Hi Kenneth: I know in contact 32, Billy was taken to a future base on the moon, that will exist in about 500 years, I wonder if this base to take place in 50 years, will be it's distant grandpa, or something similar?

Don't really know how large this EU moon base will be; within 50 years sounds about right. The moon base picture is an artist/architect rendering; they can get rather prolific in their excitement. The first base I'd expect to be much smaller. Kind of like in the movie, "The Martian",

According to Contact Report 31, there was no human life on Venus.

Wow, good article! At one time my boss at an aerospace company in the U.S. was an astronaut, (Ron Grabe). He would tell many very interesting events that he was involved in; but would draw the line on a conversation about extraterrestrials. I have no doubt that he knew the truth about some of the things that Billy has told us.

Come to think about it; Billy and the Plejaren did in fact say that there was no Human life on Venus. Sometimes we have to listen to what they do not say. For instance; they did not say that there was no life on Venus. There may very well be lifeforms that exist is a different environment and do not breath oxygen.
Billy did talk about extraterrestrials that came to Earth that had to use their spacesuits as Oxygen was poison to them; to be clear, they were not from Venus.

Yes, there is a story going about a station set up on Mars, and maybe more.
First off, if we accept the photos that Billy Meier and the Plejaren provided, showing a U.S. Space station orbiting Mars back in the mid 1970’s.
Secondly; if we understand what Joe (Black Ops) was saying “provided by Michael Horn”, about the U.S. military and NASA currently being about 100 years more advanced than they say they are.

Thirdly; If you realize that DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) missions; every one of their launches were top secret or higher; which means the general public has no idea what was and is being launched into space.
Then, the logical conclusion is that the U.S. has set foot on Mars and maybe built a station there.
This is being kept secret for several reasons. If the United States made it known that they were going to Mars, then Russia and China would make it into a race.
We know that China has landed on Earth’s Moon in December of 2013 with a Rover named Yutu; Chang’e 3; they are also on their way to Mars, but the U.S. is currently ahead of them according to my information.

I like the JPEG of China's rover! I hope most of terrestrial humanities' countries will be involved in the future settling of Mars (including Russia and China!) we will need our planet's best people involved in any possible future Terraforming project, as well as, any future planetary space programs as a fused-together oneness (Einheit) Earth-style. NASA detects planetary single-oxygen-atom in Mars atmosphere, unlike Earth's planeary-double-oxygen-atoms (will future generations be able to successfully Terraform Mars, even though it supposedly does not have magnetic field, to hold in an atmosphere?):

for clarifications sake: systematic planetary oneness (Einheit) should be a unification where the individuality of each country should be respected, but decisions that affect the entirety of Earth's citizens should be made in unison, and in the best interest of all, and the stronger nations should assist the weaker nations, this last part is also Creational law that should be taken very seriously, because we are, after all, one people [terrestrial humanity] and we should be protective of each other, banishing criminals such as ISIS in a way would be protective as well, deprogramming them in a secluded place, so they could no longer harm terrestrial humanity in it's entirety, or themselves.

Well, here is the deal; monatomic oxygen or one atom oxygen is only found in Earths exosphere; or outer space, where radiation keeps it from bonding with anything.
The oxygen that we breathe is called O2, it’s comprised of two atoms of oxygen. O3 is ozone, such as occurs in Earth's upper atmosphere, and O (one atom) is atomic oxygen. Atomic oxygen doesn't exist naturally for very long on the surface of Earth, as it is very reactive. It will hurt you if you try and breathe it.
Atomic oxygen is volatile and very electronegative, so it will readily react with almost anything else. This makes it difficult to actually try to breathe it, because it will quickly react with itself to form O2 by attacking your body.
As you may know, it's not advisable to breathe pure O2 either. The atmosphere is only about a fifth oxygen. If you try to breathe pure oxygen, you will get oxygen poisoning.
As we understand it from Billy’s “Contact Report 251”, Mars at one time had an atmosphere but it was stripped away by the passing of the “Destroyer Planet/comet” that penetrated the Martian orbit. When the Martin atmosphere was stripped away and Mars was flung into a new orbit almost 3 million miles (4,828,032 km) away from its original position through the cosmic influences. Solar radiation now prevents the planet from forming O2 that we can breathe and what O1 or “O” is available on Mars cannot react anything to form O2. It will be a very long time before Mars has a natural atmosphere again, if ever.

Of course a biosphere would work; this would be the only way that we could live on Mars for a period of time. If you've seen the recent movie, The Martian", it's pretty accurate.

If the U.S. does not set foot on Mars first, it would be surprising. There is always the option of a fake Mars landing?

Yes that was a good movie Kenneth. Plants are probably the only thing that takes in CO2 and produces oxygen.
Norm what year did you ask that question? I haven't figured out what astronauts will use to protect themselves from the Van Allen belt.
