Why is it accepted that the western countries, USA and England and other countries, China and Russia can have Nuclear weapons and use them as a threat to other countries that have or plan to have Nuclear Weapons.
Isnt this just double standards.
What makes Gordon Brown or Obama wise and knowing enough to have these weapons as opposed to other countries.
Surely, as we have read in the Contact Reports, all nuclear weapons should be destroy as no one on Earth is clearly spiritually developed enough to have such weapons. Also these weapons destroy all life and threaten the planet.
So by social acceptance of allowing Obama and Brown to bomb any country they feel with these weapons make them more of a threat to life on Earth then other countries.

Moving over here from 'Prophecies and Predictions' because I think this is a bit more suitable a topic-thread for the subject matter at hand.

Asking Billy about what goes on behind the scenes will not do you much good. As Billy has said, not only does he have a 'drawer' in his memory (a compartment of his memory where he puts things that he needs to not remember for the time being, but which he can access at will) which he uses for matters that he might otherwise spill the beans on, but he also is not permitted to comment upon government matters and government-related secrets. Thus, if one is seeking information regarding covert operations, government matters, or black ops, etc. I would suggest that asking Billy is a rather fruitless pursuit.
Quite simply, he is not permitted to speak about these things regardless of their veracity. Also, as Billy has said, we must each use our own intelligence and intellect to figure things out, we cannot become lazy and rely upon him as a one-stop-shop for answers to all our questions.
If you care for the thoughts of one who does study these matters, though, I would say that you should check out the following books and materials:

The current governor of Oregon, Ted Kulongoski, btw, it also the protege of Goldschmidt! Amusing stuff, on one level, horribly depraved, twisted and degenerate on another. This is just the state level, but the people are fully entranced and duped by these individuals.
Rather like a mother who knows her children so well that she can literally put herself in their mind's eye and figure out what they are likely to be thinking about a matter, or how they will react to certain stimuli, how their minds work and how they formulate their decisions and carry them out, their deeper motivations, etc. in order to understand how the secret societies and shadowy powers of this world operate, you must study the people involved and you must learn their character's and their motivations inside and out.
On one level, yes, it's complicated and compartmentalized and there's a lot of half-truth and outright falsehood thrown in to shroud the reality of things from the general public or the casual student. On the other, however, when one really comes to understand human psychology and what the basic human needs are, it's really not hard to see how they turn people into degenerate criminals unworthy of society.
Most people do not have the broad-mindedness necessary to understand the complexity involved in the schemes of such evil people as those who are behind 'the Illuminati', the OTO, Freemasonry, Zionism, the Catholic Church, etc. There end up being too many details for them to focus on in the end, too much nasty stuff that they are afraid to admit is real because they feel powerless over it and if it is real then surely knowing about it must make one a sure target of such nasty people.
But come on, folks. The mafia is real, but you don't go about your daily life worrying constantly about them showing up at your front door to blow your brains out and ravage your wife and kids. The fact of the matter is that if you were going to be targeted by nefarious individuals, humanoid or otherwise, you couldn't do much to stop them in any case and so, would you rather be an ignorant fool or an informed, conscientious citizen? Abusive people seek out those who have a complementary mentality, a victim mentality, because if you don't have a victim mentality then an abusive individual isn't going to remain in your life -- they'll either have to kill you or simply find someone else to be parasitic and abusive towards.
Consider that wolves may hunt sheep, but they generally leave bears alone.

Okay, there's good guys and bad guys, always, everywhere and we can lose sleep about it, make the bad guys bigger and more powerful by provoking fear in our minds and subconscious, while we think that we're really exposing them, etc. or we can focus on things like the law of causality, the power of our thoughts, of decision and choice, etc.
For most of us, many of these very negative and/or conspiratorial things are still second or third hand experiences at best. But I recently worked with several women who indeed suffered serious abuse and trauma, and who largely overcame it, because each one made a decision to do so in their own way...and none knew anything about either the Meier material, "Reptilians", the "Illuminati", etc.
What's most important to Meier is the spiritual teaching and that we FOCUS on that, not UFOs, conspiracies, etc. Let's develop the, for lack of a better term, victor mentality which, as Gaia effectively says, gives us more immunity to the other influences. We are not being naive in doing so.

Is the issue here that ritualistic cannibalism takes place? There are documented cases of this happening with 'normal' human beings who look pretty much just like anyone else. There was recently news on the British Daily Mail about a woman who, with the aid of several other adults in the same 'cult' ritually beat and forced her two young sons to eat portions of their own flesh, etc. Fairly brutal and disgusting stuff, but is it easier to handle when the people doing it look like our preconceived notion of normalcy?
And how was it, after all, that Alexander the Great became king? Drinking his father's blood, of course! I strongly suggest that you go to my post just up from here and follow the link to Dave Starbuck's interview with Dean Warwick.
Ritual human sacrifice and cannibalism, aside from being documented throughout the ages in virtually all societies (anyone remember the Mayans, the Aztecs?) does still go on. I find it abhorrent, but pretending that it doesn't exist really won't help the problem.
Consider Jon-Benet Ramsey. Some of the worst monsters in the world walk freely among us simply because they look safe on the exterior.

Reptilian aspects aside (although, curiously enough, we all have a 'reptilian brain stem' and we start out in the womb as semi-reptilian, androgynous little freaks before we become wonderful, lovable little babies hopefully of extreme-cuteness) -- cannibalism happens. Consider the man in Germany who posted an ad on the internet seeking someone to kill, dismember and eat. Another fellow answered! They got together, cut off a piece of man B's body and ate it together, then man A killed man B and stored portions of his body in the freezer.
Ritual murder happens.
Ritual murder followed by cannibalism of the deceased also happens. Necromancy is, after all, very much alive and well in the modern world. I sincerely hope that those who pursue such matters will grow up and stop being degenerate fools.
As far as the royal family are concerned, you don't need to know or believe in the potential shape-shifting 'reptilian' aspects of their history to know that they are one rather messed up group, all things told. Just do some basic research on the history of the Queen Mother's family, or even on the Arthurian legend and the fact that the Queen is the Grand Patroness of Freemasonry.
In fact, look into the occult ramifications of Diana's time and place of death, not to mention some of the rumours about who in particular was there that night to witness it (and the fact she was purportedly 3 months pregnant at the time) -- took four hours to move her body to a hospital that was 20 minutes away, etc. Not to mention her burial grounds! Whoo, out in the middle of a lake with four black swans and a bunch of other symbolism...
If you folks here don't have Billy's books of universal symbols and such (the 'picture book', I don't remember off the top of my head what it is called, but it has the peace symbol and many, many other drawings for things such war, malice/cruelty, jealousy, peace, etc.) -- it is in German but I think everyone should have it because you can look at the pictures and then look up the German words that go with each one individually. That book could probably also be translated pretty easily into English which would be nice, but ultimately it's not much work to translate a word at a time for oneself.
So, there's a lot of stuff that's quite interesting, really.

I re-examined some of the initial events that David Icke says prompted him to begin his environmental activism and investigation of those criminal organisations behind the exploitation of the environment, &c, and found that he may well have been impulse-contacted by the ('Chinese') humans from Kudra in the Nisan System, on the other side of the galaxy, who are our 'brother civilisation', and who had planned to contact the Earth in 2000 (landing in Arizona) but were discouraged at this due to 'certain circumstances'.
Read his account of those happenings at the beginning of any of his books, and you'll find that there are many indications that such was the case.
Maybe the Kudrans will land here publically some time this century, then, after we have at least begun to deal with our criminal controllers.

Your time & efforts to arrange a collection of relevant links is very appreciated though I wont have time to examine these for a couple of weeks.
I have briefy studied and am familiar with most of what you mentioned and regarding Arizona Wilder .... off course many of her statements are not connected to reality as we understand it (multiple dimension shape shifting for one) .... if they were taken seriously she would be soon before various courts on multiple accessory to murder charges at a minimum.
No doubting it she is a disturbed person though very brave for speaking out.
However in some areas she seems to be making a huge amount of sense particularly about dark occult, ritualistic, astrological aspects which are a common thread through so many areas of what goes on behind the curtain.
I found some of her claims about the various ritualistic matters quite convincing (without stating precisely which though you know or probably assume).
Reptiles of the two legged variety "believe" they need blood as in mental illness rather than actually physiologically requiring it to carry on living. You might say it acts as a medium or "ether" facilitating the transferrence of psychic energy to which they are addicted parasites.
Secondary there are as well delusions about coming into possession of spirits connected to the victims which they regards as being portable and therefore attainable if the correct formulations are envoked.
Once a persons mind is that gone they are beyond redemption to the extent it seems that some operate or are controlled by their living consciousness being connected strongly with impulses from an unconscious primitive past .... however you know some willingly "stand aside" to facilitate this possession as there is a delusion that this absolves them from responsibility and consequences.
The cremation of cares .....
The Bafath were masters at this sort of psychological manipulation.
Particularly regarding material you might discover about Rene Guyon, his society, his circle of associates, protectors & sponsors there in that area are links to the bright families which interlink with her claims.
Whilst repulsive & abhorrent there is a need for at least some who are at a minimum insulated & better still immune from shock & disgust to study & understand these matters which would probably overwhelm the average person.

I think that we should reflect on why one should feel so "hopeful" when a man who's clearly published significant amounts of disiinformation says something that may be true? (The stopped clock analogy comes to mind too.)
I'm also sure that you're well aware that disinformation involves wrapping the truth in lies. I also don't know where you got your information that the Kudra were contacting him which, again, runs counter to the clear and unambiguous claims from Meier and the Plejaren.
While they could be wrong, of course, their track record is pretty good.

Yes, that the Chinese/Japanese humans from 'beyond the sun' were the ones (along with around a dozen other lifeforms) planning to contact us was in the Contact Reports, although I don't recall exactly where among them. I think it was factually a more recent contact with Ptaah which so far has only been published on the German FIGU website. The Kudrans did not contact the Earth in 2000 at the urging of the Plejaren. I can conjecture that the Plejaren just demonstrated to them why terrestrials were not ready for such contact yet, but I don't know the details.
David Icke describes the initial experiences which got him into environmentalism in a recent interview with Project Camelot:
I can't say that I really like the Project Camelot folks, though. They seem very New Age and not truly intelligent enough to be handling this subject matter. At least they interview persons like Icke, but with so little force of judgement, they could easily mix his information with total non-sense (for instance, they mention George Green of all lying scumbags, and David Icke, out of politeness, doesn't say anything about him). It isn't said in this interview, but the 'presence' which initially was following Icke around appeared to be 'Chinese' to the psychic he went to. After his first experiences, in 1990, he had several more, one in Peru, and found his entire belief-system, etc., destroyed. 'In the middle of this', with 'the top of his head blown off' (metaphorically, for those too dumb to see that), he went on Terry Wogan, where he said that we he was the Son of the Godhead, and that we are all Sons & Daughters of Light, probably adding in a few New Age bits he picked up from psychics and the like since first attempting to understand his experiences. He certainly never claimed he was 'Jesus'. That would suppose, most erroneously, that 'Jesus' is the Son of the Godhead to begin with! This is kind of like those claims that Billy pretends to be 'Jesus', although no such person ever existed at all. Billy bears the spirit-form of Jmmanuel & the other prophets (the Nokodemjon spirit-form), of whom 'Jesus' is a falsified, corrupted off-god who never physically existed, except as SATAN the Anti-Logos (a demented extraterrestrial, a fake deity upon Earth, and a general mentality which opposes the Creation).
David Icke explains how his experience on Terry Wogan immunised him to anxiety about public speaking & ridicule, as he became a laughing-stock everywhere he went thereafter. He later re-appeared on Terry Wogan a few years ago, where he made an apologetic Wogan look like a fool.

I don't know what your trouble is with David Icke & facts in general reguarding organised crime, but people like you do, in fact, deter 'conspiracy theorists' who otherwise might be led to Billy Meier's information from trusting him, giving the -FALSE- impression that Billy doesn't believe in conspiracy theories, when you know damned well that he fought against organised crime -directly- as the Phantom & has all but told us straight out that Israel is part of an organised criminal conspiracy for world domination.

I think it's important that we pay attension to all of the factors involved on Earth today, including (if not especially)those organised criminal ones that will to keep us enslaved mentally, physically, financially, environmentally, etc., not only because it is the duty of every supposed citizen of a supposed democracy or republic, but also because it is probably the -only- way of guaranteeing a contact in Arizona with one of the various ET groups who have been watching us for decades or centuries, such as the Kudrans, the Akartians & the Zeta Reticuli. If any one of these groups contacted the Earth, it would bring revolutionary advance in medicine, computer technology, food-production & agriculture, etc., etc., etc., and ergo, anyone who does not recognise this fact and make some effort toward -impressing- the ETs by showing them that we still have some self-responsible and rational individuals among us, is just as irresponsible and hostile to mankind as Jimmy Carter and other such riffraff who have kept ETs and their salvatory science away from the Earth.

If David Icke were impulse-contacted by the Kudrans, it would not run counter to what the Plejaren have said, which is that at the present time, Billy Meier is the only official, face-to-face contact person upon the Earth. This does not include brief contacts, accidental contacts, examination contacts, and impulse-contacts.
Furthermore, we must be careful about how we use the word 'disinformation'. This refers to intentionally mixing lies with the truth for psychological warfare purposes. I have never found David Icke to have done this. He has been wrong a few times, like all journalists, but most of his information is confirmable, including those parts that you probably 'don't believe in', whatever that means, as if belief had any power over reality other than through your own thoughts.

In light of the fact that the Plejaren admittedly miscalculated (big time!) the reception that their invitation for contact to Carter would get, maybe they took a second look at the possible consequences that the (presumed) Kudra Kontact Kaper would produce, maybe even considering just what happened in the U.S. as a consequence of the Orson Wells radio broadcast (War of the Worlds) decades earlier.
They might have also reflected on the possible impact on the populace - which had become quite familiar with Japanese sci-fi pictures with all sorts of monsters from outer space, etc. - and foreseen that Asian-looking travelers emerging from UFOs in the Arizona dessert might just send a whole portion of the population running and screaming for their lives, or their guns to give them fur'ners a heart warming, good ol' fashioned 'Merkan welcome.
As far as Ptaah dissing Icke and the like-e, I don't see the logic behind your presumption that he's using the opportunity (wasting his time) as a tease for a "think-for-yourself, foolish earthlings" moment. After all, we've read comments from the Plejaren about "worthwhile" humans and we've also seen their avoidance of commentaries on different subjects. We don't have to take Ptaah's criticism as our own but again, what is the need to direct attention to someone who would have us conclude that people like Queen Elizabeth, George Bush and others, take their lunch breaks sitting on warm rocks in their secluded gardens, waiting for insects to come by so that they can flick their reptilian tongues out and devour them?
I think that if Ptaah's "hinting" that it's none too subtle and and straight to the point.
