For those of you who would like to read a "not so perfect" but fairly understandable Google translation of the PDF file then try the following:

If folks r not in a hurry
The google translator works ok if you don't do too many words
It's slower but is a good way to learn German while u translate
Try about 5 words or a few more and get a feel for it, depends on complexity of the sentence so sometimes u can do more or need to do less words, after a while u get fast and know all the small words and only need totranslate the big words
A few words will normally give a good result
You are reading the German too, 3 birds with one stone

So Barack Obama was threatened? That is sad. I mean what does that tell us? It tells us that a true democracy doesn't really exist because it is actually not always the president who is calling the shots.
I, and also many others here would appreciate it if someone could please translate the several sentences in contact report 646 where Billy and Ptaah talk about Barack Obama. Thank you. |

Norm you have no problem posting links to ridiculous videos and admit that you follow Alex Jones because his information contains some truths but you won't read special bulletins from FIGU because it's not accurately translated to your liking?

Hi,
After reading the extracts from contact report 646, and after a few weeks ago learning in Block 31 that Billy had in 2015 once more to undergo an assassination attempt, I am seriously concerned about his safety. Our beloved old man is still recovering from heart surgery, that had to happen as emergency procedure.
Now putting those notes also out there on the Internet in plain English might not be a good idea. Really don’t know. What do you think?

You are a little hesitant to post a translation of contact report 646. Okay, fair enough. Hopefully Corey or someone else might post a translation. But could you at least post a translation of this Block 31 that you have mentioned about Billy having had another assassination attempt on his life? |

There is a partial translation of Contact 646 already. I asked the person whom translated it if they would mind posting it on this forum, but nothing has appeared yet. I sent one of the members of the Australian Landesgruppe a copy of the translation for review. I don't know if it will be posted on the Australian Website, but if it is posted somewhere I will let everyone know. Concerning Billys safety, yes that is important, but I don't think the contact info would be presented to the public if there were great dangers inherent in its publication.

It can be said that Obama succeeded in his "Mission", but his efforts were thwarted due to pressures from subversive groups working behind the scenes to stem any real successes. It was also stated that if he had known in advance that his efforts would be in vain, he would not have accepted the nomination for president of the U.S. |

I don't quite remember if it was posted here or on Micheal Horns blog site, but there was an ex-CIA NSA guy doing talks at various halls and buildings informing people of those secret service wrong doings. There in one of the videos he did talk about threats to Obama and they would do the same to him as Kennedy if he did not co-operate.

Every President since this Global Order was formed has been telling Presidents what to do. The question is what has Obama done that's good? Or what has he done that's bad? How do we even know what he's actually doing & what Their actually doing. Right now bringing un-vetted Muslims into the USA like Europe is a no brainer. The Order wants that. They want a problem reaction solution. End goal a Police State for everyone. Europeans aren't even allowed to voice their concerns when it come to the Muslim migration. Billy is right the EU is a dictatorship & their free speech is disappearing. Until Billy starts naming names and exposes this Secret Group and their goals we will be spinning in circles. Unless someone here has figured it out please enlighten me. I dropped the whole conspiracy thing years ago because Billy was downplaying it. But recently its making more & more sense than the whats being reported in the Mainstream Media.
No matter whose in office the Global Order is pulling the strings. |

Some thoughts related to the CRs:
Different to many other CRs Ptaah and Billy refer to present situations/politicians.
Why would they discuss these “highly political” topics?
Perhaps they know more than they let on.
They would know that the financial situation in all major economies is chaotic*)
That Western sanctions may cause a stir. **)
Maybe our world truly is at a very dangerous conjunction.
If ETs are surveying our time they may have a good reason to do so.
There is a growing feeling of insecurity – worldwide.
A "gut feeling" that the general lack of respect of cause and effect will come back with a vengeance:
That purported successes are unsustainable excesses, that the debt of all major economies is spiralling into nowhere *)
A short-lived paradox, an “unreal” world.
Of economic “growth” funded with “printed” money.
Of “terrorism attacks” cum “get rich quick via arms’ sales”.
A world of politicians shying away from discussing major issues like overpopulation.
In short - a polarized world of illogic, hypocrisy and contradictions building up to a very violent climax.

One word re. Billy …
He has exposed the wrongs of authority in many of his incarnations.

I would presume that the Russian and Chinese leaders know quite well that western leaders do not wield the same power like them (and thus they are inclined to respond more diplomatically).

Yes, we Earthlings live in a confused world.
Yes, our “high strung” human excesses have to be stopped.
But seeing all the causes made in time and space I see as well that humanity was manipulated.

I say this without any hate – simply to express that our life spans are simply too short for true wisdom to manifest.
Perhaps even our “drive to overpopulate” is – in part - a natural human response to make up for the loss in quality - short life spans do lack the time to nurture wisdom:
Engels would certainly argue that a change of quantitiy will bring about a change of quality.
More than 8 billion “little bits of wisdom” may indeed lead to many more discoveries.
But 8 billion short life spans do lead as well to a chaotic world lacking order.
This may well be our world today.
But our world tomorrow will be how we think of it now.
If our thoughts “live” with “all”, with the deep down knowledge of all being connected in time and space.
Then our world will develop into a world where all humans assist each other..
