Norm, did you see the other part of my post? Chloroquine works by increasing alkalinity. There are other ways of regulating the pH of the body - one of them is via breathing exercises. In this case, it seems that increasing the alkalinity & decreasing the acidity is of importance. Such a result can basically be achieved by calm, slow, deep breathing. So, according to this, everybody calming down would be quite beneficial. Foods can contribute to the adjustment as well.
