Matthew, Well I guess we all may do different things to have fun. For one person it's conspiracy theories, for another it's word games and/or playing around the edges of self-seriousness. Let's say for a moment that so-and-so was "contacted by ETS". So the ***** what? If he came to the center in May, he'd still have to grab a shovel and get to work. Probably have to get to work most of the time anyhow, anywhere, if he wanted to have a place to sleep and food to eat. Speaking of the center, I have noticed, during my 11 trips there, that it's real hard to get anyone to babble about a lot of the stuff that floats to the surface here (and elsewhere). Hardly anybody cares about UFOs, save maybe for the occasional sighting such as Randy described. There's virtually zero talk about who may or may not be a "real contactee" out in the world. Why should there be? The real contactee can often be found assisting with the work around the center because of his, hard earned, earthly expertise. I remember, back in 1968 in NYC, when a couple of buddies from art school and I wrote an animated/cartoon treatment titled "Captain Tim and the Case of the Little Pollutions". (I'd had a self-produced record out on A&M called "Captain Tim".) Our story dealt with a crew of hippyish characters who flew into the depths of space to help a planet...rescue itself, from the grips of the deadly Little Pollutions, gnome-like little villains who floated down from the skies belching cigar smoke and threatening to destroy this planet by polluting it...even though these little creatures were the manifestation of the thoughtless citizens who were, simply for sport of course, pumping all sorts of stuff up into the skies with no worries, since they never thought it would come down, though come down it did. Captain Tim's task was to show people that they were the ones responsible both for the hazy mess and for cleaning it up. When I moved to L.A. in 1970, I tried to sell it to one of the big animation houses here but was greeted with, "Who cares about air pollution?" Ah yes, while I didn't happen to have been important enough to be targeted by KuDes (Kudra Dudes) to be awakened to the problems existing right here on my own planet, I was somehow awakening, through quite a bit of other kinds of haze, to my own responsibilities here. Now when I do my thang and present/communicate about the Meier case I find myself saying something like, "If there really are ETs coming here in their UFOs there must be a reason for it." And the reason is to be found primarily in the spiritual teaching, not in the eye-catching phenomena that is immediately most noticeable. Further reducing, it's that old self-responsibility, self-observation and attentiveness stuff that we all do know about. All that and, as we know, tons more has been delivered to us by the same guy who (it's said) writes the spiritual teaching for the Plejaren. So what exactly do we need, can we learn, from all of the paranormal performers out there about our core responsibilities that we haven't ample access and exposure to now? Maybe there's some other...attraction, or reason why we go off into that stuff when it seems to inevitably come up, to borrow a phrase, less filling than the material that brought us together here? Michael, I personally think it is is important to be aware of what the people behind the biggest criminal organisations are up to, since they (the Bushes, the House of Saud, the RAND corporation, the Rockefellers, Rothschilds, Chase, J.P. Morgan, Goldman-Sachs, large banks & oil companies in general, etc., etc.) have such a great influence over the fact of whether or not the environment is actually preserved or destroyed. At the moment, such riffraff as the Saudis & Exxon-Mobil would like to cause yet more tsunamis, earthquakes, droughts, &c, just to line their own pockets. I think they need to be arrested. Mathew, I agree. (Somebody revive him!) I just don't think that we should become too wrapped up emotionally in the conspiracy end of things to the detriment of our own health, energy and ability to mobilize ourselves to take positive action...which can be done by those knowing about, or ignorant of, the actual complex machinations of the powers that be. For me, I personally want to put more energy into supporting the things that I stand for than in throwing stones at the things I don't. I said more, not only. For instance, I had a little bit of unexpected assistance in my personal battle against the fraudulent behavior of some of the people associated with "exopolitics". I was very pleasantly surprised to hear from a guy who also personally knew about the "Alex Collier" fraud. I'm so giddy about the whole thing that I'll post the email I just sent around below. But first, to Mark, could be and there is yet another rodent to be wary of, i.e. die fledermaus, which has been seen letting the air out of tires, automobile and bicycle alike. Now for my little update: To all concerned, My politically incorrect, and often unappreciated, attempts to enlighten the "exopolitics" community about a huge, ugly fraud being perpetrated in their midst by Michael Salla, Paola Harris and Ralph Amagran, aka "Alex Collier", has received some unexpected (and unsolicited) support and confirmation. I just received information from a person, named Steve, who contacted me on myspace as to his own direct knowledge about this shameful situation and its main perpetrator, Amagran. Please note that Steve contacted me for the first time today to join my list of friends on myspace (http://www.myspace.com/theyfly) where he is, as of this writing, the fourth in the New Friends category. Please also note that the following post of his at http://www.escapetheillusion.com/blog/2008/08/alex-collier-exopolitics-earth-transformation-2008/ was made on May 31, 2009, before he contacted me. And, if people have any suspicions, etc. they can contact him directly. I am copying his post, #28 on the page, for all to see: Steve #28 May 31, 2009 pm31 9:18 pm Alex Collier is a fraud….. I know (knew) him from years ago. That’s not even his real name! It’s “Ralph Amagran”. Trust me on this; he a sociopath/schizophrenic. In the late eighties, my friends and I attended Pleiadian/Billy Meier contact meetings where we met Ralph. Some of these meetings further down the line were even at his house (shack) in Malibu canyon, CA. After a few months time of seeing him at the meetings, he suddenly began claiming to be himself a Pleiadian contactee. In reality, at least to me, he seemed to be mentally playing the role of Billy Meier. As time went on, we all started wondering (jokingly) what Ralph was going to claim by the next meeting. After a while this became spooky rather than amusing and we all realized he was quite seriously demented. It became less funny and more uncomfortable to be around him. He got so caught up in this delusion (now publicly) that we all finally stopped associating with him. Not too long after that, he was publicly discredited for essentially plagiarizing all of Billy Meier’s “questionable” contact information. After that he dropped out of sight for a period of time (years) and then simply re-emerged as “Alex Collier”, sole contactee for the Andromedian’s. If you’ve ever noticed, in his early “Alex Collier” vids, he spoke with some sort of phony accent which he later dropped. Personally I’m amazed how far he’s actually gotten with his Andromedian fantasy. Well that’s it in a nut shell…. Sorry to appear crass; I’m deeply involved and passionate about the UFO subject and have little tolerance for people who discredit it by using it to suit their own egos and wallets. ::Steve:: Instead of offering profuse - and well deserved - apologies to me, if the "exopolitics" community will now do the necessary due diligence to confirm the facts regarding this impostor that I have been trying to expose since 1999, and do some much needed housecleaning (especially at the top) maybe the organization can attain credibility and, likewise, focus on the actual, credible and authentic information and persons of value in the UFO field. I have just finished working at the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) in Los Angeles. It's amazing to see how art shapes our world. I'll write about some of my experiences there, as these were very interesting when used in comparison to some of Billy's predictions and prophecies. Kingman, Funny that you worked at E3. For years I tracked technology and gaming expos like that enthusiastically, going back to 1995 or so. I never attended E3, because it was never in Colorado, where I lived, but for the few days it ran each year I would read about every product that they had there. I haven't had as much time for things like that lately, but I occasionally retouch the world of technology and entertainment to get a taste of where things are going. Salome, - Matthew | ||

Dear all, I listened to Obama’s speech in Cairo last night and I was pleasantly stunned by it. If Barak is not heavily impulsed by our friends, as I implied before, I don't know who is. He used the word universal consciousness. He feels right, truthful, respectful and honest. He is not at all into retaliation yet rightfully defensive of all the many countries' rights. He is simply as neutrally positively balanced as they come. Just as I felt then Governor Bush, if elected, is going to go down as the worst president, I strongly feel that Obama, if not prematurely interrupted, would probably be known as one of the best if not the best. This guy is making me proud to be an American citizen. He is the first president who boldly and calculatedly admitted the involvement of US in getting rid of democratically elected Iran's Prime Minister Mosadegh and installing the Shah. A theory considered conspiratorial up to last night. do you remember any president admitting such involvement in history? But he didn't stop there, he went on to remind everyone of the Iran hostage crisis, only to artfully indicate that mistakes has happened on the both side of the isle but the best strategy would be the one of peace and not of retaliation. Why don't the mods just reopen the Non-FIGU Related - Miscellaneous section and let all off topic discussions migrate over to there?? That should please the mods and members. Jimmy, you have to ask what is the purpose of this forum? It is not the ATS Forum, it is not the PAR Group or any other forum, it is the FIGU Forum. While it appears that can mean many things to many people, the primary essence of these disucssions should revolve around the teachings of Billy and The Plejarens. Perhaps people have gleaned all they can of the material and now find nothing else to discuss? There was a point a few years ago when there was no real control and people were allowed to create their own topics which led to more and more confusion. It seems to be a no win situation, if you allow people to post anything they will, if you try and restrain it, you get complaints and accusations of unfairness etc...if you let one post through and deem another inappropriate you get accused of favortism..it goes on and on...I have been sent pornography from disgruntled people and other types of e-mail from people who find myself or the other moderators not to their liking. While this forum is just one small aspect of the mission, I find it can be a good starting point if people would make an effort to consider what they write and why. I check this forum 24 hours a day and consistently make an effort to keep things on track, all myself or the other moderatos ask is to apply a little effort and keep things relevant to the basic intent of the forum to begin with. That particular presentation gives an accurate wide ranging description of machinations behind the curtain exposing much of what needs to be in the public domain as common knowledge providing a good nudge for the previously uninformed towards more critically examining the reality of everyday life in contrast to the fantasy version offered up through the controlled mass media. Matthew, The E3 in Los Angeles is the top rated event in the gaming/electronics industry. The biggest companies all present their products in a flashy, eye-catching style, which I think adds to the enjoyable, show-like atmosphere. I worked in two different aspects of the event, one as a builder/coordinator of the Disney booth(15,000 feet), and then as a broadcast journalist with a Belgium company. I also attended the press events that are held separately, away from the L.A. Convention Center. It is at these side events where one may experience a synopsis of what a company is ready to sell, or, what they are working on for the future. The new technology is working towards offering the participants a more realistic experience. If you understand the size and growth happening in this industry(bigger than the movie industry, and the music industry) it will be apparent that research/development dollars are flowing strongly throughout. One interesting futuristic implement for interfacing with the gaming environment is the use of the body as the controller. This is achieved by a device that scans the user and 'learns' the particular movements of the person. The game is then operated by any motion that involves whatever game is being played. It's ideas such as these that help propel our closer interactions with the personal computer. Another huge addition to the gamers options is the emergence of the social networking platforms being bundled. The cell phone was also becoming an avenue to create the accessibility for more interconnecting of possible new customers. The improvements to the realism was a strong focus of many of the presenters as this area is clearly helping to keep the end users playing longer. Multiplayer platforms are growing, as well as touch-screen control of strategy laden war games. My overall impression is that the future of many of the life improving things we will begin to consider 'necessary' for daily living, will be likely crossing over from the drawing boards of the gaming and hardware designers/creators.
