Adding a short note of Figu's latest "Zeitzeichen" that was released at the same day.
It quoted Edgar Cayce in what must be one of his predictions -
“The Future Of Our World Rests With Russia”:

Have always thought the people who killed Kennedy have demonstrated their power and terror by killing the most powerful and protected man in the world right under our noses and are still out there.
The answers and solutions to our collective problems are real simple; target, weed out and eliminate these secret, world-controlling and manipulative western criminals working within the US government, like any IS leader. And then with real, wise and knowledgeable leaders attaining positions of responsibility, all of the world's problems will be solved in a day.
There has to ba an equal, positive force/reaction to every action..to equalize the negativity. Possibly the secret Asian society represented by Neil Keenan could be this powerful, equal opposite force. Time will tell.
Billy says real change will only come about when the real human beings or Earth (not affiliated with any military, government, religious or major financial institution) take RESPONSIBILITY. Time will tell.
And there is the ET element. A scenario that's also taken into account by the powers that be, since we are being primed for a false flag UFO invasion, should ET's come out of anonymity and assist humanity, whether it be the underground blue race or the 3-4 groups of foreigners, or descendants of past gods who will make themselves heard. Time will tell.

Re. your question what would happen if we replace the corrupt and megalomaniac leaders in our world.
Well, I think there is a great chance that "like-minded" others would take over:
For one - as mentioned before:
“Life is re-living scenarios from our past (lives)” in which we were mistaken – giving us a chance to improve.
So who “does live” in our world today and what are the "situations that should be improved"?

So there is no shortage of people that were once bullying/cheating/corrupting and those that were once being bullied/corrupted/lied to - they all are waiting to be re-born to balance their past.
But there is another reason for my hypothesis -
Semjase in CR 3:
"...the Earth human is unable to carry out his responsibilities by himself and cannot fully recognize that he should and must be able to do so.
In consequence he produces chaos by expecting this fantasy of religion and God to take over for his failed responsibilities..."
One should meet this world with both - a truthful**) and a loving heart ...
And yes, there are many loving religious people in our world (my truly loving parents included) and so I know, so I do not speak quite as confrontational as Semjase.
But are they seeking the truth?
To answer this question, let me first illustrate the effect of "premature cognitive conditioning":
In India when they want to tame an elephant -
They bind it with heavy chains to a big tree when it is very young. The young one will soon recognize that it cannot run away. They let him chained on the tree for a long time: It registers the "I am chained I cannot run away" fact in his brains so much that when it is grown up one can put a tiny rope around his neck and lead it anywhere - as long as it feels the rope it will not try to run away because of his "premature cognitive conditioning".
Many constitutions in our world may proclaim "democracy", "freedom" and "human dignity".
But how much of it is truly in the mind of humans conditioned to (baptized into) an enslaving belief system before they even learn to speak ?
Does history not confirm that man's ‘religious conditioning’ has been used by selfish rulers for thousands of years?
What is the reason that these rulers maintained their grip for so long?
Because the majority of Earth humans were “prematurely conditioned “ to accept a “fantasy” (Semjase) as truth, a lifelong subordination in lieu of responsibility for their life.
We are not ready for truthful leaders yet because a majority is neither seeking the truth nor willing to accept a different truth and are unwilling to accept responsibility for their life.
So, Stardustwilly, to answer your question:
“These leaders”, they will return, until the masses are educated to seek the truth and to accept responsibility for their life.

I find the argument about Trump and Clinton on here (and other threads on the FIGU Forum) to be absolutely ridiculous. Let's settle the debate about the U.S. 2016 presidential election once and for all.
First of all, here's what we can agree on: Hillary Clinton is evil and she represents the wishes of the dark order (the establishment). She is undoubtedly the dark order puppet, and if she gets elected, she will almost surely declare war on Russia and usher in a new civil war in America and WW4. So anyone here with a right conscience should NOT vote for Hillary. End of discussion there.
Now, let's move on to the wild card: Trump. I have so many theories about Trump, it's insane. However, it is clear enough why the establishment media is attacking him so hard: because the dark order doesn't like him, and the dark order controls the media with their immense stockpile of cash because they literally are the 1 percent. He wants to change the status quo, and Trump, unlike clinton, isn't a member a member of the "club" (the dark order).
If you take away the gaffes and the media portrayal of him, there are actually a lot of great proposals he has made:
1. Build the wall (probably only a metaphor), and control immigration to this country (especially refugees from the middle east).
2. Pull out of NATO and NAFTA (which is much more than a trade organization, it is a plan by the dark order to unify North America into one big country).
3. Trump was a supporter of Brexit. Why else did Trump invite Nigel Farage (leader of the UK independence party) to the RNC convention?
4. Trump actually wants to form a strong diplomatic alliance with Putin, and ally with Putin to destroy ISIS.
5. Trump wants to withdraw U.S. troops from South Korea, Japan, Germany, most of europe, maybe even the middle east, and let those countries take charge of their own defense. He is actively against the U.S. being the world's police force. Evidence shows that Trump has received almost no money at all from the U.S. weapons industry to fund his campaign while Hillary has received by far the most money from the weapons industry out of any other candidate who declared this year (according to a FIGU Zeitzeichen article).
So, based on what Trump has said on the campaign trail, he actually does seem like a candidate of peace, but this isn't 100% certain.
What is really frustrating me is the fact that FIGU has remained silent about Trump. Ptaah and Billy have yet to have a contact report discussing him (very soon I hope), like they did in 2012 when they discussed Romney and Ptaah informed us that he is a psychopath.
Trump remains a mystery and until we get word from Ptaah which should be very soon, we have to draw our own conclusions about the 2016 race. However, my prediction is that Ptaah will say that Trump is a change agent. He will bring about peace and try to stop the new American Civil War and prevent another world war.
I do have evidence of this. Just look at this excerpt from contact report 437, where Ptaah talks about the swiss federal council member Christoph Blocher, who also faced similar attacks from the media as Trump is facing right now:
"And if, for once a true human comes into a government, who works in the sense of truth and reality for the people and the homeland, as for example, in Switzerland, the Upper House Member Christoph Blocher - who can be called the only truthful Member and represents the interests of the righteous, thinking and intelligent ones, as well as the interests of the country and thereby the homeland - who really recognizes the real problems and wants to change them to the better, then, in their own ranks, as well as among the people and in the parties, all the inexpert, incapable and weak-witted ones step into the plan and, with abuse and insults and opprobrium, shout down the ones who are industriously concerned with the good and best changes."
After doing some research on Christoph Blocher, I found out that he is really almost exactly similar to Trump! They're both billionaire businessmen. They are both against NATO, and the EU. And they both want to actually control immigration in their countries and keep out the refugees from the middle east. Just take a look at this article:

Although, Michael Horn interviewed Billy Meier recently and Billy did say that he thinks that neither Trump nor Hillary is fit for the presidency, that doesn't mean his word is set in stone.
We just have to wait for Ptaah's word, and see what he says about Trump.
If Billy, is right, and Ptaah's research proves to us that Trump is a narcissistic maniac, then I think I'll be voting for Jill Stein (the green party candidate) or Gary Johnson (the libertarian candidate). }}} |

Trump - a non-political non-insider - would be even more easily controlled than Obama. It doesn't matter much what he thinks or says. If those who really control things tell him what to do, he'll do it or else. |

Daniel_ratajczak, I'm with you. I too have noticed the dead silence when it comes to Trump. Not even a good mention on Trump wanting an alliance with Russia. It could be the Obama factor. Billy was so full of praise for him. Then when Billy & the Ps realized what happened to Obama & how the "Dark Order" (NWO) really has more control than they thought. Years ago all they did was blame Bush but in reality he too was controlled by the Dark Order like all the rest of them. Except Bush was an Insider from birth. So no matter who gets in they will be forced to capitulate to the Dark Order. Its really time for Billy & the Ps to open up fully & expose the Dark Order once and for all. And please don't say they will get Billy. Billy is being protected always has been. Its time for Billy & the Ps to make a stand! Expose these Vipers and how their system works so we can defeat it. |
