This is very interesting information. Being in the Civil/Military Aerospace Industry for many years; no untruths are discernable on my part from Dr. Carol Rosin or Dr. Werner von Braun.
To be clear, my job in the Aerospace Industry was to head up a team of professionals to help design, construct and make ready infrastructures for the Aerospace Industry, Civilian and Military; such as rocket launch pads; giant assembly hangers for rockets and satellites; office buildings, secret rooms; SCIF’s (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility); Etc. Then set up crews to maintain the infrastructures indefinitely. This kind of work was done in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico, Virginia, Wallops Island, Alabama (Redstone), Florida and maybe a few other locations. Obviously a very high clearance level was required, my boss was a retired U.S. astronaut.
I can tell you for a fact that weaponized satellites are already in space to a certain degree during and after the Reagan Administration under the name of, “The Strategic Defense Initiative”, nick named Star Wars. That name took a lot of heat, maybe because of Dr. Rosin’s efforts? Consequently the name of this program was changed to GMD (Global Missile Defense).
It’s also a fact that killer satellites are in orbit today. One of the programs was called “Brilliant Pebbles”; these lethal systems are designed to kill other satellites upon command.
My point is, what Carol Rosin and Werner von Braun are saying, is the truth!

Thank you. Now a question Ive asked several times.
Who is or who will initiate the multinational peace combat force (troop)
We really need to get this going before its too late. How ? When? and who?
My fear is that something that complex would take a team of leaders with some clout and financing that us common folks don't have which could introduce yet another bunch of war mongers and greedy politicians that would not work honestly towards the goal of planetary peace and cause even more trouble.
How do we make this happen ?
Are we to wait for someone else to do this or is it us who will do this ?

There is no short answer. Nonetheless, it appears that the Plejaren don’t know the answer to this event; “Who is or who will initiate the multinational peace combat force (troop)”. Issues are still in flux, hopefully it’s not too late.
It also appears that the force behind the U.S. Government is pushing this ISIS issue as was laid out by late Dr. Werner von Braun via Dr. Carol Rosin. I.e. the four threats that greater weapons need to be developed against; The Russian military; Terrorists; Asteroids and finally Extraterrestrial attacks.
Extraterrestrials attacks? The United States is all of ~240 years old and we are going to fight off an Extraterrestrial race that is thousands of years more advanced than we are, can travel millions of miles in space within minutes and has weapons beyond our comprehension? This is pure nonsense and deceptiveness! But there will be a multitude of people that will believe this;
With this agenda in mind, it does not appear that the United Stated will initiate or lead this Multinational Peace Keeping Force (MPCF)? Currently, it appears that Russian President Vladimir Putin is reading Billy’s material and has already suggested a Multinational Peace Combat Force (MPCF)?

We can’t totally trust the controlled news media’s. From what truthful news that does leak through, it appears that the U.S. is trying to prevent President Putin from accomplishing this task of a MPCF. Keep in mind, it’s not the U.S. president per say, it’s the government within the government and the massive Military Industrial Complex. So, if I had to select someone to setup and initially drive the (MPCF), it would be President Putin, not the U.S.
I understand your anxiety over this issue; small groups of civilians can’t really do much; it will take a government or a political leader to step up and take the reins, so to speak.

Re-iterating what Kenneth meant:
Dr. C. Rosin – quoting Dr. W. v. Braun – declared that a “fictitious Enemy List” is circulated to support the “development of new weapons with the ulterior motive to be in charge of (space weapon) technologies that control our planet”.
Older weapons, of course have to be used or sold (to be used):
“…There are continuous wars and enemies identified in order to perpetuate these wars, always with the ultimate goal … to dominate and control the minds of people on Earth so they would not be given the truth, …”
“…Starting .. with the supposed Russian threat, (that) never actually existed… ¬ the Russians were made to be the enemy. Then there would be terrorists,…”
This may explain that a peace combat force with Russia cannot yet succeed even though Russia encourages it.
According to Dr. C. Rosin China is not aggressive, either.
Chinese scientists were telling her:
“…We (China) don't want to be aggressive in any way', even though (China) has been identified as one of the potential enemies against the United States. “
To be clear:
I prefer western openness (Google etc.) and free, sincere discussions.
But this freedom should stimulate a search for truth.
The media should support this search.
A major problem may well be that some politicians/leaders seem to think they have to first “convert” Russia and China to their vision of a “free, democratic" country.
They may not “self-reflect”.
They may not realize that their own country's excesses created “ipso facto” (by that very fact = excessive greed) a counter force of equal strength.
We mentioned the Law of Correlation, that Communism is a natural response to the Capitalism that grew out of the Industrial Revolution.
Future history will prove that out of these polarisations should grow a peaceful “synthesis”.
But those insights are hardly “published” or discussed.
It may not be in the interest of the super rich who are unwilling to share some of their wealth and power.
Yet, as they seek to increase their “possessions” even more, they implicitly and unwittingly, cause the growth of opposite forces, too.
Today a great majority of people may not know the Law of Correlation.
May not know of the “relative truth” our media presents.
They may be people of different religions and different races.
But they all want their children to live in peace.
They all are fed up with greed and wars.
Our hearts should unite with this silent majority:
Our Peace Meditation is to unite all seeking a peaceful evolution on our planet.

You have "good support":
In CR 638 (Dec 14, 2015) Billy discussed with Ptaah the Syrian conflict.
He told Ptaah that he was very sceptical of a Peace Conference that was to take place in January 2016.
He felt that those conferences would only bring a short-lived peace – if at all.
A permanent peace would require a “multi-national peace combat force” and the agreement of all nations to accept their controls yet without giving up their own national authority / competences.
Ptaah replied that VP had attempted to establish a multinational combat force for some time.
Though his (VP’s) force was not quite the global peace combat force as outlined by Henoch, it was similar.
But VP’s moves were rejected by the leaders of countries hostile to Russia (and their advisers) – even though VP’s efforts were based on good intentions.

Yeah Hugo it is possible but I was following up on his info and his statements way before his presidential ambitions and what he voted on and I don't buy the we are change theory.
I suspect him and his family got the Obama and kuchinich treatment instead.

For goodness sake don't be so stupid! Don't you even know what US presidential candidates do if they are no longer the frontrunners of their political party? What Bernie Sanders did is NOTHING new! It has been done before! Unfortunately in the USA this is what presidential candidates do! First they criticize their rivals from both political parties then if or when they realize that they are no longer the frontrunners of their political party then they usually endorse the frontrunner presidential candidate of their political party! What do you expect! Even though Bernie Sanders wasn't always in agreement with Hillary Clinton of course Bernie Sanders is going to prefer Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump because Hillary Clinton is a Democrat like Bernie Sanders! |

I'm just saying that it has nothing to do with Bernie Sanders getting "the Obama threat treatment" because what Bernie Sanders did by endorsing frontrunner Hillary Clinton is nothing new. Yes I know that perhaps many of those whom had given their support to Bernie Sanders would now see him as a hypocrite and a traitor, but that's how it is in the USA with presidential candidates. Anyway Hillary Clinton is an attention whore and a fraud! In a radio show interview on Coast to Coast AM Michael Horn had said that Billy Meier told him that neither Hillary Clinton nor Donald Trump were fit to be president of the USA. |
