alas. So, it seems a Repetition...once again. Just as it is...in many other cases. So as you can conclude; when there is No Foods...Man goes Over boundaries of horror.... Alas. "Food IS Power!" On the Internet I found a World Population counter through keyword "Overpopulation" and then item (7) "World Overpopulation Awareness" Presently it was showing a world population of 6.2+ billion population which is below the total number of 7 billion as indicated in the back pages of the 2002 FIGU Pricelist, the actual population of the planet. Recently, from an Almanac I found that there are approximately l31 million Births per year, 52 million Deaths resulting in a Net Population Gain of 79 Million humans per year which is approximately 5 humans every 2 seconds which is what the counter is clicking at. Recently I read an article in my local newspaper titled "Global Migration" Some quotations follow: Joseph Chamie, Director of the Population Association of America states.... "America welcomes more than a million of the world's "huddled masses" every year."..... "America actually gets more immigrants than it needs to maintain population stability: Indeed, says Chamie, 80 percent of U.S. population growth between now and 2050 will be due to immigrants and their descendants."....." The numbers of people living outside their land of birth, says a new migration report by th U.N. Population Division, has doubled since 1970. Justification for immigration is that these immigrants: become taxpayers and pay taxes for support of baby boomer retirees: help a rebounding U.S. economy: take entry-level jobs many Americans opt not to accept. "No country can afford to shun immigrants-least of all nations of Europe, whose populations will shrivel without them" Nowhere in the article is there mention of the world being overpopulated. "Economists say that by 2015, Europe will face a declining population. It will need more immigrants, not fewer, if states are going to pay for the pensions and health-care systems of a graying population." ANSWER: Hi Norm, That's silly, stupid and near-sighted thinking. It's no solution at all! According to those unreasonable "economists" (= in this case "egoists") there must be a steady increase of people on an piece of land that is finite. Very silly. Norm, I remember reading your post before. What we also need to answer is though how do we find money for increasing numbers of retirees who are beginning retirement and as well living longer in retirement. My thoughts for finding the money needed are: decrease government spending, decrease defense spending, increase taxes on the wealthy,reduce somewhat the social security benefit itself, reduce hospital and doctor charges. If you control population you will have a shrinking kids base to pay for the rise in senior citizens. Its a wash, you have less tax money going to a younger generation on schools, health, etc.. and more money going to seniors. Also remember the rise in senior spending will only last around 10-15 years and then you will even see that decrease over time. The only way for America to lower its unemployment problem is to stop importing immigrants and control population. Also take into account that prison inmates will shrink, road upkeep will decrease, energy prices will decline, healthcare cost will decline and more all from controlling population. America's whole INFRASTRUCTURE UPKEEP costs will decline that will easily pay for the senior citizen increase. Greetings everyone, As overpopulation becomes ever more the one of 3 perils to Earth humanity along side religion and money, like a cancer out of control, the Earth becomes that much more plagued with 11.5x more people far exceeding the Earths holding capacity. Delete 2/3s of 6.7 billion people in a 3rd world war, you still have 2.3 billion people which still exceeds the max of 509 million people. Interestingly the countries most plagued in famine, war, poverty and disease well often far exceed the rest of the world in overpopulation with the highest birth rates. As human beings, we don't like war, crime, disease, poverty, the depletion of our natural resources, death. So what is the ultimate cure for that global disease we call over population??? Simple... We need a human disease that does not kill, does not harm, does not make one ill, but instead one that painlessly and harmlessly sterilizes human reproduction within the majority of the human race to a very low birth rate! But not completely! Also known as the "fertility disease". When life becomes once again balanced out to its normal capacity, then just perhaps we can then ask for an "anti-disease", which is actually air born anti bodies which seeks out to destroy all existing air born diseases with perhaps some exceptions to the fertility disease or until human being evolve further along in their evolution. Perhaps we should ask the Plejarans through Billy what they think about the creation of a none lethal fertility disease for Earth Humanity. Further more, perhaps the Plejarans can create anti bodies that will reverse and repair the effects of the altered emotional and aging genes. After all "IF" overpopulation was yet another end result of these manipulated genes by ETs in very ancient times, then for the same reasons they diverted the destroyer comet away from our solar system, I feel the Plejarans can also follow up here with my ideas. Hi All... Well, its good Norm posted..the posting he posted to Billy..with his answer. I Truely Agree with what Billy has mentioned. It IS...Turely those " Unreasonable Economists"... which I would Also Acknowledge as "Egoists"! Only for Their (Own) Best Benifit...;which they have to make sure...that a "Certain" Amonunt of "Profit" MUST..come their way! Hence...They Come in the First Place...Not their labourers.(which Are Expendable!) I see the problems we have here in our country; there are So many people out of work, and what are the government's economists doing; their "Attracting" people from other parts of the world to do the work! Yes! Very Un-Logical! When there are 100,000's of thousands who Can have those jobs, just by (Re-)Educating them to their/this New Job. I find this Rediculous! When the people are there...in their Own your country....but go get them from abroad. And they even Dare....to say: "But the people we have here are Not Educated for the/that work!" I focused on the Plejaran recommended population for Earth of 529 Million and gave a brief description of the Plejaran's and their relationship to Earth humans. Hi All... Concerning Over-Population... I was thinking of how many of hunderds...if not...Thousands of people that are Wealthy...are Migrating to countries with much Sun! It seems very Logic...that people that are Wealthy...Can Enter Any country they wish...without any problems. If One was Poor...One would be "Kicked-Out"... without pardon! As here in Europe, One can move to Belgium or Germany or Spain...to buy a nice big house...for very less money...compared to the country the "Movee" is moving out of. Even some months ago...there was a documentary of Israeli/Jewish/Sionists...which had planned to buy as much Tropical Islands they could...to let their future Israeli/Jewish/Sionists offspring to live at/in...for generations to come...and Expland their ways of life...as one of the womanly speakers said. This ofcourse, would "Awaken"...the many island's inhabitains..of course..which would see this as Just Another "Colonization" from another groep of people "Taking" their Lands(islands) away. As you can see...that there seems to be people that have No Scruples..when they have Very Much Money...and of course...seem to want to buy Only what they feel fits their Own Needs. With-Out...Thinking of the Consequences! Even many Europeans...are migrating to the USA...and even Canada; mostly dairy farmers..so as to help out with the dairy..products, when One would think: "Why does these country's governments...not Stimulate.. and Motivate...their Own People in this branch!?" As some of us may Know...How Bad and How Many losts the US farmers had some decades ago; when all Big Companies had the Power...and made it Unbearable...for the small farmers..which resulted in Bank-Ruptions and Suicides..by those Poor Farmers. What's the Socialist view on Overpopulation? What's your answer to this problem? Its almost to late now! His Answer- "It's not a problem, it's a lame excuse the bourgeoisie came up with as to why they can't feed everyone and why 10s of millions die each year, simply because they're unwilling to sell food because they wouldn't make the margins they like.
