There is a cohort of close observers of our presidential elections, scholars and lawyers and political strategists, who find themselves in the uneasy position of intelligence analysts in the months before 9/11. As November 3 approaches, their screens are blinking red, alight with warnings that the political system does not know how to absorb. They see the obvious signs that we all see, but they also know subtle things that most of us do not. Something dangerous has hove into view, and the nation is lurching into its path. Close students of election law and procedure are warning that conditions are ripe for a constitutional crisis that would leave the nation without an authoritative result. We have no fail-safe against that calamity. Thus, the blinking red lights and a scenario that has all the potential of developing into the first of two civil wars as prophesied by Billy Meier.
The worst case, however, is not that Trump rejects the election outcome. The worst case is that he uses his power to prevent a decisive outcome against him. If Trump sheds all restraint, and if his Republican allies play the parts he assigns them, he could obstruct the emergence of a legally unambiguous victory for Biden in the Electoral College and then in Congress. He could prevent the formation of consensus about whether there is any outcome at all. He could seize on that uncertainty to hold on to power.
Trump’s state and national legal teams are already laying the groundwork for post-election maneuvers that would circumvent the results of the vote count in battleground states. Ambiguities in the Constitution and logic bombs in the Electoral Count Act make it possible to extend the dispute all the way to Inauguration Day, which would bring the nation to a precipice.
“We are not prepared for this at all,” Julian Zelizer, a Princeton professor of history and public affairs. “We talk about it, some worry about it, and we imagine what it would be. But few people have actual answers to what happens if the machinery of democracy is used to prevent a legitimate resolution to the election."
Is it a fact that if Trump loses, he will reject defeat, come what may? Do we know that? We cannot afford to pretend. We know this man.
Pathology may exert the strongest influence on Trump’s choices during the Interregnum, the period between Election Day, Nov. 3 and Inauguration Day, Jan. 20. Well-supported arguments, in books and articles written by psychologists and sociologists, have made the case that Trump fits the diagnostic criteria for psychopathy and narcissism. Either disorder, by its medical definition, would render him all but incapable of accepting defeat. And less we forget, Ptaah has diagnosed Trump as pathologically stupid.
The 2020 presidential election will be the first in 40 years to take place without a federal judge requiring the Republican National Committee to seek approval in advance for any “ballot security” operations at the polls. In 2018, a federal judge allowed the consent decree to expire. This year, with a judge no longer watching, the Republicans are recruiting 50,000 volunteers in 15 contested states to monitor polling places and challenge voters they deem suspicious-looking. Trump called in to Fox News on August 20 to tell Sean Hannity, “We’re going to have sheriffs and we’re going to have law enforcement and we’re going to have, hopefully, U.S. attorneys to keep close watch on the polls."
In the court case, Democratic National Committee v. Republican National Committee (1981), the RNC tried to intimidate voters by hiring off-duty law-enforcement officers as members of a “National Ballot Security Task Force,” some of them armed and carrying two-way radios. According to the plaintiffs, they stopped and questioned voters in minority neighborhoods, blocked voters from entering the polls, forcibly restrained poll workers, challenged people’s eligibility to vote, warned of criminal charges for casting an illegal ballot, and generally did their best to frighten voters away from the polls. The power of these methods relied on well-founded fears among people of color about contact with police.
Trump has denounced mail-in voting often and urgently, airing fantastical nightmares. One day he tweeted, “mail-in voting will lead to massive fraud and abuse. it will also lead to the end of our great republican party. we can never let this tragedy befall our nation.” Another day he pointed to an imaginary—and easily debunked—scenario of forgery from abroad: “rigged 2020 election: millions of mail-in ballots will be printed by foreign countries, and others. it will be the scandal of our times!” By late summer Trump was declaiming against mail-in voting an average of nearly four times a day—a pace he had reserved in the past for existential dangers such as impeachment and the Mueller investigation: “Very dangerous for our country.” “A catastrophe.” “The greatest rigged election in history.”
Summer also brought reports that the U.S. Postal Service, the government’s most popular agency, was besieged from within by Louis DeJoy, Trump’s new postmaster general and a major Republican donor. Service cuts, upper-management restructuring, and chaotic operational changes were producing long delays. At one sorting facility, the Los Angeles Times reported, “workers fell so far behind processing packages that by early August, gnats and rodents were swarming around containers of rotted fruit and meat, and baby chicks were dead inside their boxes.”
According to sources in the Republican Party at the state and national levels, the Trump campaign is discussing contingency plans to bypass election results and appoint loyal electors to the Electoral College (yes, there is a loop hole for that) in battleground states where Republicans hold the legislative majority. With a justification based on claims of rampant fraud, Trump would ask state legislators to set aside the popular vote and exercise their power to choose a slate of electors directly.
The Trump-campaign legal adviser said the push to appoint electors would be framed in terms of protecting the people’s will. “The state legislatures will say, ‘All right, we’ve been given this constitutional power. We don’t think the results of our own state are accurate, so here’s our slate of electors that we think properly reflect the results of our state,” the adviser said. Democrats, he added, have exposed themselves to this stratagem by creating the conditions for a lengthy overtime.
When The Atlantic asked the Trump campaign about plans to circumvent the vote and appoint loyal electors (referring to the Electoral College), and about other strategies discussed in the article, the deputy national press secretary did not directly address the questions. “It’s outrageous that President Trump and his team are being villainized for upholding the rule of law and transparently fighting for a free and fair election,” Thea McDonald said in an email. “The mainstream media are giving the Democrats a free pass for their attempts to completely uproot the system and throw our election into chaos.” Trump is fighting for a trustworthy election, she wrote, “and any argument otherwise is a conspiracy theory intended to muddy the waters.”
In Pennsylvania, three Republican leaders have already discussed the direct appointment of electors for the Electoral College among themselves, and one said he had discussed it with Trump’s national campaign. Republicans control both legislative chambers in the six most closely contested battleground states.
Trump has possession of the White House. How far will he push boundaries to keep it, and who will push back?
This summer, The Transition Integrity Project modeled the election with a series of exercises conducted by a group of former elected officials, academics, political strategists, and lawyers in an effort to gain insight. In one scenario, Trump supporters followed him into civil war, encouraging three blue states to threaten secession. In half of the simulations, the participants did not make it as far as Inauguration Day.
“We got to points in the scenarios where there was a constitutional impasse, no clear means of resolution in sight, street-level violence,” said Rosa Brooks, a Georgetown professor who co-founded the project. “I think in one of them we had Trump invoking the Insurrection Act and we had troops in the streets. She added: “Once things were clearly off the rails, there was no particular benefit to seeing exactly how far off they would go. I suppose you could say we were in terra incognita: no one could predict what would happen anymore."
Right now, the best we can do is an ad hoc defense of democracy. Begin by rejecting the temptation to think that this election will carry on as elections usually do. Something far out of the norm is likely to happen. Probably more than one thing. Expecting otherwise will dull our reflexes. It will lull us into spurious hope that Trump is tractable to forces that constrain normal incumbents.

I'm sure you've been around for a while (if not, read older forum discussions) and know, talking about religion and politics will lead to distractions and is a waste of time.

Respectfully, my post was not an opening to a political discussion; but, rather the sharing of information that has recently come to light that supports the prospects of a civil war in the US as prophesied by Billy Meier;and, in particular the findings of The Transition Integrity Project, a non-partisan research group. This information, take in its' totality, projects those prospects of civil war resulting from the 2020 US Presidential election, as palpable. Corroborating information to the Meier material has always been welcomed on this forum. Yes, there is an element of politics associated with civil wars. There is also an element of politics associated with the coronavirus pandemic, climate change and overpopulation.

Regarding our environment of communication, the act of transferring information, emotions, the cultural situation, etc., etc.
Recommend watching the documentary "The Social Dilemma", it will explain the craziness going on today and much more. No one else is talking about this.
To my knowledge, neither Billy nor the Plejaren have brought this to our attention, apparently we Earthlings have to figure this out for our self-survival which involves something within the internet, the human mind and Artificial Intelligence (AI), This is much larger than you can possibly imagine.

Thanks Kenneth, I'll take some time and watch this documentary.
IMO...Lies spread quicker than the truth, however, lies can be easily verified(and ought to be easily dismissed). The truth requires research, contemplation, experience, etc.
If anyone of you have notice, most people do not read books anymore! Even though, most of the information in our books are wrong, it's amazing how we've changed our behaviors since social media.

Hi Kenneth, I watched this documentary and while watching it, I felt like I already knew about this from Billy, where he mentions about AI taking over our lives. It did not come as a surprise to me. Since I knew about what Billy had said, I never joined any social media up till now; however, I have to use the computers for work and other stuff. So, I use it judiciously. Thanks.

In today’s Figu ZZ is yet another report about controlling the human mind via wave frequencies -but it source is a mystery.

“When the researcher Curtis Waltman received files from the website Muckrock, which resulted from his Freedom of Information Act request on Antifa and white supremacist groups from the Washington State Fusion Centre, he got something more than he expected: an unrelated zip file entitled "EM effects on the human body”.
In the file were three diagrams containing information on electromagnetic weapons, which are aimed at the human body and brain. The first diagram, entitled Psychoelectronic Weapon Effects, seems to detail the possible use of such weapons and focuses on both mind control and physical complaints.
The next diagram shows different processes with which electromagnetic thought control can be acheved:
- 1 - via mobile phone networks or
- 2 - by attacking certain persons with psychotronic weapons

Different frequencies are described which are able to influence different areas of the brain.

These diagrams seem to be presentation documents that come from different sources and possibly used as data points for discussions on the research and development of psychotronic weapons….”
The article stresses that the source of these documents is unclear. But it mentions that some of the images appear as well in an 1992 ***) article by John St. Clair Akewi in the NEXUS Magazine which discusses ”.. covert psychological control operations to initiate the diagnosis of mental illness in individuals"
The Figu ZZ article concludes:
“A call to the WSFC made at the time of
printing was not returned. Until we hear something, their presence remains a mystery.
The only possibility that Waltman does not cover is that this file was intentionally made available to him by an operator who wanted to disseminate this information to new eye-witness groups. I find this very interesting. I use to like watching the Six Million Dollar man from the 1960's and way back then I remember being fascinated with this bionic technology and so some years ago, I downloaded a whole series of this tv show and watched it (in fast forward mode of course) for the very 'telling' scenarios. Interestingly, the many episodes i had on my computer are no longer to be found.
One particular story is still ingrained in my memory. It tells of a highly secretive hitech truck parked somewhere on a high hill, sending EMW waves to the people in the village below and of course the Six Million Dollar Man was assigned to find those 'baddies' who were using this kind of advanced technology to put the people to sleep for a while. It shows how people fall to the ground and sometime later wake up and walk away completely unaware of what has happened to them.
I wouldn't be surprised if this technology is being used on unwanted protestors.
I think that Julian Assange has mentioned this dust on his website, it could be that this issue is still too sensitive to be in plain sight and so the authorities are doing everything to keep him behind bars.
But I think they are running out of excuses, his lawyers and many people have woken up.
Bill, you say that your notes have 'vanished' of your computer, the same thing happens to my saved articles with all kind of material not just Billy's information.
Some months ago, I have written a cover note without mentioning Billy specifically about corona virus and sent it of to many government people, to medical people and research faculties, and newspapers, and I did receive a few confirmation emails, however not from all of them, but I have no doubt that they would have shared the corona virus information, even in secret. I have also mentioned that 'they' should bookmark the figu english websites for further updates about this virus. A couple of weeks later, my husband said "this plane was circulating above for ages, ages probably meant close to 5-7 minutes or so, maybe I should have timed it. So yes, the Five eyes are here to stay. |

But no, I do not know much about these technologies myself – It just makes me wonder why Figu with a focus on consciousness evolution would publish this technical information about microwave weapons *), 'Star Dust' Technologies, HAARP, the outcome of EM’s 5G project, Psycho-Electronic Weapons (using the mobile phone network or weapons) –
Because Billy knows much more about our future than we do, so the question arises:

Your statement "The Figu (FIGU) recommended translation tool is Deepl", is false.
FIGU has permitted personal-preliminary translations using DeepL or any other online/local translator, however anyone using online/local translators is RESPONSIBLE for correcting the translations using the FIGU Dictionary before it can be considered an accurate translation and needs to be identified as 'probably contains errors' until they correct their translation.
FIGU does not recommend using ANY online/local translator for translating FIGU texts except for PERSONAL use only and really should not be published until it has be vetted against the FIGU Dictionary translation of German words and phrases into any other language.
FIGU permitted a 'contracted' group of individuals to create preliminary translation of the Contact Reports using DeepL however they are all required to contain the following statement with these preliminary translations:

But according to other news articles, the church is asking parishioners (worshippers) to stay with the church due to funding issues…

I think you could be onto something there. They could likely be influenced by them Psycho-Electronic Weaponry. But these weapons must be having an effect on us all if the powers are using them on us. A large part of the Western population have suddenly lost their minds in recent years, and not just them crazy leftists. This can't be all attributed to Trump or the Aquarian age. |

Thank you for correcting my wrong assumption, Pat.
Scott recommended using Deepl as a basic translator -so I thought it may better than others (more closely to the Figu Dict) translate Figu texts. As well: many of the newer CRs on the FoM only list Deepl Transalator as author.
So, Bianca, you may still want to use the Deepl Translator but there is no such thing as a "Figu recommended translator".
Overall:
I see it as a positive development.
A mistaken impression could be corrected.

But if so, this was at a time when the world was not yet as “crowded” as it is today.

Do not have a specific answer to your question; but can tell you this; have personally talked with a retired military PSYchological OPperations (PSYOP) person known as (MK) for obvious reasons no name disclosure, who was involved in operations to transfer selected information and pointers to audiences in order to influence emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals, etc., etc. This person worked in Iraq, Kirkuk, Afghanistan, and East Africa to name a few locations. According to MK, most of what was done was for the good of the locals…?
In a conversation this year (2020) the question was asked of this person: “Why did the government not use audio devices, colloquially known as “sonic weapons for dispersal of crowds during the various riots, which can also cause pain, disorientation, and injury to those exposed to them, as well as other high tech equipment?
The answer was, “the military/government did not want to expose their hand at this point with their higher technology, etc.” The riots were politically motivated and not intended to overthrow the federal government, at this time.
Also showed MK the video that Michael Horn provided of Joe with the Military Special Operations Group. According to several articles, subliminal advertising has been going on since 1947 to present day, organizations have now become much better at hiding surreptitious content from the conscious mind, apparently it is picked up by the sub-conscious mind…

So greater knowledge is always a source of greater power.

You may have already been aware and apologies if so, but, I think it's important to mention that FIGU ZEITZEICHEN is an, "Organ [= Newspaper, Mouthpiece of Opinion] for free, politically independent views and opinions on world affairs" and is NOT meant to reflect the views of Billy or the Plejaren, but, to start discussions on various topics. It's tempting to think the info would have been "signed off" by Billy, but, practically that's not possible with all the work he does, or the point of FIGU ZEITZEICHEN.
According to FIGU-Zeitzeichen Nr. 151, Curtis Waltman received the additional files "by accident" in a zip file named, "EM effects on the human body" after submitting a freedom of information request about Antifa and white supremacist groups to the Washington State Fusion Center. It's highly likely that it would be in the interests of certain groups to exacerbate tensions in the US because then they will sneak in some draconian law in the guise of "helping". Even riots can be used for profit as buisnesses facing bankruptcy can make insurance claims and then more money made from rebuilding, etc., etc., which is why rioters are suckers in these times imo.
Popular Mechanics reported in 2018 that some of these EM images came from an article in Nexus magazine, which focuses on the unexplained and conspiracy theories, and resulted from a 1992 lawsuit by John Akewi against the NSA where Akewi claimed the NSA had the "ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health".
It's probably a mixture of fact and fiction which is the basis of all good disinformation whereby it has a terrorising effect on the psyche. Point being that it doesn't matter if we are in "the know" on these things as the average citizen can't afford this tech or know how to recreate it. Maybe this is how intelligence services advertise this tech to others, make it mysterious, so it can be rented out at an extortionate price to the highest bidder when it is likely old tech by now.

Question:
Most major civilizations have evolved to develop various technologies in many different areas / fields. However, the populations of Africa are no less intelligent and creative than the rest of the world, why did these people never develop their own advanced technologies? All of the resources needed are available in that country.
The same question applies for the American Indians?

Kenneth, I thought I read somewhere in the Meier material that the Caucasian Races were impulsed in a technological way. But it would have had the same result in others Races as well if these impulses were send to them. I forget the reason it was only sent to the Caucasian race. |

I agree with you that many will use this topic to stimulate conspiracy theories that are way over the top: Some groups will use it to propagate their own agenda – e.g. some extreme religious groups may see it as yet another proof that “Judgement Day” is coming.
And yes, I am aware of the Figu ZZ preamble which states, however, without mentioning Billy or the Plejaren:
“Views, statements, representations, opinions and ideologies of any kind in treatises, articles and in readers' letters etc., must not necessarily be identical with thoughts, interests, with the 'teaching of truth, teaching of the spirit, teaching of life and therefore not in any way connected with the missionary goods and therefore not connected with the FIGU.”
But I must point out that many of the mind control issues (microwave weapons, giving s.s. an entry to software products used by almost all people on the globe, HAARP, the possible outcome of the 20,000 satellites etc) - they are (or are as well) found in the CRs.
Second I think, just as Prof. M. Persinger points out, that “discoveries that greatly affect all mankind” should as well be discussed openly by all mankind. So – my thought is not “it does not matter whether we are in the know or not”.
The question then is what to do with the knowledge we gained in life. This may differ from person to person. For me, if you read my articles, you will find that they are "we all" - 'open discussions' that will hardly mention any nation directly:
Because I discovered that the thought of "oneness" *) is the basis of a peaceful world.
That we all are human beings.
Who made mistakes and live to learn from them.
That the true objective of knowledge can only be a united and hate-free world.
And this starts with making us and others self-reflect.

Billy, or rather the Plejaren, mentioned that the reason they impulsed Americans was because they had/have the communication networks that enable the transfer and spreading of information. This is crucial for rapid development.
Looking at it from a historical perspective, it has long been the same. The west and America, even before the internet, had horses, carts, carrier pigeons and the means and desire to travel, all of which spread information. They also had the best ships and had basically controlled the seaway communications networks for about 500 years.
Africa, for example, did not have these networks. While the Chinese had horses and had once before ruled the seas, they were at the "time of impulse giving", if I may call it that, at a low ebb. The west was speeding ahead with its communications networks even in the 18th and 19th centuries.
Up until WWII the global communications leader would have been England, but postwar the American navy and intelligence agencies, which historically were the top gathers of information, took over, and they also took over global economics with the US dollar becoming the reserve currency to finance it all.
It is often argued now that the greatest resource of all is information, and I would add, its transfer. Information and its use rules, and the impulses were all about efficient transfer of information for rapid development. The west was in the best position to do that at the time.
