Cities on the Moon?
On re-reading older Figu articles I came across Bulletin 52 from 2005. It lists a report which Figu received from Russia’s leading newspaper. This report speaks of mysterious structures (city or cities/) on the dark side of the moon.
It mentions as well that the crew of Apollo 10 saw a 1 mile long object in the sky throwing its shadow on the moon surface and that the crew of Apollo 12 could watch the landing manoeuvre of a pyramid shaped UFO in close distance which emitted rainbow colours – explaining that one of Apollo 12's astronauts later complained of his neck hurting from having to constantly bent his neck as the Apollo crew could see that they were not alone on the moon and had to be vigilant.
The newspaper mentions that NASA (which had first called a press conference in 1996) may have later tried to cover up the story – i.e. ” They would retouch the photos or partially adjust the focus during copying.”
Some researchers and investigators, including Richard Hoagland / expert for studies of the moon, believe that “an alien race may take advantage of the Moon as their last stop during their activities on Earth.”
There may be some doubts whether some or all of the news are accurate:
- the report in the Figu Bulletin is headed “A strange message from Russia”
– its source was a newspaper which, before 1991, was the official organ of the Russian CP.
Then again, if it was a hoax - why would Figu publish it?
Be that as it may - on May 18, 2020 the Express newspaper in the UK published as well a report titled “Alien City discovered on Dark Side of the Moon – Shock Claim” *) (“…and now NASA satellite images have shown a light on the dark side, and appear to show structures which cast shadows…”) – The internet article includes two high altitude areal photos of dots which may look like cities from high space - as well as a video of a round object (UFO?) flying over the moon surface.
Again it should be said that the Express newspaper is renowned for publishing news that seem incredible but could be true.
I know that Matt had asked Billy on May 29, 2007 whether later, secret manned missions "took care of the ET objects” on the dark side of the moon. But Billy did not reply to his questions.
Kenneth, have you heard this event of or would you know more details?

I could be wrong but sometimes it seems like news posted in the Bulletins are just plain news stories and not necessarily endorsed by FIGU. It really needs to be clarified by FIGU if they are true. |

There were quite a few retired astronauts and NASA individuals that worked at the aerospace company that I worked; mainly because the president (R. Grabe) was a retired astronaut and Senior VP JR. Thompson was a retired director of NASA.
Many times, such questions as yours came up in various discussions, the response was always, “Not allowed to talk about that.“
It should be common knowledge now that all NASA space craft have two separate communications systems. One is for normal traffic, the other a purported secret line for classified conversations which include observing and recording unknown spacecraft, etc.
The Apollo-10 crew while orbiting the moon could hear what sounded like a woman’s voice directed at them, singing in a language that they did not understand. The crew; Commander Thomas P. Stafford, Command Module Pilot (CMP); John W. Young, and Lunar Module Pilot (LMP), and Eugene A. Cernan, were all experienced astronauts, each having flown at least one Gemini mission. Their response to the woman’s voice; “NASA will never believe this.”
According to recognized sources, NASA scrubbed everything and deleted or replaced all recordings (except theirs) with noise (space noise) which noise is apparently a normal occurrence. We all know that NASA covers up and alters the facts in many issues. No different with the singing voice, apparently coming from the surface of the dark side of the Moon. Can this be proven, not anymore. Mum (silent) is the word.
There was a video on You-Tube where someone used some specialized equipment, enhanced the NASA video where one could see large glass structures with substantial supports. Could not locate this video after seeing it for the first time over a years ago.
As far as NASA (higher ups) are concerned, this is now categorized as conspiracy theories. To my knowledge none of this can be proven. I was informed that the government and NASA are concerned that the public cannot handle the truth. Personally, IMO, there is more to it.

Aha yes, Richard Hoagland, do not know much about him, thanks for the lead.
According to Wikipedia, (has also distorted some of Billy's information) …Many scientists have responded to Hoagland's claims and assertions as ridiculous; he has no university degree, his logic of deductions is flawed, and he is not a trained scientist. Hoagland is more of a pseudoscientist; his claims are ridiculous.
So, it appears that the entire science community is against Hoagland.
Nonetheless, Hoagland did receive an Ig Nobel Prize in October of 1997; this is a SATIRIC prize awarded annually for Astronomy, etc.
Cannot say weather Hoagland is correct or incorrect on some of these assertations, much has already been proven wrong. It appears that this is all about conspiracy theories with little or no hard evidence. As far as the Environment is concerned on Earth, the Moon, Mars, and many planets etc., I would rather stick to the corroborations relating to Billy’s work as outlined by Michael Horn.

What you state as being common practice at NASA is confirmed by the 2005 news article (Figu Bulletin 52 / transl. see next post).
Why, one wonders, are so many truths denied and replaced by pretension / lies (e.g. Roswell - weather balloon no UFO)?
If all people are “equal” – as our constitutions claim - why is the majority of people regarded as “not worthy of knowing” the truth?
Why is truth “classified” – i.e. not made for all humans equally - but 'scanned' for an elite “class” that wants to control them?
An April 2020 article by Vanity Fair explained that in the 1950s and 60s Foreign Correspondents in some Communist countries got used to, daily, receive a different answer to the same question they asked Communist officials. How can we ask others to respect “Human Rights” if we do not do so ourselves?
Because mankind is no longer in the feudal age – it is quite aware that “Human Rights ” are the opposite of double standards.
In addition, the elites could achieve their objective of a secure and stable world much quicker and easier if they encouraged a global discussion about the issues that mankind faces. We live in the internet age which allows people worldwide to access and discuss the discoveries other humans made. Truly, the “behind closed doors” thinking is very outdated, befits the consciousness of the “Dark Ages” not our time.
And to make scientists destroy discovered evidence, to make them call the truth “conspiracy” and to force them to promote ‘make belief’ pretensions (~ D's “filed bones”) we should never accept this as the character profile of a “modern day successful” scientist!

Translation of segments of a newspaper article re. "Structures on the Moon" published in Figu-Bulletin 52
Again and again we come across publications that try to find an answer to the following question: Are we alone in the universe?
At the time when this question was being asked we had discovered the existence of rational beings near our [human] abode - on the moon. However, this discovery was immediately classified as secret and therefore not credible, because it would shake the already existing basic concepts and principles of human society...

On March 21, 1996, scientists and engineers reported in a press release in Washington, at the 'National Press Club', the results of the Mars and Moon exploration in which they had participated. For the first time, the discoveries on the Moon made by man had been made public. With the exception of one UFO, scientists expressed themselves very cautiously and evasively about these discoveries.
Again and again they mentioned that man-made objects, buildings or other things are possible and announced that officially approved results can be expected at a later date when the investigations will be completed.
In this press release it was mentioned that the Soviet Union once possessed photographic material to prove the existence of such activity on the moon. And although the nature of the activity cannot be identified from many thousands of photos and videos of the Apollo and Clementine space stations, the activity and its traces were flawless and clearly visible in many areas of the lunar surface. The videos and photos taken by U.S. astronauts during the Apollo mission were shown and demonstrated during this press conference.
People were amazed why all the material had not been released earlier. The experts from NASA responded: It had been difficult to assess in advance how people would react to the news of the discovery of the beings on the moon that were or are still there.
Richard Hoagland, expert in moon studies, says that NASA is still trying to falsify the photographic material before publishing it in catalogues, files and documents. They retouch the photos or sometimes shift the focus during copying. Some researchers and investigators, including Hoagland, believe that an extraterrestrial race is using the moon as a last stop during their activities on earth....
In the upper area of Rima Hadley, not far from the place where the Apollo 15 space capsule had landed, a structure surrounded by a D-shaped wall was discovered. To date, various artifacts have been discovered in 44 regions. The NASA Space Flight Center and the Institute of Planets in Houston are investigating these regions. Mysterious excavations in terraced rock formations have been discovered near the Tycho Crater. The concentric, hexahedral excavations and the entrance to the tunnel on the terrace side cannot be the result of a natural geological process; instead, it looks absolutely like an open ore mine for cast iron production.
A dome, transparent and elevated above the rim of a crater, had been discovered near the crater of Copernicus. The dome is extraordinary because it glows from the inside in white and blue colour.
A very unusual discovery was made in the upper part of the factory site. Surrounded by walls, a round slab stands on a square foundation with a diameter of about 50 meters. Near the rhombus we can also see a dark, round “laibung” *) on the ground, which looks very similar to an entrance to an underground passage of ditches/trenches for defence [purposes]. Furthermore, between the factory site and the Copernicus crater there is a rectangular area 300 meters wide and 400 meters long.
The astronauts of Apollo 10 took a photo (AS10-32-4822) of a one-mile long object, called 'Castle', which, with a height of 14 km, cast a distinct shadow on the lunar surface. This 'castle' seems to consist of several cylindrical parts and a large connecting piece. In one of the images, the inner porous structure of this object is clearly visible, and some of the parts appear to be transparent.
As it turned out in the press release, where many of the NASA scientists were present, when Richard Hoagland asked for the originals of the Castle images for the second time, no images could be found. In fact, the images had disappeared from the list that had been made by the crew of Apollo 10. Unfortunately, of the mediocre images of this object still in the archive, not a single image showed the internal structure of the 'Castle' object.
When the crew of Apollo 12 landed on the surface of the moon, they saw that the landing maneuver was observed by a semi-transparent and pyramid-shaped object. It hovered only a few meters above the lunar surface and shimmered in all colors of the rainbow against the black sky.

The correct translation should read:

Sorry folks - I only discovered this 2nd part of the newspaper article, now.
And I must admit, it may change the credibility of the whole report:
Because - as we know from Billy's CRs - the 1969, Apollo 11 = first Moon Landing was 'staged', here on Earth.
And the first sentence of this 2nd part of the newspaper article makes mention of the "1969 film" - which may well be the film of this staged event.
So, taking this into account, it may put into doubt the sightings made by Apollo 10 and 12 (described in the first half of the report).
Then again, the astronaut Mitchell whose neck hurts from turning his head, was not a member of the first moon landing. And the 1969 Moon Landing was in the Sea of Tranquility not in the Sea of Storms mentioned in the article below, so perhaps the year mentioned in the article (1969) is wrong?
We may as well consider the report/photos/video in this year's Express newspaper and the fact that earlier Russian reports had as well mentioned sightings of structures on the Moon.

What do the geologists and scientists have to say after studying the images of moon cities and other abnormal objects?
Such objects could not have been created by shape-altering creative forces of nature. We should admit that they were not created by the methods known to us, especially the domes and pyramids, and are a testimony to a remarkable activity of an alien, extraterrestrial civilization whose remains we found very close to us.
In the psychological sense, we were not prepared for it. Some people today still think that it was not true. |

Kenneth, I don't trust Wiki. I spent weeks editing Billy's page to make it fair and balanced and they deleted everything even harmless links to Figu & Deardorff. Hoagland makes some claims I don't agree with but he may at one time have been right about Mars but we will never know because all of the Ruins on Mars were removed by the Sirians and are now gone.  |

Apollo 12 took place on Nov 4, 1969 and landed in the Sea of Storms ==> So there is no cause to doubt the news report
IOW: the news report may - as we inferred initially - well be accurate.
The doubts that I mentioned in post 1473 are not justified:
I wrongly assumed that there was only one Apollo flight - the 'pretended' Apollo 11 flight - in 1969.
But in the same year there were as well
- the Apollo 10 flight (May 1969 (rounding Moon in low orbit - "dress rehearsal" for the later actual moon landing)
- the first real Apollo 12 moon landing (Nov 14, 1969)
So the newspaper article discussing the press release in 1996 is all about the sightings of Apollo 10 and 12 - not Apollo 11.
Sorry for the confusion.

There is a certain element of irritation that comes forth from listening to music these days
Howling, screaming and screeching are words Billy used to describe earthlings modern music and singing.
The Plejaren music was said to be very alluring.
Factoring in the composition of consciousness and the brain and how organic matter reacts to sound, oscillation and vibration you can begin to understand how artificiality of the way sound is digitally delivered via electronic devices such as earphones, speakers and headphones has a very negative influence on the human being.
On top of this the transference of songs recorded in a studio manipulated and hatched up by synthesizers only further adds to the problem.
Not only that but the consciousness state of the singer performing the song is crucial to how harmonising and pleasant the song will be received by the listener.
If the singer is not of a sound mind and consciousness, no matter how good the song and the lyrics are, it'll still have a detrimental consciousness related effect on the listener.
No wonder heavy metal, death metal and rock songs have such a devastating effect on the minds of our youth and why juvenile delinquency results from it.
Songs closely resembling the tone, beat, frequency, vibration and oscillatory rate of nature, earth and the universe is what I would consider the most harmonising, peaceful, loving and freeing music of all which is why some of our classic music is considered the greatest song of all with some resembling the Plejaren music.
But my ears and mind is so contaminated by modern music that unfortunately I get bored listening to classic and not being able to enjoy it as much as I did in my youth just like my taste buds which had been fried and wasted from consuming modern foods that are so contaminated with so much artificial chemicals, additives, preservatives, colour, flavour and toxic gases so much so that everything is bland and tasteless now as its either sugary, salty or chilli and thats it.
I wonder how much better a song would sound coming from an artist who had just performed the peace meditation right before they sang the song verses the same singer performing the same song right after watching the Texas Chainsaw Massacre or having listened to Behemoth's O Father O Satan O Sun.

What I've understand about studying the teaching of truth, teaching of spirit and teaching of life, is you "create" your own environment meaning, there are numerous musicians, artists, books, and many more creative outlets, you'll just have to either "create the music you seek" or enjoy the "muse" already at your disposal.

It's not just music that has negatively gone downhill these days but other things too like TV shows. In the old days most TV shows like "The Brady Bunch" for example were morale based on being a good person. None of those shows exist today. They are all junk shows like The Kardashians. |

Regarding Earth’s environment and elsewhere, the movie “Clara” is a story of exoplanets, existential life, and real science. Found this film to aid folks on the fence in understanding the truth.
“…the film’s story revolves around Isaac and Clara’s use of publicly available data from NASA’s very real Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) to make a potentially transformative discovery.”
 
The "Clara-inspired academic paper" was written by Canadian astrophysicists John Moores and Doug Welch; it would not surprise me if these scientists were recipients of Plejaren impulses.
The TESS space telescope is a 2018 upgrade of the Kepler Telescope which was used to discover over 4,000 exoplanets, (a planet which orbits a star outside our solar system).

In the "old days" unfortunately, we had little choices of TV programs to watch, however now with streaming TV programs, you can create the viewing pleasure of your choice because there are "millions" of programs and music out there! I've gone back to programs such as the "twilight zone" Hitchcock programs, Perry Mason, etc and I've listened to music from the 70's 80's 90's etc, In other words, I created my own "environment" thanks to streaming video services which has "helped with my development" and progression

Our current environment offers all of us everything we need to evolve! Thanks to search engines which have replaced libraries, yet at the same time, you must do your homework and research the information. As a young girl, I would spend hours in a library, however, now, it's much safer to do this at home. I know for a fact, without the internet, I would not have discovered BEAM's material.
