Cpl, Thanks for that! I was under the impression that one can buy shares in the BRICS bank like one can do with other banks. So is this not possible with the BRICS bank? |

Hugo, These development multi-national banks are usually just for governments. I don't think you can invest in it. The day may come, but will the day ever come that you could invest in the IMF? I doubt it. What might happen is someone may develop some special ETF funds that have exposure to wide scale or regional BRICS companies or countries. I guess keep your eyes open if you are interested. Chris Use to the full both your heart and your head; and never lose either.

Hugo, Apparently there are some BRICS funds available for investing. A search on "brics investment funds" will bring up some articles that might interest you. Please note, this is NOT investment advice. Chris Use to the full both your heart and your head; and never lose either.

Buying currency is like a share Hugo Chinese or other countries in brics China keeps it's currency undervalued by 30% and will probably be asked to stop doing that soon by brics countries Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining. Truly, I know that there is no resistance to my successes, also not in my thoughts and not in my imagination and also not in my feelings. 77 Being emotional is not logical but is temporary madness and you are either logical or mad not both, i am grateful for my emotions but need to control them.

Chinese government is worried They are petrified If a revolution happens and people get angry because their livelihood and jobs are taken away by an economic meltdown, sharemarket crash and the bubble burst spectacularly on the property market millions of Chinese working class and minority groups will murder every Communist officials who had it so good for so long thanks to the government coffers. No wonder the Chinese government is making these desperate panic driven decisions to do all they can to help their exporters. And no wonder why the HP states that China will nuke New Deli as it may not be just about land |

http://www.iflscience.com/physics/lets-all-get-cautiously-excited-about-fusion-power-breakthrough Few notes on my thoughts of the above link technology as it is quite scary. They have made an extremely inefficient process a little more efficient but still extremely dangerous due to the potential uncontrollable output and the inefficiency of the power generation process itself (the inefficiencies cause radiation and the fall out). A sun's inefficient fusion process is inefficient to create the properties every planet has and needs to be what it is and produce what it has. Therefore the inefficient properties of these reactions kill everything before anything can live (which takes time lots and lots of time). Nature has better, life friendly ways to produce efficient or inefficient energy. If we use energy sources like this in abundance, it will ultimately stall what is now for a time or obliterate what is now if what is harnessed and used isn't understood. Fusion creates energy but is not the energy to harvest from. I believe Fusion is an inefficient process so to produce fine matter. A truly efficient reaction leaves nothing but energy that can be used for our power purpose but is ultimately absorbed within the universe's raw foundation and redistributed. There is much better inefficient processes that distribute usable energy yet the inefficiency is a life friendly by-product. Get back to basics, 1H, for our planetary power. If we are ready to harness this kind of energy, why the hell are we still killing each other. This kind of fusion energy will certainly sort the killing of each other out as it could simply just kill us all. This kind of process needs to be used in a small controlled manner for the scientific evolution of ALL (NOT some!). Constructive testing of this kind of energy should be used to unify and not destroy. Conscious harmony needs to be obtained first as we will just kill each other if not obtained first. Even a un/semi evolved knuckle-head like me understands the importance of unity before extreme progression/evolution. |

From what Joe said "The American people are stupid" http://theyflyblog.com/2015/08/23/you-need-to-knowjoe/ Which parallel what Billy essentially says also but this could be extended all of us on this planet earth not least the Australian mums and dads and every other cat and dog investors who still continue to listen to treasurer Joe Hockey, take on more unsustainable and unserviceable debt to invest in the already hyper inflated property market because interest is cheap and short term gain is good. 7.You shall not rob and expropriate 10.You shall not greedily covet material wealth and your neighbour's possessions. With the ailing economy, increasing unemployment, economic recession turned depression, GFC II, stagnant wages to inflation, off shoring of jobs, decreased investment, downsizing, increasing bankrupsies and mounting household and the national debt who in their bloody mind thinks it was a fantastic idea to invest and buy a friggin house NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These stupid imbecilic braindead morons obsessed with immediate greed fuelled gains are expropriating their children's and children's children's future. These money obsessed whores who down the line will most likely loose their homes to the banksters keep propping up the already crazy property prices that with a bit of intrigue by the government, banks and the corporations are helping them to artificially prop up the prices and take away other people's natural rights for shelter because of some media shill paid off by the realestate industry keeps blurting out his propaganda that 'now is the perfect time to exploit low interest rates to invest in property which will continue to rise' Prologue: cause and effect will dictate that within 5 years Australians will also suffer the same type of subprime mortgage crisis like their American counterparts. Those who took on debt now and bought high will suffer the brunt of their stupidity and greed. |

Here is another report from Earth scientists that are saying the same thing that Billy and the Plejaren talked about back in 2009. http://www.theyfly.com/Atmospheric_Collapse.htm “Food chain collapse predicted in world's oceans.” http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/food-chain-collapse-predicted-in-worlds-oceans/ar-AAfmZW1?ocid=spartandhp The world's oceans are teeming with life, but rising carbon dioxide emissions could cause a collapse in the marine food chain from the top down, researchers in Australia said Monday. The first-of-its-kind global analysis of marine responses to climate change forecasts a grim future for fish. Marine ecologists from the University of Adelaide reviewed more than 600 published studies on coral reefs, kelp forests, open oceans, and tropical and arctic waters. Their meta-analysis, published in the October 12 edition of the US peer-reviewed journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, showed that ocean acidification and warming will cut down on the diversity and numbers of various key species. "This 'simplification' of our oceans will have profound consequences for our current way of life, particularly for coastal populations and those that rely on oceans for food and trade," said associate professor and co-author Ivan Nagelkerken. Very few organisms are expected to be able to adjust to warmer waters and acidification, with the exception of microorganisms, which are expected to increase in number and diversity. But the increase in the smallest plankton is not expected to translate into more zooplankton and small fish, meaning bigger fish will struggle to find enough food to eat. "With higher metabolic rates in the warmer water, and therefore a greater demand for food, there is a mismatch with less food available for carnivores -- the bigger fish that fisheries industries are based around," said Nagelkerken. "There will be a species collapse from the top of the food chain down." Oysters, mussels and corals are also expected to take a hit from global warming, which will further harm the environment for reef fish. |

Well, it appears that the United Arab Emirates is actually doing something positive; this is the most advanced and efficient city in the world. ----------------------- Masdar City is a planned city project in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. Its core is being built and designed by the British architectural firm Foster and Partners, the city relies on solar energy and other renewable energy sources. Masdar City is being constructed 17 kilometers (11 mi) east-south-east of the city of Abu Dhabi, beside Abu Dhabi International Airport. This will be the headquarters of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). This city uses 51% less electricity and 54% less potable water. Nothing goes to waste; in fact, waste is burned for additional energy. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mubadala_Development_Company https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masdar_City The initial design banned automobiles, as travel will be accomplished via public mass transit and personal rapid transit (PRT) systems, with existing road and railways connecting to other locations outside the city. The absence of motor vehicles coupled with Masdar's perimeter wall, designed to keep out the hot desert winds, allows for narrow and shaded streets that help funnel cooler breezes across the city.

As a follow up to Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: This could be done world wide; however, in a strange sort of way, Arabia is leading the way. Doesn't seem unusual that an OIL country would spend billions on the development of a city that does not use oil for the most part? That's because Saudi Arabia is running out of oil, as Billy predicted. However, they will not admit this; but they were caught in their lie. . . "The Saudi oil company oversold their ability to increase production", because they can't increase production with oil that is not there! - - - - - - - - From 469th contact: Talk of petroleum companies, including those of Saudi Arabia, concealing exceeding capacity (peak oil theory) Date of contact: 11th August 2008 First translated in English: 8th February 2009 First published: 22nd February 2009 in The Future Of Mankind website. Confirmed: Two of US Embassy cable sent on 7th May 2006 and 10th December 2007, published by Wikileaks on 8th February 2010, titled “US concern over Saudi Arabia oil production” and “Saudi oil company oversold ability to increase production, embassy told” respectively. http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/How_can_you_be_sure_of_the_authenticity_of_the_Meier_case%3F |

I am just sick and tired of this nonsense I've really had it with these scums who put profit before babies lives I am talking about the producers of Ballamy organic baby formula. God damn it! These scums have diverted much of their supplies to the chinese market where a tin of this stuff which sells for $23 in Australian supermarkets fetch 6 times or more over there. So my wife and I who've been all over the Sydney metropolitan area visiting supermarkets to find one can't do so and have not been able to for the last month or more. Just spare a thought for other mums and dads like us in a similar predicament who are forced to buy one different brand to the next and then another which is not very good for the baby. I am just sick of it. To make matters worse the local Australian Chinese residents, students, tourists and visitors are buying it up in droves to send them back to China on top of some of them exploiting the situation by buying up all they can from Coles and woolworth and selling them at their local store for highly inflated prices or selling it to their Chinese customers for a mega profit.. These vermins! Sure there are far worse off people like in Syria, Iraq, Palestine, Africa and so forth who would love to have the luxury and the option of being able to chuck a fit and complain over such issues as I but seriously it doesn't matter who does it, the people who play with people's lives and profit at their expense should be sent to the Gobi desert to live out the rest of their lives in pain and suffering just to feel for themselves what they have, as a result of their actions, inflicted upon other people through their malice and greed. What does it take to fix this bloody god damn world for crying out loud. One more time. What does it take to fix the heads of these scum scum scums. |

Newinitiation, After having after almost losing both my son and wife after child birth and running out of all the store pumped milk I truly feel for you. I can not remember how many nights I set in a corner of walls with pillows under my legs so if I past out I could not hurt my son. Getting to know thy neighbor comes in really handy here. My wife can tell you what time every store restocks and in most other mothers will hold stuff f or her. Peace Billy Wilson OM.K49 34. Hi Bill Well if I put it into perspective its no big deal but its still a big deal to me. I've done something really nasty as a result. I went apoplectic and in wrath and rage with every profanity I could think off I told the Woolworth staff off in no uncertain terms in the most vile and caustic way and spoke to the management about what was actually going on. As a result I am assuming, news article came out regarding this issue about the baby formula shortages. I suggested to them since those who least need it are purchasing this stuff and selling at an inflated prices why not put a limit on how many each customer can purchase. Obviously these scums who exploit the situation will get around it by going around different stores and buying some here and there but still its better than nothing. I also suggested why not take preorders so that when these formulas are delivered to their stores they can contact the customers. Frustratingly the management said there was nothing they could do about the situation. B'S. Now Coles and Woolworth are doing exactly what I have suggested and lowered the amount that each customer can purchase and are taking preorders. In this era on this world, as crazy as it sounds, the best currency is still aggression and anger that gets things rolling unfortunately. I've always wondered when chancing upon some weatherworn, old and grumpy types of people why old age hasn't instilled a bit of wisdom from life experiences in them for them to still be aggressive, rough, short fused, angry, egoistic, stoic and too proud instead of becoming more wiser, gentle, composed, modest, poised, calm, mature and being a noble artist but as the years roll on I understand more where they are coming from and why. Again and again fragile egos propped up by fake gungho bravado, a self defensive mechanism as well as an intimidation tool, somehow is the current language of today's beasts we call ourselves human beings. If you are soft, gentle and kindly people take that as being weak and run all over you but adversely if you come across as tough, mean and aggressive people fear you and be ingratiating towards you and want to please you. No wonder play acting has gone to the extreme these days whereby every cat and dogs are putting on a tough and stoical facade to protect their fragile egos and as a result setting off a chain reaction for other people to do the same for the same reasons. Its crazy and mad world. Going downhill in a downhill spiral to the lowest common denominator of human refinement. No wonder why people are so miserable, lonely, isolated, alienated, distant, cold, and so separated from one another despite there being more humans alive right now than at any other time in human history. And as Billy has already covered this topic on numerous occasions and the prophecies having fulfilled on this regard it is not surprising that I am writing about this now and probably still will in 10, 20, 30 years time if I am still around about the current state of affair our progeny and future selves will learn from.
