Don't take my word for it mate
The way I came to this conclusion is from Billy's statement about what happens after 2020 and his emphasis on the year 2020 and beyond.
My conjecture and assumption was that it has something to do with Trumps re-election or him surviving various assassination attempts and the hope for a better tomorrow resting on his re-election.
So it may be that if all conditions are met the civil war would happen after 2020.
Knowing what we know now and what has transpired up to the present the world definitely needed someone like Trump at this crucial juncture to basically inject a new paradigm into the swamp that is the US political system and establishment and really shake the hell out of this rotten tree.
Mind you his job won't be easy
As you may well know the whole political system in the US is corrupt to the max and is infested with money and power hungry Satanic Luciferian Devil Worshiping Ritual Child Sacrificing pedophiles whores with a deranged and twisted mentality not unlike Jeffrey Dahmer.
They've been shielded by secrecy and the mass's apathy to all this and hence it has gone on for this long without exposure.
If you research this lady by the name of Fiona Barnett and take her words in good faith regarding her harrowing experiences with these ninth circle underground elite pedophile network you would realise how deep this rot goes down the rabbit hole.

This may cause many events to transpire.
Hypothetically speaking if the Dark Order manages to assassinate Trump like they did to Breibart there will definitely be civil war no doubt and the breakup of US into 5 territories.

As I understand it; there does exist the opportunity to avert a third/fourth world war, but not so much with the civil wars in various countries including the United States.
If there a reference where civil war could be averted?

No Kenneth not that I have seen.
But there exists a duality with the way Billy presents two opposing possibilities as always.
Billy could possibly turn around in the next contact notes and say that the Plejaren didn't see far enough into the future to have known that Trump was going to win the election which may also have been a surprise to them.
Billy may also mention that with the high probable chance that Hillary was going to be president he may have told Michael Horn in his interview a couple of years back that 'your country is going to be ruined' not realising that Trump was the unlikely winner.
Who knows
But my intuition tells me that because of Trump winning the election for which billy and the plejaren didn't foresee the WW4 and civil war may have been averted.
It is just my own assumption.
It may have been unbelievable to billy as well. |

Totally understand where you are coming from, you are correct, not all documentaries are accurate and could be misleading. Nonetheless, some docs.; have varying amounts of Truth, understood by those that have already received some of Billy’s information; but not all of humanity is on the same level as many of the forum affiliates. These documentaries obviously do not reveal the whole truth; if they did, these textual’s would not be allowed on the controlled networks and main stream media by certain governments and leaders. Nevertheless, it appears that these documentaries do collaborate some of Michael Horn’s and Billy’s information. Ostensibly, these commentaries and editorials help pave the way for those less attuned to the Truth, so to speak, which develops over time to coming full circle in many different avenues. This, as I understand it, is in part, what the forum is all about; other members can and should bring this kind of information to the attention of those not familiar with Billy’s Teaching. These types of documentaries are only a stepping stone for others less familiar with the Teaching to eventually see the Truth.

Goldengate has been an interesting development for me in how it has definitively shown the amateur antics of strutting 'professionals' in the mainstream news. For me, it began last night when I checked into /pol/, first time in a week or so, just to see what was going on in that realm of insanity. Goldengate was just breaking open. By now, 30 hrs later, the Russian hacking narrative is forevermore inextricably tied to Goldengate. The BBC has doubled down, probably figuring they are beyond the reach of the American presidency, while CNN and Buzzfeed are mulling how much they can get away with, and the others are variously hesitantly backing off the story. Also, as we know, neither the Plejaren nor Meier volunteer more information in an answer than the question requires. However, in the 2008, Ptaah seemingly goes out of his way to add that Clinton won't get power in her hands, etc. Note that the primary election doesn't really put power in the hands of a party's candidate...only becoming the president does that.
So it appears that Ptaah went a step farther, indicating that Clinton wouldn't become president...which has also been born out now. |
