In CR 762 I stumbled across a fascinating read about which I have myself been experiencing, with leading thoughts, but was unable to explain to myself.
Ptaah coins it as "rhythm of forces or bio-life rhythm".
Ptaah further explains the following:
"The rhythm of forces or bio-life rhythm of Homo sapiens sapiens in all 7 universes and all their dimensions and space-time structures has a uniform period of 23 days, whereby 11½ days are exposed to a plus phase or an energy peak phase, a higher organic resilience and thus a less harmful possibility of attack, consequently the organism can use more active and resilient forces."
"The other 11½ days the bio-life rhythm shows a minus phase, whereby the organic stability is more unstable and more unstable for pathogens and virus attacks etc.. The whole organism also tires more quickly and becomes more susceptible to attacks that are harmful to health, consequently it also needs more time to recover. After 23 days, the rhythm starts again from the beginning, whereby the thought-feeling-psyche state is also included, whose period, however, lasts not only 23, but 33 days."
Ptaah further explains: "this teaching of the bio-life rhythm is not based on an earthly or esoteric assertion, but is founded in a Pleiari knowledge millions of years old".
What should be of particular benefit and insight, offered by BEAM, as it relates to the powers and abilities of the consciousness, is the following:
"The biorhythm with its oscillation strengths already begins at birth and oscillates via the thought-feeling-psyche state in always the same phases throughout life until death, when the body passes away or the entire organism dies. The biorhythm oscillations and their periods are unalterably the same in all human beings and cannot be changed or prevented by any intervention. The extent to which these oscillations are decisive in their strengths for the individual person and how they affect him or her is basically something that everyone can perceive and judge for themselves and make use of, if they are attentive and align themselves with them. This depends on the attitude towards oneself and one's personal behaviour. All of this, as it pertains to my personal experiences, must be considered with the creational law of the oneness (the Spirit is nourished from the outside, as the body is nourished from the outside), referring to the following explanation from Ptaah:
This means that young, elderly and old human beings who are completely healthy and provided with all vital substances – such as vitamins and minerals as well as trace elements etc. – and thus have a completely well-functioning immune system, are well armed against pathogens. This also applies, for example, to the corona virus or a flu virus, etc., which do not represent a particularly critical danger if the immune system is fully functional. This is because the body's own organ defences or immune system can ward off the pathogens and keep them under control. However, and this must be absolutely clear, this does not mean that all safety and precautionary measures against viruses, bacteria, micro-organisms, spores and other pathogens should be disregarded.
