Hi Phenix,

i didnt say that population would not be a problem, i said it wout lighten the burden by far

"the reason population is such an issue is because we are not efficient. if we were to be more efficient and follow guidelines layed out similar to the venus project, we would not have such a severe collapse or social breakdown based on food/water as we currently do with our outdated production techniques"

Here are some facts from contact 45:

A planet as Earth generates about a ton of oil per year. So at 646 Billion years age it has generated 646 Billion tons of oil. We have used as of 1975 Ten Percent...enough that will take 118 Billion years time to replenish.

So 118 billion tons of oil was used. This is oil needed by the earth for correct lubricated movement and health. So stand ready for climatic and Earthquakes for the next few billion years...

86.1% in 1945 arable land, 39.7% fertile land in 1975… that’s in thirty years, what is it in 2009?

The scientists have not changed their views even today in 2009 and are only just beginning to question the symptoms rather than the true and important fact that mankind is outgrowing the Earth and we need to have a world wide birth check.

Overpopulation is the main cause of all the problems on Earth today.

PS:
Rarena,
Could you please indicate a link, where the data from Contact Report 45 you provided in post 425 could be found?
I would like to share this information with the members of Project Avalon at a thread dedicated to overpopulation at that forum.

Thanks and salome.

Good day to all,

Rarena,
"It's numbered wrong... Point twelve should be point one. All others will solve themselves.", you wrote, regarding the place overpopulation and the need to swiftly stabilize earth population through birth control, as indicated in the program of Zeitgeist/Venus Project.
I agree with you.
I joined Zeitgeist - and i am currently pretty active within 'Zeitgeist Movement Netherlands' (as RaKaR: http://zeitgeist.silverrose.nl/index.php?board=12.0) - also in order to correct this numeration, so to speak.
It is also for that purpose, that i have been regularly forwarding all related to this issue FIGU materials and the words of Herr Meier to the headquarters of Zeitgeist via the 'contact us' link, when that was still possible.

Hello Adam,

It came from Semjase Contact Discussion Book Two Page 93 C45 2/25/76 available at FIGU.org and from my personal notes on the Semjase Contact books... It is also from Messages from the Pleiades Book Two available from TheyFly.com.

As to forwarding all the information they should be asking for it if they are interested. Otherwise they will have improper motive and/or place less value on the information unless you let them work for it a little bit....http://shop.figu.org/product_info.php?cPath=21_30&products_id=63

Dear Jun(Elreyjr),

Thank you for your post #18.
I support your idea of a forum's system emailing of the overpopulation appeal to each of our 1,054 members if the policies allow us to do so.

And prevail.

I respect with awe , the collection and distribution of facts and figures .

.however .

With the above statistic it sounds like babies are falling from the sky .

No one has , and ever will, try to stop things that fall from the sky from falling , like the rain ,for example .

If each situation ( man and woman / woman and test tube / woman+woman and David Crosby )are addressed , then perhaps individuals can be convinced to control their actions , like individualy wrapped cupcakes that prevent the icing from invading other types of food .

I'm pretty sure that analogy wiill come back to haunt me like an old discussion-forum-ghost .

Greetings to all,

It looks like some are suddenly awakening:

Billion people face famine by mid-century, says top US scientist

From Times Online
March 23, 2009

"Famines affecting a billion people will threaten global food security during the 21st century, according to a leading US scientist.

Nina Fedoroff, the US State Department chief scientist, is convinced that food shortages will be the biggest challenge facing the world as temperatures and population levels rise. Food security in the coming years, she said, is “a huge problem” that has been met with little more than complacency. “We are asleep at the switch,” she said.

Her warning echoes comments by John Beddington, Britain’s chief scientist, last week in which he forecast a "perfect storm” of food, water and energy shortages by 2030.

Dr Fedoroff, who advises Hillary Clinton, said famines that strike a billion people are quite possible in a world where climate change has damaged food production and the human population has risen to nine billion.

Population levels have already exceeded six billion and are expected to rise to nine billion by the middle of the century unless action is taken. "[...]

Dear Michael Horn,

The video, mhorn2, is EXCELLENT. That needs to be shown to a much wider audience.

I'm thinking YOUTUBE.. Peoples' attention span, short as they are, would advise to divide the 42-minutes into four 10-minute segments.

FACEBOOK is another viable platform to show this. These are just a few possibilities which came to mind while watching the interview. But, OH YEAH, it's gotta get out there, any way, any how.

Ramirez, Thank you for the reference to this video. Good hound-dogin' to find & bring it to our attention.

Salome

Hi J_rod7,

Actually, the people to recommend that to are the producers at consciousmedianetwork.com, as I don't own that interview.

Many thanks.
