Hello Aditya, I've also had dreams where I am ''falling.'' They feel very real, I always wake up in the middle of the ''fall.'' The fall feels so real I wonder how the landing would be like. In these dreams I usually fall off a vehicle like a bike. It's pretty cool were both experiencing similar things in the dream world. First the thinking/preparing while sleeping and now the falling dreams. Salome David |

oh yea i just remebered aditya, when i wanted to get out of a dream, or i simply wanted to feel the intense rush associated with the following action, i would jump of a building or 2nd floor to the ground to "commit suicide" for a lack of a better explination. it was quite interesting, but the last time i tried it, i did not wake up. as opposed to the other times where it would wake me up. there was nothing scary when i was falling, it was a huge sensation, very safe and no fear involved. when i was 17 or 18 i woke up to find myself falling into my bed from like 3 or so inches, very interesting. although i havent had much succes, nor put in much effort to try to moth objects or levitate, i have none the less found such things to happen to me. |

Dear Peter, You said --> "i think you as a woman, and being so young, are at a great advantage, to be utilizing these abilities. i think a lot of women take for granted their nature, ahh well." HA HA HA.... My dear Peter, what made you think I was a lady??!! I am from India, a male , and am 17 years, my mother tounge is Hindi. In Hindi, "Aditya" means the Sun. I am not blaming you for being wrong. I understand, mistakes happen. Thanks a lot for the information you have given me. But I did'nt get one thing, why would you jump from the second floor of your building in your dream, to "Commit Suicide"? A dream state is fun when you can control it, its like a whole world to you. Salome Aditya (The Sun) PS: Dear Moderators, Sorry if I have gone a bit off topic. |

Hello Aditya, And Warmest Greetings All, You are welcome. The LUCID dreaming will take some practice to accomplish. As you are falling asleep each night, make the suggestion (reminder) in your mind to look AT your HANDS during the dream. This may take several nights (up to 30-days, or so). When you CAN do this, then you have accomplished the LUCID dream state. In this state, you now have CONSCIOUS control of your dream. Something interesting you could then try, is to seek advanced spirits. Ask THEM for guidance, for intuitive assistance in your awake life. I would be very interested in your experience in this, if you would choose to share.?.! As to Peter. Any one of us makes incorrect assumptions from time to time. I would forgive Peter in his mistake. There is an old saying: "To ASSUME is to make an ASS out of U and ME". Moderator: please forgive, if the language is not appropriate. If you choose, you may edit to read = A**. wahh! i dont know, some how i thought you were a woman, perhpas it is all those smiley faces etc, or the way you write. i am used to females talking to me or writing like this. lesson learned my mistake, i should be more careful for future situations. as for the "suicide" dream. try it and you will experience what i mean. i think i accidentally stumbled upon that little "trick" while being aware that i was in a dream. i was being chased and i needed a way out. i think the first time it happend, i automatically just jumped. the other times i started to take a more direct controlling role in it. you know that feeling of going down a roller coaster? maybe maybe not? well it's quite a rush. something to try once i guess. much safer than jumping out of an airplane. it sure is fun, dreams are awesome, i cherish them well. sorry again for the mix up. and it is funny, for i am always talking about not assuming this and that, and here i am the hypocrite. on the plus, asses are great for travel, they dont require nearly as much water as a horse |

Dear Peter, No problem at all. I understand, mistakes do happen, I mean we are only human beings, who still have a long way to go. Your dreams sound fun. But actually I would take the aeroplane idea, much more thrilling. Salome Aditya |

Dear Dave, Yes I completely agree with you, we are experiencing the same things. We should try to strengthen it more by meditating. Also, I think we should follow what Rod said. It sounds preatty cool. I mean we could control our Dreams, do whatever we want in them. We could have one where we meet Billy, or where we are going to Erra. Sounds preatty cool. salome Aditya |

Hi Aditya.... Well, concerning your 'falling': Well, I had had such experiences when I was very young, also. Some people describe it also as falling into a pit. I think that there were even times that I did....Fall out of bed! There were times, that I woke up and found myself laying on the floor. As what I later came to understand, was: that it had to do with the Sleep/Wake state/processing. One would either wake up, or fall further, but than into a Deep Sleep state, and sleep or dream further, without any problems. When you experience that falling sensation, and than wake up, and feel as if you dropped into you bed; just, states that you did not process yourself into the Deep Sleep state correctly, as you should have. So, at times I did, fall and just went into the Deep Sleep state automatically, as I should. And just woke up as I usually do, in the morning. So, the Falling sensation, is very common. One, just experiences this, more Consciously...than others (Falling). Others just Fall directly, asleep....without the Falling experience. Edward. |

Nowadays it doesn't happen much, but still sometimes it comes. Thanks for your reply. Could you explain to me this more--> "One, just experiences this, more Consciously...than others (Falling). Dear All, I have a doubt, Is it that a person dreams every night? I don't know, because nowadays I don't have any dreams, its just black. Or it maybe that I don't remember them, but then how should I recall them? Salome Aditya |

Hello Aditya, Every person does indeed dream every night. Each of us may have from 2 and up to 6 or 7. An exception would be a person in a state of coma. Such a one may be permanently dreaming until the body ceases to continue life. Try eating spicy foods in the evening, see if that results in remembering (also more vivid) dreams. Also, foods which contain Choline (A factor of vitamin-B) are helpful for memory. Salome Let Our LOVE show in all actions, J_rod7

Dear Peter, I was wondering, If a person was sleep-walking and what if he jumped from the 2nd floor?? I say this because I have heard that, usually people who sleep-walk have dreams of where they are. Its like they know it, but are in a dream state. Correct me if I'm wrong. Salome Aditya |

hey aditya, funny you should mention, i guess then that person would be sore the next morning i am of the personal opinion that your subconcious handles situations that could cause problems, in other words, just because we are sleeping does not mean our common sense shuts off. i was once sleepwalking, well more than once, but only once i really became aware of it, and it felt like i was struggling to balance my body. very weird. and if it interests you, i have read in the news paper (local too) of more than one incident where a person falls 5-10 stories and survives with barely a bruise. so, even if one could sleepwalk of a patio, who's to say it would end up tragically? |

Hi Aditya.... Concerning: Could you explain to me this more--> "One, just experiences this, more Consciously...than others (Falling). Others just Fall directly, asleep....without the Falling experience" I was referring to, that...experiences, that/the Falling experience Consciously...i.e.: Aware/Seeing/Visualization and experiencing it as if it were a reality experience, where as, the Ones whom do not experience this Consciously(skipping it's visualization/process), can not remember this experience....i.e.: just Fall asleep...WITHOUT...the Falling experience. Hi Aditya.... Everyone does dream. One night One may dream more times, than other nights, as I have experienced myself. Some dreams I can remember very clearly when I wake up, and there are mornings that I can not remember even one! But, I know....that I did dream that night. *Than, when I start my day, I do receive 'flashes', if you will, or just by looking at an object or situation, and then I realized that these encounterers were 'regressing' me back to my dream(s)(state). So, than, I write down what I can remember, and thus, now I more or less, know what I had dreamt about that night...or even the night(s) before. Sometimes, when in bed, I say to myself, that I want to dream 'Consciously', and when I wake up, I will remember them. At times this does help, but other times...I can not remember my dreams, BUT...I KNOW....I did dream; than the above mentioned, would apply(see *). Sometimes I even Destine myself in a dream, and sometimes it works and sometimes not. But, the above mentioned is a very positive way to learn to Handle and Control One's dreams...in a very Conscious manner. In time, you will have Conscious Control over the mention; but it does take many many years, though. And when this is the case: One can even Enjoy One's dreams...even more... It is a wonderful feeling to have Control in One's dreams; just as it is, in One's everyday life. And thus: One is in Control of One's own BEING! Thus: LOOK...within One's Self; than One Reflects Externally into (The) Creation; and than One can Comprehend the many Splendors of CREATION... Itself, through personal experience. Edward. |

In time, you will have Conscious Control over the mention; but it does take many many years, though. It is a wonderful feeling to have Control in One's dreams; just as it is, in One's everyday life." I’m not sure I understand the value of controlling one’s dream. As I understand it, dreams are a reflection of our sub-conscious. They provide the opportunity for insight into understanding our fears, goals, solutions to problems and our psychic landscape in general; if we but learn how to interpret their symbology. If you control it, you never properly allow that process to unfold naturally. You are short-circuiting a potential sub-conscious solution from coming forth. In a similar manner, one learns to be aware or "mindful" in meditation one does not attempt to control the meditative process but to be cognizant - to be open to spiritual insights that might arise spontaneously. And then there is the vision form of dream which can serve as a warning of potential danger. Billy had such a dream of an assassination attempt which allowed him to take preventive measures. But one can not benefit from such a warning if one is consciously preempting. These are just my thoughts and I am not trying to talk anyone out of an experience they want to pursue. I am only suggesting there will be possible consequences. See, I am even inserting the international archetype of goodwill: Regards Bob |
