Understood; Obama did do these things that you listed; at least it appears that way. There are some issues that he is involved in that definitely rub me the wrong way as well.

Yes, Billy had many bumps in this lifetime; in fact, ever incarnation that we are aware of, his spirit form has had more challenges than most can comprehend.
Billy and the Plejaren have said that Obama was changed; what that means exactly, we do not know, as this kind of information will not be detailed until sometime in the future, if at all.

Great posts everyone.
My response: Politics equals politics. The whole process of politics is rotten to the core. I do not understand the constant ranting and raving. I just do not understand.
President Obama has made great strides to correct President Reagan, Bush(s), Clinton etc.
Let's be clear, We are just as responsible for the failures,(as some of you see it). President Obama or BEAM Cannot handle the complexities of this planet Alone.
The last 8 years have been wonderful for me, Why? I found the Spiritual Teaching and most importantly I worked on Myself!
I realize it doesn't matter who's the president in this country, I can still live a full, happy life.
Norm, I've read all of your post and the majority of your post consist of what "others" have said or done. You're regurgitating others thoughts about instead of thinking for Yourself.
BEAM does not owe anyone of us an explanation, why? We would not grasp his meaning anyway. We all can barely communicate effectively on this forum.

I wouldn't doubt so readily and so quickly.
Here's how I am viewing it.
Obama is certainly like any other human Being on our planet. Since the time of Henoch the prophets have been aware of the pertinent personalities and events. Prophets have even traveled to future times.
After all, this is a VERY serious problem we have here on Earth. According to the material, there were highly evolved personalities that decided to incarnate on Earth in order to assist the prophet. That to me sounds like the situation called for direct intervention by dying and living on this planet. That's serious.
Obama and Putin are planting the seeds of things to come. They are simply the personalities that the prophets have always known about and prepared for. Utilizing the Law of Cause & Effect.
How humanity responds to the actions of leaders will cause a relevant effect.

One of the most miss understood things we humans are missing is the effects that allowing no humans to have that same value as a human being. Corporations in the USA now have free speech and can not die almost like the concept of a god unless they do not make 1 dollar of profit during a 5 year cycle. These none humans currently out number all the working class human in the USA failure in such a system has to be reasonable conclusion.

Scoderoni, life experience is a great tool to use to separate the wheat from the chaff. You are speaking against discernment which everyone must use when reading ANYTHING. If people know history and have memories that last longer than 2 weeks, reading anything shouldn't be a problem.

So it would be wise to do so because if you don't all the happy thoughts in the world are not going to save you from a world war.

Sorry for any confusion. I stated that Obama is like any other human Being (nothing special about him).
The prophets have known about the personalities of today and the political leaders (through future travel and their Arahat Athersata abilities).
The prophets and the Plejaren Federation utilize the law of cause & effect to bring about the consciousness evolution of humanity; they are assisted in this by those who have "triumphed" and have recognized and accepted their responsibilities.

JustSayNo...We are constantly at "War" whether with Words or Weapons. My point is, We need to Look at Our Own "blunders" in Life and ask Ourselves "Why We are Where We Are in Our Lives". It is not Our Responsibility to point out BEAM's blunders or President Obama or President Whoever.
Plus, before making any comments on this forum, I read through the questions and answers. In the beginning, the questions were of quality and content, however, the more recent questions, were interesting to say the least, because, some on this forum, have intended to find fault and discrepancies in BEAM's answers. Personally, We have a serious communication issue on this forum because we have all nationalities, languages, cultures, customs, etc.
I can guarantee from the outside, We are considered Idiots, because We are missing the most important responsibilities of all and that's to our Consciousness yet We prefer to sit in front of our computers and pretend We are the Experts. OMG.
Therefore, give up the notion of "voting" the right person because President Obama was the Right person, yet, We are so consumed with bias, prejudices. Regarding the "borders", I bet if those "immigrants" or "migrants" were White European males, We would not be discussing the matter at all.
Plus as I've said before, Please post some of those posts or links about "Politics" on Your Own websites or Blogs. However, If you are giving Your own Thoughts and commentary with those links, great.

Apparently the Italian secret services initially informed the German Intelligence (BND) of the planned bombings.

Hopefully the authorities can see the necessity of gewaltsame Gewaltlosigkeit, the places of fulfillment of guidelines, and the birth-stop with 7 year birth-rate checks before it is too late, and the merciless destructive terrorism of ISIS "Great Jihad" shakes the Earth, and bloodily murders so many of our people, and destroys so much of our development. I understand the recommendations in great detail, and I have many other good ideas for terrestrial humanity that would be of great assistance to Earth's intelligence services if they are interested parties that want to lend a helping hand considering the dilemmas our planet collectively faces. -In case anyone I referenced is wondering, these installations of gewaltsame Gewaltlosikeit (forced forcelessness [multinational peacekeeping troop]), the places of fulfillment of guidelines (banishments), and maintaining a reasonable planetary population count of <529,000,000> million human-beings, will need to be permanent installations in the form of a multi-generational inheritance to each generation of Earth, until the time of black sun, which will occur in 1,500,000,000 to 2,500,000,000 (thousand million) years, when our farther descendants leave Earth for other beautiful planets if they do not leave the Earth before this time-frame for other colonies, or transition to the high council level. This is very critical to protect our planet's development, and terrestrial humanity for the forseeable eons! So we will have to make whatever preparations are necessary to fulfill this duty.

Your reference to overpopulation being the major factor why our planet hardly ever is in peace is spot on:
With so many people on our planet it is increasingly impossible to maintain order.
CR 643 (Feb 3, 2016), too, confirms this many times.
In this CR Billy, too, mentions that there can never be peace as long as nothing is done to reduce overpopulation:
He calls the many conferences – for climate control and weapons' reductions – useless, hollow words (“Schall und Rauch”).
Re. storing weapons for “defensive purposes only”, Billy states that as long as there are belligerent and “power hungry” leaders there is [always] the danger of an armed encounter - it may easily lead those leaders to declare a need for defense when in reality they have a desire for war:
“Even an army created to defend a country does not lead to peace but only a false [look-a-like] peace which can [easily] be transformed (converted) in effective [real] war at any time…”
Thus even a defensive army is no guarantee for peace.
“ … peace is only then possible when weapons and arms systems .. do not act any more as enemy deterrent …”
The materials used for arms and arms systems should generally be used to manufacture productive appliances and the army corps should do useful and valuable services "for the common good.”
Only in emergencies should the soldiers become combatants…
Billy then mentions that to achieve peace man’s thinking and goal setting has to fundamentally change:
Only by peacefully caring for our fellow man and the people of other nations may humanity learn not to fight wars.
What politicians undertake to prevent wars will always be doomed to failure.
Political diplomacy does not truly create peace.
True peace requires as well [that people enjoy] freedom, justice, and “Nächstenliebe” (loving your neighbor like yourself = kindness of one’s heart).
No nation should dominate, subjugate, exploit or pillage from another nation.
There should as well be no class system that allows the higher-ups to suppress or exploit others.
Until humanity reaches this state it will take a long time (centuries).
Billy then re-emphasizes that the “masses of overpopulation” are the reason for that.
“The more people there are the more difficult and improbable it will be to achieve the goal of peace among people and nations let alone world peace…”
As long as people have all they want – peace conferences are “big words only” [words that mean nothing].
But when they cannot get any longer what they desire or need then they easily quarrel and make war with one another.
Then darkness occupies their minds, and all they think of is revenge – they cry in anger, perceive injustice, and completely forget their visions of peace.
At this stage the country leaders then speak in their favor – accepting gifts and money for doing so. By doing so peace among people, nations and globally comes irrevocably to an end before it is able to materialize.
Those that hold the strings of power and their cronies meet those that want to do the right thing with false diplomacy, lie to them and increase the country's armaments.
“The truth is that the majority of those in authority of a nation only grant protection and a false (phoney) peace to their people if they (their people) subordinate themselves to them. Instead of a creating true peace the majority of country leaders only want to keep their place and rule visibly over their people or even the whole world.
They elevate themselves, make themselves the center of the world – very much against the will of the people and thus cause confusion among the people; consequently the people are confused what to do and what not to do and what they should regard as a lie or truth…”
…
The majority of state authorities [powerful men in a country] lie when they promise to deliver the people and nations from hunger, deprivation and misery: effectively there is nothing done because they neither address the necessity to stop [decrease] childbirth or control the birthrate worldwide.
With stupid and silly talks on fighting hunger and foreign aid the topic is simply dismissed – and by doing so the overpopulation continues to grow with all the evils that develop from it [reflecting] the criminal scheming / machinations of a gigantically growing [human race] mankind.
…
All nations have to endure the lot of power-greedy rulers who are false [dishonest] and fallacious/mendacious and many of these people [will] cheer the power-greedy state powers on, singing their praises, believing them.
…
Neither military power nor religious/sectarian glorification can save humanity if what is right is not done – namely [by executing] a worldwide birth stop followed by a rigorous birth control.

Hope for worldwide and lasting peace should start with politicians and governments [reviewing and] judging themselves, recognizing that they themselves are to blame for being enemies of peace and then change course.
There will only be a realistic hope for peace if our planet's people stand up for the self-inflicted catastrophes of human history and realize that they themselves are the ones that caused the [constant] unrest/strife [in our world].
This thought, that we never blame others when we perceive evil, is as well part of Buddhist teachings. It is based on the realization that an individual's environment is a reflection of his own mind.
Explaining it more in relation to the Spirit teachings I would conclude that oneness underlies all reality in the universe.
So if we see the happenings of our life with a mind of universal oneness - there is a unity with our environment - others are a part of us, we should not blame them first but investigate if our life had those shortcomings.
In the very end of CR 643 Billy concludes that the three main religions (C/M/J) on our planet have, from ages past, never promised a national or global disarmament but violent death, war and a readiness for martyrdom and "this has been preserved up until today and it will carry on just the same."
And the same "bigotry" applies as well for the majority of state authorities [governments] and politicians.
They, like the religions and sects, preach a fictional [phoney, untrue] peace and love.
This pretension has a long tradition, because it [assists them to] mislead(s) the people and nations, subjugates [oppresses,] them to serfdom, enslaving their consciousness thus allowing their exploitation in every thinkable bad respect.

The above is a only a summary of some segments of CR 643.
But they certainly highlight the importance of addressing “overpopulation” to achieve peace on Earth.

Tat_tvam_asi (Bill): that was a great read! Yes this is spot on, and extremely critical to initiate a birth stop, with 7 year birth-rate checks, and must be done soon, or else incredible amounts of hopelessness and despair will overcome Earth humanity with all of the listable repercussions of the effects from the causes of Earth's overpopulation.
Overpopulation, as Billy carefully pointed out, permeates, and seeps into all areas of our society for the negative, and increases burdens that are complicative in nature, as these burdens are hardly ever seen for what they truly are by terrestrial humanity i.e. stresses on the planet, amassing of weapons and militaries, human-induced climate change, more and more irreparable religious influences on the minds, and consciousness of each man, woman, and child on the planet, conflict, misery, calamity, and disaster, and can lead to incredible amounts of mass starvation (and thirst). The illusion exists that these items are not connected, and associated with each other with a verifiable root cause.
We must overcome these problems by reducing our overpopulation to <529,000,000> million human-beings, and as a compounding side-effect, we would help initiate true world peace by also installing the gewaltsame Gewaltlosigkeit, and the places of fulfillment of guidelines, to go along with the true world peace we would help initiate by substantially lowering our population's birth-rates.
I liked what you summarized when you wrote: "There will only be a realistic hope for peace if our planet's people stand up for the self-inflicted catastrophes of human history and realize that they themselves are the ones that caused the [constant] unrest/strife [in our world]." This line summarizes that we must, as a planet's people, learn from the disasters we have suffered thus far, by cognicizing that we alone are responsible for them, and cognicizing that we must avoid further disaster in the future and utilize given recommendations to secure a better future for each man, woman, and child of Earth.
Not only would we thus be liberating the consciousness of each Earth human-being, we would usher in other good qualities that are often held in contempt in today's Earth, such as love, peace, freedom, harmony, love for the next one ( and fellow human-beings [fellow life-forms]) and our planetary development would thus be nourished, and protected.
Each one of us (authoritarian/non-authoritarian) has a family of some sort, this is critical to realize, and none of them deserve to die. On top of this, we have the oneness (Einheit) of being terrestrial humanity, as one people, who share the same home planet that deserves the guardians of the Earth in a very large, and heroic form that could easily resolve any conflict our planet might face in the future.

MsMichelle, no Michelle I’m never at war, but I do like a good debate. This thread is about WW4 and we know from the contact reports that whoever is the President of the U.S. is a very important factor in whether or not there will be one. Yes Obama was the right person but I’m not against honest criticism. Even Billy said he has changed due to listening to some of his closest advisors. So wouldn’t the natural response be to look at his closest advisors and figure out who they are? To make sure they are not in positions to guide the next president into a war? I am not sure who you think is consumed with bias and prejudice and the fact that you bring up white European males makes me think you are the one who is biased. Who said anything about race? Billy has stated time and again how allowing immigrants into countries is only going to cause trouble. I can’t argue with that, can you? The fact remains that Obama will be gone from office in a little over 6 months because he’s served 2 terms and he can’t serve another. Those are the laws. So should everyone just sit back and go, well we’ve had the best and now we can’t do any better? Just let WW4 happen because we are losing the only person that can stop it?
I don’t think anyone is pretending to be an expert on this forum so I’m really not sure how you think that plays into what we are talking about here. You have free will, you have the choice to either check out a link or not, no one is forcing you. FIGU stands for the Free Community of Interests for Border and Spiritual Sciences and Ufological Studies. It should be open and free to discuss any matter whether you like it or not. You’ve mentioned that you aren’t interested in politics so why do you feel no one should be able to talk about politics? That reminds me of that old saying about how religion and politics should never be spoken about in mixed company. “mixed” meaning male/female.
