corect me if im wrong but i was listening to alex collier with his andromedons and he mentioned that there are humans on the planet mars but controled by the draconians but if i remembered correctly the ps said there was no life on mars that is human????

It appears to be a statue of a woman dancing , or a statue of a woman walking down a hill .
We always think of statues as being such still figures , standing , sitting , without arms , in pose . It may be a more popular ancient concept to sculpt statues in moving simulacrum .
Still by description , movement by suggestion .

The image is a rock. For it to be anything else the probability factor would be unimaginable. But then in a reverse thought process, our scientist theorize our universe is only 15 billion years old, give or take a half billion.
Occam's Razor should be applied liberally here to reduce the supernatural effect that can latch on quickly. "One should not increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything." One of the definitions for Occam's Razor.

In Contact 251, there is a prediction that ancient extraterrestrial artifacts will be found on Mars in the not-too-distant future. So I think it is not unreasonable to begin looking at the information coming back with a mix of anticipation and scrutiny. Assuming it is not an optical trick of the eye, it could also be an action figure dropped by a child, only a few inches tall.

some of those photos I had never seen before. What on earth could that dome be? Did you see the helmeted fiqure just laying there?
(btw part two of the whats going on mars had a related video link where they spelt Billy's last name wrong see "Billy Meyers personal photos of Mars")
I read once two twin mars rovers have solar panels which can pick up all the different solar rays form the sun which change frequencies every 5 minutes unlike a less efficient conventional solar panel similiar to the way a plant can. I'm assuming the panels on the ISS are of the same variety.
I'd like one of those to power my apartment  but I'm sure they will be bogarted/denied for some time to come.....

I’ve been following this intriguing story ever since I first read about it a few years ago in Pravda. Some here on the forum may already be aware of it. A young Russian boy, named Boriska, seems to have a memory of a previous life on Mars:

His story seems consistent with what Billy and the Plejarens have said about Martian history and the colonization to Earth. But yet he lived in an isolated region cut off any influence that may have contributed to its’ fabrication. A year later, Pravda printed this follow-up article with even more information about the child:

I don’t agree with the Indigo children phenomenon as it is popularly portrayed, but it is possible that this boy may be one of the few genuine psychics and able to access the memory banks. He fits the profile that Billy has described as characteristic of a true psychic; he’s humble and not really interested in attention or discussing his psychic abilities. Unfortunately, his elderly Russian mentor seems intent on projecting his own beliefs concerning the boy. I find the last five minutes of the film particularly telling. There is a discussion in a car amongst the film’s producers after interviewing Boriska, where they discuss the psychic abilities that he was reluctant to talk about on camera. And an observation by one of the female producers may hint that Boriska may start to conveniently forget things that he sees is bringing attention to himself so that he can live a private life. Everyone can decide for themselves.

i have read the articles and i am amazed. This boy must be telling the truth. someone at this age could not possible know all this. I sure hope this boy isnt assasinated or attempted, like billy.

He did mention the loss of atmosphere on Mars which I believe corresponds with what Billy has mentioned...not sure what to think regarding the dates of 2009 and 2013 and the mention of some sort of water event
