@Tat_tvam_as, You must remember that some of the Sirians did assist many people to escape the homeworlds without being killed, and this led to them becoming outcasts on the run. @Corey, Contact report 251 does not mention that the Sirians will help us to reverse the degenerate coding, but at some stage they will demand that the Earth is placed under the governance of the homeworlds. The Sirians will then introduce a strict law/s that will forbid those with the degenerative coding from bearing children. | ||

HI Billwilson, We live on Earth. So it is our mission to care about life on planet Earth. Even for those “…life forms who bear barbaric traits that tend toward degeneration and cruelty, and (whose) life span is limited to approximately 100 years” that create a “Wally” like planet. But my mail was not to whitewash all human aggression - it wanted to highlight a possible action that could assist not only us: The roots that created beings without much potential for growth were willfully implanted by what you called a “race with powers outside our current understanding”. To Corey, concerning the CR of 251. Just so you know, the danger point of the 3 years + 11 months prophecy has already past, which would have started back in November of 2006 had 4 heads of state being killed within a 7 days back in 2004 in the year following of 2003 with the American invasion of Iraq. At the time not all country states of Europe had gone along with the USA coalition of the willing when they attacked Iraq thanks to a FIGU special Bulliton that was posted on their internet site at the beginning of that year. By November 2004 only one head of state was killed and that was Yesser Arafat, which in away diverted the danger, when France, Germany and Switzerland opted out to go along with the USA Iraq invasion. By November of 2006, the USA republicans were voted out of the senate which prevented the USA Israel attack on Iran, which would have started the world war 3 to which you refer to. A later re-election of Obama in 2012 also prevented a similar possible world war 3 scenario and the situation with Iran has now past, but it was also indicated in the Jan 2003 special Bulliton that beginning in 2015 and onward, that would be the real danger point of the 3rd world war relating to that of the Henoch prophacies 888 day WW3, which now we can see as the real danger with the USA with Russia, along with ISIS who will continue to attack and conquer even in the after math. If that war happens it will likely begin as soon as in the summer of 2015, which according to Nostradamus will begin when the planets of Mercury and Mars both enter together into the constellation of Aquarius. Concerning the Benefactors, Billy and the Plejarens only make mention of them once in CR 251 and appear to not really make mention of them again, or at least that I know of, and in later references the only mention we kind of hear of concerning them again refers mainly to calling them something different, that of the "Inter-dimensional Earth Aliens", not to be confused with the so called 3 alien races from far beyond that are hear only to observe humanity at this time, which is something else yet again. Now I don't know exactly for sure yet, but it seems to be there is an indication from CR 593 from last fall that the Plejarens were possibly in the process of closing their mission with Billy and FIGU, because of the now eminent WW3 danger. I don't know this for sure yet, because only a small portion of that contact was released, but I do remember asking Billy personally about this in past times here on the forum and he said the Plejarens would close the mission in the event of both a world war 3 and if another group of ET like beings do begin to make a contact with us, like that which is mentioned in CR 251 with small groups of individuals. It is also my very recent understanding that the plejarens may not have in the past wanted to discuss ET like beings here on Earth, etc, who may not have at the time wanted to be known. | ||

@Truthseeker, Ptaah made a statement in recent years that they would withdraw from the Earth only after Billys death. They have withdrawn from the Earth all of their personal and traces of their existence and now have minimal activity which cannot be found or traced. What Ptaah said in 251 was that they would withdraw and allow the future to manifest as had been planned and also to keep close reigns on the secret of their own whereabouts, I presume that this relates to the creator overlords race. They will surely keep a link to the group even after billys death, because they have striven to fix things for many years and Frehner was already listed as the next possible contact person. | ||

What's need more is a multi-national peace force to stop the Americans. Who created ISIS ..... the CIA in concert with Mossad as a tool to get rid of Bashar Assad in Syria. First the US recruited (bought off with money) groups of islamic militia who then proceeded to become the "Libyan Freedom Fighters" who deposed and killed Muomar Gaddafi, stole 144 tons of Libyan gold, looted all the military bases and arsenals whose contents the US transhipped through Turkey into Iraq distributing the weapons to exactly those same militias who are now ISIS for the purpose of overthrowing the Syrian regime of Bashar Assad. Those who promote some sort of international peace force ..... controlled by who ? the Americans ..... are you completely mad ..... those are the international criminals who created ISIS and continue to support, finance and equip it probably using the proceeds of 144 tons of gold stolen from Libya plus the arms looted from Libyan bases in addition to the armaments plundered from ..... wait for it .... warehouses full of weapons, supplies, ammunition, vehicles left behind in massive storage facilities sprinkled around Iraq which were conveniently left practically undefended for which purpose ? ..... to help those groups who US knew would be looting them in the near future ..... how convenient. Hi Corey, The impression I get from CR 251: The assistance by the Sirians will only happen very late, in the distant future, after the Earth human has - after immense suffering - eradicated his impulsive aggression. Because only this shift in attitude will allow Earthlings to undertake interstellar flights - i.e. travel to Sirius. According to CR 251 our scientists will have already discovered how to change the aging process much earlier but because of environmental circumstances (ultrasonic/ high frequency/climate weapons ? nuclear devastation? wars ? overpopulation ?dying sun?) it will take a long time to implement them. So, yes, the descendants of the Sirians may eventually assist their prodigal sons, after an odyssey of their many incarnations. The devastation, violence and cruelty their angry minds had to “outlive” by far overwhelming the tiny specks of wisdom at the end of their short lives. The truly helpful Ps that see many of the spirits of their forefathers incarnate in terrestrial bodies: The violence and barbarism that rules our world must be very painful to them, too. Yes, we Earthlings have to grow out of the aggressiveness and religious delusions ourselves but “Would it not stand to reason if the Sirians would play a more prominent role to help Earth humans increase their understanding of creational wisdom” similar to the Ps - this was my question. The 60 odd Sirians still left with a sense of revenge - may they understand the universal truth that the “perceived” enemy was “created” inside their own heart. At first, when I became a member of this forum....I too was opinionated and defensive about certain issues, however, once I read and re-read and continue to read: the goblet of truth, might of the thougts, the psyche, etc.....I realize the "problems" I have with the "world" Start and End with Me. In my opinion, most, if not many people want to keep the same customs, same beliefs, traditions, memorials, celebrations, ideas, values, thought process, live in the best neighborhoods, have the best schools, etc and Expect BEAM and others to support their views. Most people Do Not Want to Change, however, They have High Expectations for Others to Change. Most people See Problems with Others and not with Themselves. Hi Paul, Yes, some of the Sirians did assist the gene-manipulated races. Yes, this assistance made them outcasts in their own (Sirian) race. But even they "decided secretly to exploit the genetically manipulated people for their own use". To a degree I understand that the "creator overlords" were driven to "radically exterminate their “creations”, the gene manipulated races, because they were "banding up and trying to annihilate them". But whilst it seems within creational laws to have robots or androids doing your work - the same cannot be applied to humans that have a spirit: Here the law of cause and effect prevails: “What you do to your fellow man will be done to you.” This is then the true purpose of my posting in this matter: It was not to blame the Sirians. It was to call them to teach their prodigal sons so that they can find back and share the oneness that exists between them. Because in each (terrestrial) human heart is still a glimpse of that goodness and peace that our forefathers on Sirius so wholeheartedly wanted to protect. We, too, can sense it. Hi Bill, Yes I understand. The Sirians made a big blunder at that time by creating the degenerative race to defend them. It seems that they achieved a high state of being too soon and quickly became the victims of attacks. They could not defend themselves as it was removed from the genes, so they quickly created the genetically altered peoples. While attempting to trace Billy's past personalities overlapping with face to face contacts, with what happen with spiritual knowledge lost or gained within that generation along with one generation before and one after. And looking at the politics, religions and the cultures mystery schools, shared mind focal points (ie.. prayers, sounds, smells, chants, music and forced points of thought controlled by the priest dance). In trying to use Aristotle's Venn diagrams system one point keeps popping up, which is deep meditative concentration. So from my logical mind exercise the fastest way to change everything would be to teach meditative concentration to awaken others without bias ie.. it is just a tool to learn with. From just that one change it is not hard to get into more complex issues. Surprisingly mindfulness meditation is already creeping into local schools to help stop bullying an for out of control children (the aggression gene). For everything to improve more and more must learn to think for themselves an own the following actions. In my own life my wife is a hard core southern baptist that reminds me its time for my meditation. Plus even my doctor now starts talks about meditation with me, because of the changes in my health has been profound. As for russia advancing on the USA why not, you starve a lion, back into a corner and then throw rocks at it, no surprise what will happen. Have a backup plan, learn to garden outside and indoor good for your health either way. Had tried my best to stay factual, judge by yourself: “Does everyone see the perverted and dishonest argumentation? No, there is no automatism between a technological discovery by men and its instant adaptation and utilization for offensive warfare. And Mr. Rogers should by way of his profession know that very well. Take the example of chemistry. Chemical weapons are banned, taboo; government officials reverting to them can expect treatment as war criminals. What prevents the US administration from triggering a similar initiative against cyberdestruction via the United Nations?
