Regarding the financial collapse predicted. . . .I have investments in the Stock Market and my stock broker said that if the Democrats win the next election it will be bad for investments. . . So we all with investments should hope for a Trump victory. The Stock Markets like Donald Trump!
I think that the whole Corona Virus scare is something that was "planned" by some group of people wishing to throw the planet into chaos. Really, this virus doesn't seem much worse than the flu's we regularly get every year. Many compromised people die from the flu, even with medical intervention. I am one who has never gotten a flu shot and in 2010 I was very sick with then "Swine Flu H1N1". I spent a week in the hospital on oxygen and a heavy dose of antibiotics, and was about two months recovering until I felt healthy again. That winter there was a lot of flu stressing North America. It is entirely possible, in my opinion, that this so-called "novel" corona virus has already been in circulation for awhile already. The outbreak in Wuhan may be directly connected to a lab in Wuhan, where the virus may have been more virulent than usual, due to scientific interventions in changing it. I don't think we should be too frightened; it is not a hemmoraghic fever or bubonic plague. . . .

No doubt this is what happened: someone inside a lab in Wuhan became infected with the virus they were working with and unintentionally took it into the public forum. It may not have been any act of sabotage at all, but an accident. The Plejaren tell us that those two workers have passed away from the illness. This is the most likely scenario.

Hi Hugo, I think that more likely the Chinese were working on a vaccine to combat SARS and HIV. Rather than a bio-weapon, they were probably trying to develop a vaccine against these two most threatening diseases, that threaten their own people. The Chinese do not hate themselves. . . .they are not suicidal people. Nor would they be likely to develop a bio-weapon. . . . that is the domain of the United States and probably Russia, as I say with a bit of tongue in cheek. Cheeky I will not be if I get sick, who am susceptible to respiratory infections generally. . . .

Regarding the moringa, it seems to me that the key ingredients which are particularly beneficial to the immune system health are as follows:
1. The high concentration of vitamin C
2. The isothiocyanates
Vitamin C of course can be found in citrus fuits and supplements.
Isothiocyanates can be found in cruciferous vegetables. Particularly high concentrations of isothiocyanates can be found in broccoli sprouts, brussels sprouts, broccoli, and kale.
For more information regarding isothiocyanates I would reccomend looking up Dr. Rhonda Patrick's videos on Youtube - her channel is called "FoundMyFitness".
Isothiocyanates can be made more bioavailabe by way of steaming the vegetables. Damaging of the vegetables' cell walls (via chewing/blending" is of the utmost importance, because this causes the release of myrosinase which facilitates conversion of glucorophinin into sulforaphane - the key isothiocyanate. The conversion takes place over time, so allowing the crushed/blended vegetable to sit out for up to minutes allows for a more complete conversion (similar to garlic & allicin which requires 5-10 minutes and also may be of interest regading beneficial stimulation of the immune system).
An alternatitve method which I find particularly interesting is to first freeze the vegetables and then to allow to thaw. This has a particularly destructive effect on the cell walls. I'm unsure of whether this occurs on previously "flash frozen" vegetables or whether they would need to undergo a freezing/thawing process again.

Oh wow, I missed some typos. Sorry about that.
Typo 1 should be: (via chewing/blending)

Also of interest would be CR 238 lines 362-392. Ptaah & Billy discussed the importance of consumption of Yogurt and/or Kefir as well as vitamin C with regard to the immune system.
The conversation is then followed by an odd/interesting (and I must say slightly amusing) anecdote about jellyfish off the coast of Scotland being affected by radiation from a nuclear power plant and subsequently acting as a we-form in order to damage the power plant's cooling system.
Exercise and/or sauna use could be of benefit as well.
(Perhaps even fasting could be of use in some cases - taking advantage of the process of autophagy as well as boosting stem cell production induced by fasting. I'm less certain of it's effects on this coronavirus though) |

Oh and thanks Hugo. Yeah, I went away from the forums, looking at updates from Billy/FIGU and Michael Horn a few times a year. Eventually, I became fascinated with Taoism & Bruce Lee's philosophies and the similarities/parallels combined with my own observations in the world inevitably led me back to the Spiritual Teaching - and with a profound/renewed understanding and interest.
Anyways, a few other things I should have mentioned/clarified is that moringa is high in those 2 key immune system boosting ingredients (vitamin C & isothiocyanates). It may contain others of which I'm not aware though.
Dr. Rhonda Patrick interviewed a research scientist (Dr. Jed Fahey) who has been doing research on isothiocyanates and he addresses moringa, although his primary focus is the isothiocyanates found in broccoli sprouts (which are fast/simple to grow). (I just bought another big bag of broccoli seeds as well as some more moringa seeds after seeing you mention them.) |

The Plejaren say vegetables are low in nutrients as the farmers grow them in the same place year after year and only nitrate is put onto the soil this makes vegies grow fast and look rich but the soil is depleted. Not to mention the (poisons) herbicides/insecticides.
Moringa and Spirulina are a Very Rich and Complex array of nutrients and its not understood on earth atm what affects the immune system nor what exactly is in these 2 foods.
In conjunction with spirulina and vitc the body is very robust in lots of ways, hence the stronger immune system, lowers blood sugar too, more about that bellow.
Spirulina gets nutrients from water,soil and the air.
Moringa is mostly grown in a natural/organic type setting and being a tree its roots run deep.
I do eat organic vegies though.
i know its a complex unknown symbiosis of nutrients/body, not just 2 nutrients that makes the imune system so strong.
The best search term on ebay is: moringa oliefera 1kg
about $50 Aussie dollars per kg
keep a few kg handy per person incase
so i buy 3 to 5kg at a time, per person.
Our mates are light years ahead of us in ways we cant imagine, when i read the health tips in cnotes i know i can be light years ahead too, when i awake i feel great.
When i looked into spirulina i was thinking it has been designed specifically for the human, it has the essential amino acids plus so many other things, one of the reasons people are getting sick and age so quickly is every cell membrane needs the correct ratio of omega 3 and 6 whole oils, spirulina has that in correct ratio! wowzer.
Most people are not getting omega 3/6 whole oils (At All) so Every Cell has flawed membranes (outer shell) made out of inferior oils like crisco, now if that aint going to weaken your immune system i dont know what is. Fish oil is also mostly a waste of time imho as its not a whole oil.
I could go on and on , the thing to remember on earth we cant detect a lot of what is in these things. Not to mention big pharma and media are so fracking corrupted i only watch lame stream to learn their methods of propaganda, i do find that very entertaining, then i watch real folks teach real knowledge on youtube if i want facts and knowledge.
We get so much just handed on a platter, so vast, detailed and advanced to the last perfection, take advantage of that, especially the health tips, i cant stress in how many ways. One important tip was rarely use a harsh soap nor hot water and pat dry, not rub with towel. Control the storm within, be cool, calm for the barbarian alarm, eh eh. to unlock the powers within.

I would like to add one thing on top of what Michael had stated
Quarantine procedures are one thing but its also imperative for people to get voluntarily tested just incase as nobody knows who is or isn't infected.
This should be set up by the authorities and facilities run with the strictest of hygiene in all localities in all countries as soon as possible.

Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) getting out of control in our environment.
It appears that many people are so ignorant, lethargic, into conspiracy theories, and providing illogical statistics to support their erroneous and irrational beliefs, etc. When they realize the truth it may be too late!

Respectfully, you are comparing apples to oranges. Your list shows viruses that have completed their developmental evolution and there are facts regarding such. The COVID-19 has not even reached its apex yet; these comparisons mean nothing. It actually sends the wrong message to the general public.

I have been thinking about this COVID-19 virus. I think it is a week virus and being lab-created will not have a long "shelf life". You know, in nature, often trees or roses are grafted onto a stronger root so that they can survive; the weaker species is grafted onto a stronger, wilder root. If the tree or flower dies a new one grows from the root, which is the original natural tree or flower. The grafted on piece is weak and likely to die over a few seasons. At our farm we once had a pink Indian Chestnut tree that was grafted onto a regular Chestnut tree root. The weaker tree died after a couple of years and a new tree grew from the root as a regular Chestnut. This is perhaps similar to the idea of grafting virus DNA. . . . the strong root virus will sooner or later shed the parts that aren't natural to itself and revert back to what it originally was. So a Corona virus with grafts of HIV DNA will probably revert back to being a natural Corona virus, and shed the unnatural parts that were added to it. What I'm saying is, whatever the "root" of this virus is, is what it will revert back to. This virus may have seemed stable in the lab, but out there in the world, probably has little chance of survival. I think that this "novel Corona virus" will disappear in a few months.

You mentioned the precaution "keeping your children at home" - now more and more countries are closing all their schools or discussing to close their schools.
With all the internet today's students use one wonders why don't they educate students online - worldwide? (If China could do so why not the others?)
Matt's suggestion to test every human world wide is spot-on.

When I do visit this website I wonder how is it that it hasn't been pulled off the net at all? I had this question in my mind for some time now, and now my answer and yours will no doubt match!
Maybe some of you heard how in Melbourne people are stocking up on toilet paper. I had to laugh and said to the serious person next to me.. well, think back to the old days, what did they do back then? hahah, newspapers were recycled in a very good manner! ( we have to try and put a bit of humour when possible because people spend so much time on social media getting so confused and get very worried that they can't think straight.) Who can think in the neutral positive in accordance with the teaching when one follows what another has said?
The only advise I would say is that now is the time for the book "Might of the thoughts".

Just a thought came me all of a sudden after the peace meditation.
What then after all the hermetic quarantine measures are put in place and the infected ones have isolated from other people both voluntarily and involuntarily thereby containing the spread of this coronavirus?
If up a million people become infected worldwide as a result of this coronavirus pandemic and no vaccines or cure is found what becomes of these people?
Do they isolate themselves in perpetuity and put their lives on hold until a cure is found?
Who takes care of them if they aren't allowed to work to eke out a living?
Should their families starve to death?
What of the people who are the sole breadwinners who are also taking care of an unwell family member?
Shouldn't we also be petitioning all the governments around the world so that we can grab this problem by the balls to outlaw these weapons grade bioweapon research in the creation of these deadly bio agents and once and for all eliminate it from the face of the earth?
Shouldn't we also shed a light on these covert programs and expose it to the rest of the world so that a repeat of the problems like this never ever happen again?
Maybe this coronvirus, as tiny as it is, may bring down something that is quintillion times bigger than it in the form of the world economy whereby the already weakened world economy, artificially propped up by debt, will experience catastrophic collapse of the house of cards and usher in another GFC 2 with added depression.
Is this what Billy was referring to in the prophecies?
What of confiscation of people's savings in the bank to prop up the failing banks?
Is this why the powers that be are accelerating the introduction of cashless society?
What about microchipping the world's population?
With all these control devices implemented no wonder the rich will swim in piles of ill gotten money according to Sfaths prophecies?
This coronavirus outbreak is a perfect 'don't let a perfect crisis go to waste' moment where in its name extreme draconian measures will be put in place by the government against the will of the people thereby further erroding the human rights of its citizenry.
What do we do about the infected animals?
How do you test them all?
There is also a danger that a piece of rib eye stake you bought at the supermarket may contain the coronavirus or a chicken drumstick not cooked to the bone may end up in someone's mucous membrane whilst eating it.
What of all the clothes and stuff infected people have touched at Kmart or any numbers of store worldwide?
How do you know which one?
And how can you tell how many billions of goods still enroute in shipping containers crisscrossing the globe is not contaminated waiting to be docked and delivered to various destinations?
What about the residues of this airbourne coronavirus still alive and active in the airconditioners of buildings?
Is this how the women in the US got infected when she never travelled overseas or came in contact with an infected person?
What of the rate of mutation and the speed by which this virus rapidly changes?
How would the microbiologists navigate around this to find a cure?
Does this virus flair up for the asymptomatic children once they reach adulthood especially if these children haven't been detected?
A self testing kit should be created for everyone.
Its unfeasible and logistically impossible for everyone on earth to get tested in a government run land and mobile facilities.
Airdrop these kits in remote areas and deliver via post in urban areas so that no one needs to venture outside their homes.

You mention many excellent ideas, Matt.
Some thoughts ...
1. It seems some countries allow face masks only for those with obvious symptoms:
They obviously are ignorant of the fact that it is those who do not show any symptoms that are the carriers
2. This is esp. true for children who are still forced to go to school. They should all be tested. Your idea of creating a self-testing kit is "spot on".
3. As are - seeing the worldwide share market wipe-outs - Hugo's reflections on the "big hit coming" due to the virus.
4. When reading about very rich people that spend huge amounts for combating the virus - I came across some readers' comments that those who own the patent for the virus (P. Institute) are the "the ones donating now"... One can only hope they maliciously misjudged the situation.
5. Ii is, however, astonishing that not one main stream media has ever tackled the question "Who created the virus and why was it created?" |

Its definitely a worry Bill.
A colleague of mine has just been to the hospital where a coronavirus case was confirmed subsequent to his visit.
Don't know if he is infected.
I didn't avoid him but spoke to him as I always did but I couldn't help being a little knee-jerk apprehensive because of the unknowns and the possible ramifications of being infected.
Barring total isolation from society there is no defense against this as everyone is playing Russian roulette every time they leave their homes.
I wouldn't be surprised if this coronavirus infects 100 million people or more worldwide before a cure is found.
I am sure the psychopathic and sociopathic members of the Dark Order are salivating at the thought of the efficacy of this coronavirus and how impressive the effectiveness of it is.
They might just learn a thing or two from this pandemic and say to themselves 'eureka!'
They must be hunkered down in their state of the art DUMB facilities right now brainstorming about their future plans on a better version of this virus and issue their orders to all the microbiologists on their payroll working in the various secret labs around the world to replicate it but also to come up with a vaccine for themselves for every lethal bio-agents they create.
What's even worse is that they can use this period to release their other existing pathogens as a perfect cover to stealthily take advantage of an already existing pandemic which they can always blame it on and no one would be none the wiser.
Maybe a different variant strain of this virus is already on its way to being released and people might see on their nightly news about more cases of people dropping dead from a mutant virus they may mistakenly think is a mutated version of this coronavirus.
There might even be an unusual spike in the number of the dead and people might be perplexed as to how rapidly more people are dying from this coronavirus outbreak than ever before not to mention the rapid rate of infections.
How do you kill as many people as possible without the method being detected is one question the DO will be asking themselves.
Do it via contaminating the water supply and the foodstaff is what they are probably thinking right now.

That this virus can be very deadly - is very evident in Italy, SK and Iran. I have seen Iranian footage of people dropping dead in the streets …
There are, of course, many rumours about who created this virus.
Many may be purposefully misleading blaming even those who want to help humanity.
But it is undeniable that a worldwide catastrophe is unfolding - as well economically.
And it seems certain that this is a human made virus.
So why does the UN not step in and forbid this "practice" worldwide - once and for all?
Why does no media care who created the virus and questions why it was created?
This silence speaks volumes …

As Billy stated as far as I can recall the UN is a farcical organisation mostly steered by the US interests so you won't get anything out of them unless the US wants you to.
As for the mainstream media I know you know the answer just as well Bill.
