Just more such wordings in CR182 regarding High Councel manipulation.

40. According to the explanation of the High Council, ultimately, it will yet so happen with the fallible ones, such being lawfully determined, that after the deaths of the fallible ones, their following lives will no longer be given to the area of knowledge and to fast-paced evolution; instead, they will arise in primitive people, who are still ignorant of the knowledge of spirit and who still count as primitive people among the people of this world.

This reminds me of Quetzal's statements to BEAM regarding Apophis:
"The cosmic forces themselves have programmed this event in advance, and it can only be stopped or warded off by the earth people themselves. In their materialistic and misguided disunity and in their delusions of grandeur, they disregard all warnings and prophecies, so this will inevitably come to pass as a rebuke and retribution, if you wish to see it as such. And because this admonishment and retribution must occur, we are not permitted to undertake any actions to ward off this event. Earth people should listen to your warnings, but this is precisely what they do not do."
Cosmic Forces… This could be one of or all of past (long ago) Human Cause for future (current) Effects; programmed by the High Council due to past ancient events on Earth, Mars, Malona/Phaeton? Is this plausible; interesting thought, someday we’ll know the true complete answer. Nonetheless, Quetzal did say, “cosmic forces themselves have programmed this event”. Was this programmed by Human actions due to (Cause and Effect)? Not necessarily Earthling Humans, at the time; even so, this could be associated with extraterrestrials that died on Earth and have since reincarnated with new personalities on this planet that have to now deal with the Effects of their long past Cause/s?
Quetzal also stated, “…this admonishment and retribution must occur…” There is obviously something else going on here that we are not entirely aware of yet?!

So I will assume those wordings in different CRs telling about that punishment in the coming lives by HC are all related to Kodex, as well as those people concerned. |

My take on answering your question is that there is no human intervention here, they are referring to comments made by the High Council who in their wisdom have noticed the workings of certain natural laws of logic and based on Love that we are bound to and that we first need to comply with before any contacts can take place. |

In Contact Report 619 Ptaah spoke in length about the importance of a healthy metabolism and the 9 rules for eating. Rule number 1 was about the amino acid L-tyrosine. I often find myself with a foggy mind so I bought a bottle and found the results amazing for me. I was able to think much more clearly and cope better in stressful situations and I even found studying the "Might of Thoughts" book much more easier. I have also started to implement some of the other 9 rules for eating to help with my metabolism and that is also working good for me now.

Although L-Tyrosine was mentioned in the contact notes, FIGU does not endorse or promote any supplements. Additionally, I think its hard to know the potency and purity of many earth made products...imo |

Scott, I understand. But Ptaah is advising us to take it as one of the nine rules and he said it is side-effect-less. If there was a potency or purity problem with it I think he would have mentioned it.
I'm aware that FIGU does not endorse or promote any supplements. I just hope we are not going to be stopped from discussing supplements and other things mentioned in the notes that the Plejaren advise us to take. |

Its old news but has anybody here heard the UN ambassador from syria talk about the genetically modified american soldiers operating in his country and putin mentioning something about it as well.
It reminds me of cloned murder machines mentioned in the henoch prophecies.
I didn't think that the ultra secret special access projects in genomics had advanced this far in genetic technology but it appears not and that it backs up billy's information once again.
Wow come to think of it the ISIS soldiers leading the 21 coptic christians on the beach to be beheaded did look, walk and move the same not to mention being of enormous height.
Had the syrian obtained unequivocal proof through retreaving some of the bodies of these cloned murder machines who died in the battle field for the ambassador to state such a bold claim?

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is an agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military.
Evidently this is news that will not be heard on the controlled mainstream media (MSM), referred to as print and broadcast news organizations; ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, Washington Post, New York Times, etc. It appears that Fox News could be playing the Good News (Good Cop/Bad Cop). Even Fox News did not mention anything about American sponsored Super-soldiers?
Various bits of information can be found regarding these Super-Soldiers throughout the internet; the articles are pretty much buried with all kinds of nonsense news diluting this information including many religious groups throwing their two-cents of BS into the fray as well.

Its staggering to find out the enormity and the extent of this organ harvesting for profit problem is around the world especially state sanctioned murder of Falun Dafa or Falungong members by the communist government of China.
Its always been around but to confront this issue of the shocking nature of live human beings with their organs removed whilst they are still alive begars belief at the inhumanity of it all where it harkens back to the murders of jews by the Nazis to Mao's murder of millions during the cultural revolution and to the khmer rouge's pol pot regime systematically exterminating its cambodian citizens.
