Well, I think we should keep the following in mind. The Plejaren are utilizing the Law of Cause & Effect.
What unites human Beings of Earth? A calamity affecting us all. This will bring us together. Nations will suddenly forget their differences and quickly figure out a way to work together.

Kenneth just for the sake of accuracy a 5 story building usually tops out at 20m.
The tallest residential building we have in OZ is Q1 on the gold coast Queensland at 322.5m
I was also under the impression that 350m denoted the length of the Apophis and not the diameter.
Correct me if I am wrong about this.
I believe that it was through the efforts of the Plejaren and Federation including Billy that via their impulses to certain authorities in Russia they happened to read the FIGU bulletins which in turn led to Russia's taking this info seriously enough for them to have done something about it and laid the groundwork of Apophis finally being diverted with atomic devices in the near future say within the decade from now.
The Plejaren do work in mysterious ways unbeknownst to a lot of us even in the know.
Of course its all pure speculation at the moment but knowing the Plejaren I gather that they are doing so much more than we give them credit for because its all happening behind the scene.

Most of us have been discussing the physical repercussions of ignoring warnings from a man that has been given us predictions for a few decades now. Considering we humans both authoritative and non-authoritative need to see the bigger picture from this. Not that I claim to know, but there are a few things that come to mind. In my opinion if this Meteor has been "Pre Programmed" then this event is being watch very carefully not only by the Plejaren's. But, also those whom the Plejaren's are responsible to. Not to mention Mr. Meier and the vast knowledge he posses. Now, given his incredible lengthy lineage I would not be surprised that there have been many very higher authorities whom he has had contact with and will never be written in any "official Contact Report" which deals with the future of the people of this planet. If we cannot solve our petty squabbles and hatred towards other life forms as well as how we treat this planet, until now has been to a scale that has never been seen on this Earth ever. Then what help will we get when we have the capability to one day leave this world and explore that which is beyond our Earth and our moon. Not likely because we will be a threat (like we are now) to others outside our Galaxy whom will not tolerate our violent behavior.
Now as for the meteor.
This first warning from Mr. Meier show us that through the many predictions that have come to pass should be enough for the people in positions to stand up and take notice. Mr. Meier talks many times in his contact reports about 2nd chances. By the officials there will be lies and falsified data in order for them to dumb down this event.
Here's the second chance. If the Scientists and other officials do not make a serious acknowledgement towards the effort and this planet altering event. As it will pass by for the first time near our planet close enough so that in order for not just the scientists will see this meteor. But, more so, many of the novice and advanced astronomers that will now finally see that information from Mr. Meier is indeed correct and that the fallible ones cannot deny such prediction and will hopefully be forced to take action.
Third chance. There will be enough data collected from the first passing of the meteor as to have the many responsible ones take the correct course. if not well then we know whats to come
Maybe it is time to post another picture in Times Square, this time maybe with a Meteor and the dates.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head; well said!
We know that the Sun is approximately 93.2 million miles from Earth, and Apophis is currently at a far greater distance from Earth than that. The big questions is; will there be enough time to deflect Apophis after the first pass in 2029? |

I'd like to suggest that more people consider posting information like:

...which I just did there, and also to send it to various NASA scientists. There are some scientists mentioned in the video. Look them up on NASA websites and send them info. As you can see, at the bottom of my article I've provided links to a number of related articles that I've written and of course you can write your own.
The point being that there is a lot of Meier material that exists and can be brought to the attention of various scientists by people other than me...which is actually MORE effective than when I'm almost always the only one doing so.
While we aren't in the position to directly affect the course of Apophis...the scientists are. A more proactive, less passive approach would be welcome...and it would reflect , in action, an understanding that we've grasped the importance of self-responsibility. |

The Russian scientists are saying they need to deflect about 10 years before potential impact if using nuclear weapons. Therefore action must be initiated by 2026 at the very latest. That is three years before the initial flyby, but if there is concern of an impact for 2029, the nuclear blast will need to be performed by April 2019 at the latest.

Quetzal's statements on the matter of Apophis (what could happen if the Chinese and the Russians do not deflect the Meteor):

C'mon Russia and China, deflect Apophis in time (NASA won't "play ball with the big boys") 2029 and 2036 are just 12 years, and 19 years respectively!

The USA Deep State that wants war with Russia will most likely nix any cooperation with Russia to deflect this Meteor. This Meteor will destroy defiant Anti-EU Eastern Europe & Russia without the need for a World War. So goal achieved now the World Gov't can proceed. |

And to think the Meier case is suppressed, instead of the warnings about the future being broadcasted to every single television set across the entire planet 24/7, so we could prepare for the future and prevent causalities. The people of Earth are carrying on "full-speed ahead" completely oblivious to the future, and continuing to procreate as many offspring as humanely possible, which is sealing the fate of the future of Earth as negative. All I can say is enjoy each passing day as something to be grateful for that society itself has not collapsed yet, nor broke out in a planetary encompassing war, and enjoy each meal as the gift it truly is. People in the future may not be so lucky as we are today. And if we consider the science, if Apophis strikes, the repercussions will be planetary. 
People would think we were crazy, and lock us up in institutions if we were to band together, and take to the airwaves with these warnings, but if the prophecies play out in the future, we will have to live out the negative effects as a planet. The government-based secret services that study/monitor the Meier case have been aware of these warnings since the 70's. All we can do is feel fortunate that we are aware of these pressing matters, as well as study the spiritual teaching, so we can try to make a small difference in the future of this planet? Like throwing a small stone into a calm pond, making some ripple accentuation's. Meanwhile we can participate in the MH blogs, sign the FIGU petitions, post on the forums to try and spread the word, and teach people about the future, leave comments on sites, while simultaneously trying to prepare for our next reincarnation by influencing the consciousness-block of our new personality in our present arduous study, etc? We are against all odds here. Will the future people of Earth learn from previous generations mistakes and transgressions against Creational law? The future of Earth could be tricky as our planet deals with all of these problems, as well as, supposedly accentuate our space programs, and develop future (better) outer space propulsion systems, and venture to Mars to try and settle it, while simultaneously dealing with hardship of Earth's home-planet overpopulation problems (Food and water shortages? hardships? Cause and effect depopulations?) as well as meteor strikes.
Overpopulation, is it logical? Why are we so blind to the facts about what is happening? We are deaf, dumb, and blind to the natural cosmic laws that govern the universe.

Good article; we Earthlings have a meager 12 years (2029) from now before Asteroid Apophis greets the Earth with the proposed flyby. Earth governments need to get their act together to deflect this Red Meteor before it causes major destruction on the Earth.

Ptah or Quetzal says (how i read it in cnotes, does anyone know what cnote#?) its going to be a wake-up moment for authorities on earth in regards to warnings from Billy
I also consider if civil war or ww4 happen not many countries will be able to act

CR 150 also mentions why the Plejaren could change the course of the Destroyer but not Apophis:

This suggests to me that the "cosmic forces" mentioned that determined Apophis are more physical, or spaces dynamics of interactions between suns, planets, and asteroids. (The near zero friction of what would be an almost endless game of Cosmic Billiards?)
An interesting point I had overlooked previously in CR 475 is that our scientists do know the severe threat that Apophis poses to Earth. Ptaah says:
What you are saying regarding the great danger that the Red Meteor represents to Earth: the scientists know about it. He then adds:
Such a project must be executed early and not at that time when the real danger is starting to threaten, because otherwise it would be too late for a success.
Therefore working towards it must be started today.
That was way back on 26 November 2008, almost a decade ago.
