Matt I feel the same i just started eating yogurt and Keffir a few months ago. I’m sure I’m not getting anywhere near what is needed but it’s better than nothing. I have health issues as it is. | ||

Newinitiation and Norm, The past few months I started eating natural organic yogurt (from Aldi). I hardly ever ate yogurt before then. Anyway I eat about a full glass of it a day but like yourselves I don't know if that is enough. Would really like to hear more from the Plejaren about using yogurt against the virus. | ||

It has not been clear to me yet, if asymptomatic people, those who are infected but feel no symptoms; will they show a temperature reading above normal? How effective is a temperature reading if a person is asymptomatic? There is a gamma interferon drug on the market called ACTIMMUNE. But it is primarily prescribed for immunodeficiency diseases such as CGD. However, some doctors also prescribe interferon for diseases the FDA hasn’t approved it to treat, including some types of cancer, like bladder and kidney. Keep in mind, the FDA approval is important for health insurance and Medicare reimbursement coverage. So the trick is to find a doctor willing to prescribe it for prophylactic reasons alone. Alternatively, if you have the grit, you can purchase Interferon-gamma as a lyophilized powder that comes in a sealed glass vile from companies like Sigma-Aldrich over the internet. When the vile arrives at your home, you re-constitute it with bacteriostatic water and self-inject subcutaneously with an insulin syringe. This may seem quite daunting at first, but there are untold thousands of people who are already doing this, particularly with the “life-extensionists” and health conscious. Interferon is in fact a peptide and if you do a search on the internet using the key words ”how to inject peptides” you will find all the information you need in both videos and written articles. Peptides are specific proteins that have specific amino acid chains and for this reason cannot be taken orally at this time yet since the digestive system will disassemble its’ long chain structure. A method to deliver it past the stomach unscathed would have to be used such as liposomal delivery technology already in use for other supplements such as glutathione and Vitamin C. As far as human dosage of interferon is concerned, recommendations can be found at Medscape.com for specific diseases based on body weight but not for prophylactic purposes. ON the other hand, if a person wanted to be prepared for the worst case scenario, i.e. loss of availability or ability to pay, learning how to culture your own yogurt may still be the better option. By taking the data showing the amount of gamma interferon made by certain bacteria strains in yogurt, a person can use the dosage recommendations for specific diseases found at Medscape.com to make determinations of how much yogurt is right for them. I have just read in Independent Healing from the Institute for Natural Healing and its panel of physicians that erythropoietin or EPO (made renown by Lance Armstrong) shows signs of possibly greatly assisting against COVID-19. It appears to greatly assist against hypoxia. Unfortunately, being cheap and commonly available no pharmaceutical company will embark on the hugely expensive tests to legitimize it, so doctors at large remain unable to use it. This is also why so little is written up on it in the literature. Doctors have been very surprised to note that kidney dialysis patients usually fare well if they contract coronavirus. They have now concluded it is probably because their dialysis treatment contains EPO. Also people living at high altitudes above 2,500 meters seldom suffer greatly with COVID-19 and this seems to be because they get a natural supply of EPO at that elevation. This is good news for Billy! Hugo, I'm not worried about myself, I have tremendous peace, harmony, love in my "created environment". I'm worried about how "political" this has become all over the world. We cannot seem to see past the obvious, we are in trouble all over the world, people are "rightfully confused" and blaming the left or the right is stupid. Leaving the USA, is just as stupid because troubles are coming to all countries via the "climate" and the virus and lets not forget, the economy.
