Peace in wisdom be with you,

Good question indeed, Darren; i would suggest to Hunter to take the time to neutrally go through the archives of the forum on this issue.

Also Hunter, I think, that you did not quite get the point of Shawn. Overpopulation is the real issue, a field, where you could constructively invest your energy and enthusiasm and Shawn asked the question of responsibility, for overpopulation is caused by all of us.
Dealing with overpopulation is not a task to delegate to someone else and stand aside; humanly, rationally tacking overpopulation is the responsibility of each and all humans: it is a matter of self responsibility.
In other words, what are you personally doing to contribute to the awareness and solution of overpopulation?

And mind you, it is not about just 'mentioning' overpopulation, it is about what one concretely do against it.
As for the contribution of president Obama, take a look at the facts:

"President Obama just released his budget and it designates a $ 46 M increase in international family planning funding."

http://www.pathfind.org/site/PageServer?pagename=News_House_Approp_SubCommittee_Recommends_Increase_FY2010

I shall close this topic - a mere diversion, as far as i am concerned - , by pointing out, that you also left the core of my argumentation unanswered, avoiding self introspection and, once again, ignoring the facts, which demand objectivity, neutral-positivity, constructiveness and self responsibility from you personally and which, apparently, do not fit in your perspective.

Wow. Talk about fiddling while Rome burns.

Google "nine trillion dollars missing"

That's $63,000 for each taxpayer. It's also three times the amount of the entire annual federal budget of the United States.

Not missing Dyson, unaccounted for.

How can someone, anyone, well maybe a few finance an alternate space program plus various other high tech experimental knick knacks whilst keeping a tight lid on these activities without funds ? :-)

Talk about going for the throat, nice one.
Cheers.

Shawn,
Such proof will not be provided yet - for the reasons given in the video and audio files I provided, that none of you guys apparently took the time to watch or listen to.

Some evidence that changes are occurring is that some of the state websites have indeed been changed. Many of the state names were written in all capital letters - which is the legal form of the corporate name. Several of these have been changed to lower case lettering or upper and lower case mixed. This was one of the orders in the document, you may note.

So, there isn't going to be a public announcement about this - again - for the reasons stated in some of the material I provided to you.

Here's the latest conference call update:

Comment:
Below is a brief run down of Tim Turners call in case you can't get it...

Restore American Plan – RAP Update 4/9/10

It is a DONE DEAL!!! OUR REPUBLIC HAS SUCCESSFULLY BEEN PUT BACK IN POWER. All very quietly, efficiently and absolutely.

1. All 50 states were served as of March 30.
2. 135 Congressman stole money from Bailout and put it in accounts overseas. It has been confiscated.
3. Obama tried to float bond on several Trillion in Switzerland last week and was turned down flat.
4. Congress has no bonds and no money and cannot pass anymore bills.
5. FBI talked to Tim personally. They said they were very concerned that they were working for the Corporation, that it was bankrupt and being liquidated. they also said that what RAP did was totally within the law in every respect.
6. FBI came back and went through training session to learn more about the law as regards the Republic.
7. United States has HUGE amounts of money that now belong to the Republic and backed by gold. (Sounded like CAFRs to me)
8. Tim has talked personally to many very, very super wealthy folks world wide who have offered all the money we might need to succeed in taking this country back. (he describes some of them)
9. There will be no lobbyists in the Republic.
10. There will be no Sharia law. ((laughing))
11. Wash D.C. is not owned by the U.S. but by the IMF.
12. 70% of our income now goes to all kinds of taxes. Most of these will be eliminated.
13. Congress will stop receiving paychecks. so will Obama.
14. Currency change could come as early as next week.
15. Military is fully behind this plan because they were going to be absorbed into the NWO and they didn’t like that idea much. Obama is here to turn us over to the NWO.
16. We have support of many countries around world which have offered to help.
17. Going back to point in government before the Civil War.
18. Waiting on directions from Military and others in gov right now as this process of education of many good people unfolds.
19. We will be taking back all of the lands that we ‘donated’ to the UN.
20. MSNBC apparently announced the ‘Greatest Ponzi Scheme’ in the world today and did a piece on it: Federal Reserve. This is BIG.

Here's the link to the MSN show: I thought it was really good (not all information/truth came out but a huge chunk of it did in this segment.

Phenix,
With all due respect, I'm not sure what you're asking. I'm not even sure you know what you're asking for.

Overpopulation is indeed probably the root issue contributing to most of our problems. However, no one in Washington is addressing this. Obama's plan comes no where close to meeting the Plejaren solution. It's a drop in the bucket, if even that. And I haven't heard Obama speak publicly this - nor have I heard him or anyone in Congress even use the term "overpopulation." NEWSFLASH: If you want to correct a problem, then you first have to identify that problem and actually describe it to people. So you actually have to say "We have a problem called OVERPOPULATION." And, this may be shocking, but you have to actually use the word "OVERPOPULATION." Now, if Obama or anyone in Congress has used this word and said it's a problem, I'll be happy to look at your proof that they said this.

As for the "international family planning funding" - whenever I see words like this coming from the liberal Democrats it typically comes back to one thing: abortion. Look closer into the plan and I guarantee you will see funds going to abortion groups somewhere along the line. So, I was unaware that the Plejaren stated that abortion is an acceptable solution to our overpopulation. Again, if I'm wrong about that, feel free to correct me.

I've studied this material quite some time - so I'm not new to it.

Anyway, back to Restore America - I guarantee you that these people would be far more willing to speak to Billy Meier than would the rulers of the U.S. corporation. And if we could get our government working with the Plejaren, then that would be a huge step forward.

Why do I think they'd be more open to it? Because they questioned authority and uncovered all the legal trickery that had been used by the elite over the last 150 years to gain control of this country. So one could approach them and say: "The exact same thing occurred with the Bible. It was altered and here's how." Now, I'm sure they'd be skeptical, but I think they'd at least be willing to look at Meier's info and talk to the man. Again, I've followed this movement for about 20 years, so I know how they think. They will question authority and prevailing attitudes.

Michael,
You stated "Sad but true reasons why the pendulum of cause and effect returns upon us here in the U.S. like a wrecking ball."

Thanks for those links. Richard Maybury had a similar link on his website detailing all of those points at http://www.chaostan.com but they took it down recently (I think they're updating it before putting it back up).

Anyway, some U.S. generals have admitted that they are reading and studying Maybury's information/newsletters. This was reported in Newsweek no less:

http://www.newsweek.com/id/217108

So there is a split in the military. At least this is what some people in the Pentagon have told Maybury. Many of them are fed up with the "nation building" strategy and want to exit the Middle East. If they're reading Maybury's work, then they're getting pounded by reason and logic, so it has obviously started to sink in.

And I think this is why they backed the Restore America plan.

Anyway, something to think about that is hopefully a positive trend.

One other point on Richard Maybury - his view is that the U.S. should be neutral and should follow Switzerland's model.

Hunter,

ROTFLMAO!!!!

What planet is all this taking place on. Where's the fireworks and confetti parades with people dancing in the streets. This is the greatest day in the history of cartoon land! We are all saved! Hip hip hooray! Thank You Hunter for all your hard work coming up with this miracle that we all can't see. This is truly a special moment and deserves its own special olympics because this feat you have just described is unbelievable in all aspects. Free Koolaid for all!

I wait patiently now for that big sucking sound that should pre-curse before my brain gets removed so I too can believe the nonsense you have taken so much time to present.

Is this your attempt to show a similar reference towards the people that accept Billy's information. Kind of like-'Look! See I can just believe something unbelievable and look how they treat me! Who's the real crazy one!'-is this your actual goal? Because if it's not, I'm stumped at your efforts here. I respect your right to have your say, but what are you saying about yourself. This is a grand illusion your working with that says something about the presenter.

I'm sure you know what your doing, but do you know what your doing?

Dear Ramirez,

Unless I'm not getting the irony - isn't "unaccounted for" merely a euphemism for "missing"?

You ask, "How can someone, anyone, well maybe a few finance an alternate space program plus various other high tech experimental knick knacks whilst keeping a tight lid on these activities without funds ?"

From what I can determine, mostly from the wholesale production and sales of illegal drugs, (think: Afghanistan), then child prostitution and child pornography, extortion/blackmail, illegal arms sales and and various other supranational organised crimes.

"These different agencies are on their own. They don’t obey the law. They are rogue. Do I think that this is a project that goes up through the government and everyone has a piece in it? No. I think these guys operate on their own and no one knows what they do. It is so easy to do today. And there is no oversight, no control. They just do whatever they want. They are evil. These people are evil. Do I think that it goes to Bill Clinton and the Congress? There may be guys up there that know about it but they are not going to say anything. If they say anything, they are through. Lethal, deadly force has been used. For those of you who don’t know, I know marine snipers and I have heard other guys talk about it and I’ve heard that these guys go on the streets and they stalk people and they kill them. I know that the Army Airborne snipers do the same thing. They use Delta Force to go grab these people and silence them by killing them. If this goes on, where do they get the money to finance all this. Very simply, they are selling arms. They are selling drugs. A lot of this business is about having the spec ops and how they get these unlimited amounts of money. Well, it is not coming from the government coffers - it is coming from running drugs or weapons - the selling of hardware or whatever." Testimony of Lance Corporal John Weygandt, October 2000 DISCLOSURE PROJECT BRIEFING DOCUMENT

“There exists a shadowy Government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.” - Senator Daniel K. Inouye

Shawn,
Really, man, you seem like a complete hypocrite. You sound just like a Meier skeptic who refuses to read the material. It's taking place right now. I've already shown you the media reports that the governors were indeed served. Why aren't these guys being arrested if they're legally in the wrong? Answer: Because they're not - and the military is backing them up so the governors know that it can be enforced.

Your fault is, again, in refusing to research any of this. Keep laughing my ignorant friend. You're going to see the type of legal knowledge that these people have, and when backed by the U.S. military, it's all they need to start setting things right.

My friend Hunter,

When something actually real comes of this movement I'll be amazed. The whole idea that stands behind this event is ill conceived and follows a course that employs sensationalism to gather attention. They haven't been arrested because they are powerless in all their efforts and only bark.

I think I've said all I need to regarding this effort.

Dear Hunter (et al),

You think it's bad over there?

Down here in Australia, we never even GOT a "Bill of Rights" and even our constitution is invalid/illegal! Believe it or not!

http://www.theyfly.com/gaia/icer.htm

And as far as OUR legal system is concerned - since our corporate media is (also, like yours) UTTERLY corrupt, (http://www.theyfly.com/gaia/mediacorruption.htm) the courts and the police can get away with all SORTS of things that are so bizarre that the simple facts are literally unbelievable. Trust me. I have personal experience.

Learning this shocking information about how the Dark Order enslaves us all is much more important to know than all this stuff about how long it takes to merge with Creation and all that, IMO.

But it's also important to understand that disrespect for politics and religion, leading to violent revolution, is the D.O.'s ongoing NAZI game plan, so we can be gunned down in the streets, etc. (Who incited the French Revolution, etc., etc., etc.?)

I notice that heavily armed, combat-camouflage-clad soldiers are now a "normal" part of civilian life in airports, etc. And this continues in spite of the general public knowledge that Bush's Terror War and his "9/11" is FAKE.

"Paleoconservative Republican Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr. has called for the abolition of the Air Marshal Service, arguing that more air marshals have been arrested since 9/11 (for crimes like smuggling explosives, domestic violence, drunk driving and human trafficking) than the number of people arrested by the marshals. The $860 million spent on the service amounts to about 4.2 arrests per year, at a cost of $200 million per arrest." http://www.boingboing.net/2010/04/08/congressman-air-mars.html

Knowledge is strength. Good luck to all of us.

And we make our luck.

Dyson

Hi Hunter, if it's any consolation, we were also sick of the liberal air of entitlement "I'm entitled to my entitlements", the envelopes of cash, the ad scam, the then PM having a bank loan officer fired for not giving his buddy a loan. What started out as the reform party, is now currently running our country. Not saying it's perfect, but it's sure a lot better than it was.

Dyson,
I hear you loud and clear, my friend. I know the foreign situation is worse because most have never had a successful rebellion against the elite banking powers - and the vast majority still don't even understand how they're controlled. While there was corruption in early America - we still had at least some honest Founding Fathers who did set up a system to protect inalienable rights. (I have no doubt Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine and some others were extraterrestrial spirit forms - probably Lyrians.) Also, you guys never completely freed yourself from the monarchy. Similar situation with Canada. If you never challenge that authority, you are assumed to be legally contracted to serve it by tacit agreement.

So in America, we were actually in the best legal position to fight the fraud and restore a republic based on individual sovereignty.

I don't know about Australia, but I do know several people in Canada and Mexico have contacted high ranking members of the Restore America Plan and asked them how they could participate to free their own countries. Hopefully, this is a movement that will "go viral" worldwide.

And you are right also about the Dark Order's, as you call it, thirst for violence. I don't just expect them to walk away from the trillions of dollars of profit they were taking from America. I expect a false flag attack of some kind. They may even decide to use nuclear weapons this time. Since they only view other human beings as cattle, murder is acceptable to keep their herd in line. Hopefully I'm wrong about that, but this move will either free us and save us from World War 3, or it will precipitate World War 3 because the Dark Order will callously destroy that which they can no longer control.

Good luck to all of us indeed.

Hey Shawn,
You want more evidence? Got something else for you. To understand why this is legally significant, you have to understand how the Buck Act created federal territories that were "legal fictions" (go look up "legal fiction" in a law dictionary so you'll understand the concept). Here is a brief description:

The Story of the Buck Act
http://www.civil-liberties.com/pages/buck.html

So basically, it created enclaves that were subject to federal jurisdiction. Why did they need to do that? Maybe this Supreme Court ruling will shed some light on that for you:

"The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state." citing In re Merriam's Estate, 36 N.E. 505, 141 N.Y. 479, affirmed U.S. v. Perkins, 16 S.Ct. 1073, 163 U.S. 625

Here's a couple more on the nature of sovereignty when dealing with governments masquerading as corporations:

Bank of U.S. v. Planters Bank 9 Wheaton (22 US) 904; 6 L. Ed. 24, (1824), the Court stated, in part: “The government, by becoming a corporator, lays down its sovereignty… exercises no power or privilege which is not derived from the charter.”

Governments lose their immunity and descend to level of private corporations when involved in commercial activity enforcing negotiable instruments, as in fines, penalties, assessments, bails, taxes, the remedy lies in the hand of the state and its municipalities seeking remedy." Rio Grande v. Darke, 167 P.241

And a couple more concerning the system that was set up in America originally:

"In the United States, sovereignty resides in people.” --Perry v. U.S. (294 US 330).

"Our government is founded upon compact. Sovereignty was, and is, in the people"
--Glass v. Sloop Betsey, supreme Court, 1794.

"There is no such thing as a power of inherent sovereignty in the government of the United States .... In this country sovereignty resides in the people, and Congress can exercise no power which they have not, by their Constitution entrusted to it: All else is withheld." -- Julliard v. Greenman, 110 U.S. 421.

"People of a state are entitled to all rights which formerly belong to the King, by his prerogative."
--supreme Court, Lansing v. Smith, 1829.

"The people, or sovereign are not bound by general words in statutes, restrictive of prerogative right, title or interest, unless expressly named. Acts of limitation do not bind the King or the people. The people have been ceded all the rights of the King, the former sovereign ... It is a maxim of the common law, that when an act is made for the common good and to prevent injury, the King shall be bound, though not named, but when a statute is general and prerogative right would be divested or taken from the King (or the People) he shall not be bound." -- The People v. Herkimer, 4 Cowen (NY) 345, 348 (1825)

So we all had the rights of a sovereign king upon our successful revolution from England. That was the de jure intent of our legal system. It had to be manipulated and twisted in order to steal those rights from us.

Now back to the Buck Act and the legal fraud used to enslave us:

"The State of Georgia" (for example) is a federally controlled enclave, subject to federal statutes or acts.

"Georgia State" is an independent republic that the federal government has no statutory authority over. The states are only subject to Constitutional law and common law.

Now, if you actually read the declarations - you will note that changing those names on the state websites back to the proper name of the republic was one of the orders. Funny that it's happening all of a sudden, wouldn't you say? Here's a posting that I found on another forum. You can check the website yourself. Also note that they're changing their apostille seals from State of New York to New York State as of April 15, 2010.

Hi all. Been hanging around here since RAP came out and have read every post from the start. Never posted before, hope I do it right. Would like to thank you all for great discussion, logic and clarity of mind. I have learned a lot and am grateful to know there are so many other like minded individuals. Found something interesting I would like to share. Anyone familiar with the State of New York website? Just googled it and noticed every link says New York State. Then while poking around I found the following below.

[link to www.dos.state.ny.us]

Division of Corporations, State Records and Uniform Commercial Code • New York State Department of State

Apostilles

IMPORTANT NOTICE RELATING TO APOSTILLES
Effective April 15, 2010

In an effort to reduce operating costs without fee increases, the New York State Department of State will be revising the method in which it produces apostilles.

Please be advised that the following revisions will pertain to all apostilles issued by the New York State Department of State on and after April 15, 2010.

1. Revised Seal - Effective April 15, 2010, the New York State Department of State Seal will be used for the apostille. The Great Seal of the State of New York will no longer be used on any apostilles.

2. Revised Method for Affixing Seal - Effective April 15, 2010, apostilles will be produced with a black and white laser printed facsimile of the New York State Department of State Seal. The Great Seal of the State of New York will no longer be embossed either directly on any apostille or on a gold foil wafer placed on an apostille.

Justsayno,
If you're in Canada, you need to check out your fellow Canadian freedom fighter Robert Menard. Google "Robert Menard Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" if you want to find out what's going on in your country. It's a great lecture that details the legal fraud (very similar to the U.S.).

Hunter,

Our founding fathers were slave owners. The hypocrisy you write, "we still had at least some honest Founding Fathers who did set up a system to protect inalienable rights" shows you are all excited about something your just cheerleading about. Slave owners! What inalienable rights did the African slaves have? How about all the Native Americans we slaughtered to steal their lands. Know your history if you plan to use it in an argument. It's disgusting how you glide right past these atrocities and cheery pick the ideals of the founding fathers.

My objections about what you've written in your post 315 is your belief that these numbered items, 1-20, have actually happened and it's just pure fabrication. Never happened. Blind cheerleading from your part and it makes you out to be irrelevant. Do I want some of these things to happen? Sure, a couple are high on my list. But you posted that these are already here! Where!? Where is the proof? Nothing anywhere says what you posted and these are huge claims.

I'm not against changing our system, something that will have to happen, I'm against the attitude that force of an illegal type(illegal military actions) that will be needed to create the change in your RAP participation. This wanna-be viral movement will only succeed in causing succession of different parts of America. This document is just what the crazy militia movement needs to start firing their guns. And your to blind to realize your a tool for their desires.

Time to look a closer at what could happen if these idiots decide to take the law into their own hands.

There is no doable thing as good luck, only cause and effect.

hunter, rob menard is a sad excuse. all his methods is outdated and does not work. he does not acknowledge the difference of public versus private.

how the hell are you able to file a claim of right to a public office if your declaring the claim of right to be a sovereign how the hell can a "public office" "see" your affairs.

if you want to declare your sovereign status, if it exists the way rob explains it. you must address it either Her Majesty The Queen ATTN: Elizabeth, OR the governor general OR the privy council they will be able to "see" your claim of right.

http://zfree.synworks.net/ClaimOfRight.doc

that is a REAL claim of right. This is my id, i use this for my passport, drivers license, healthcard, etc...

ofcourse this is a template. and not my original.

robs methods are so very wrong and can land you in trouble. hes a great guy, but his methods are not the right track.
They must find it difficult...Those who have taken authority as the truth, rather then the truth as the authority

Shawn,
Once again, you demonstrate ignorance and show a propensity to believe the propaganda in the public fool, excuse me I mean public "school," system.

No, not all of the Founders were slave owners. Most were opposed to the practice, even though some of these hypocritically owned slaves. Here's a more thorough article:

The Founding Fathers and Slavery

Even though the issue of slavery is often raised as a discrediting charge against the Founding Fathers, the historical fact is that slavery was not the product of, nor was it an evil introduced by, the Founding Fathers; slavery had been introduced to America nearly two centuries before the Founders. As President of Congress Henry Laurens explained:

"I abhor slavery. I was born in a country where slavery had been established by British Kings and Parliaments as well as by the laws of the country ages before my existence. . . . In former days there was no combating the prejudices of men supported by interest; the day, I hope, is approaching when, from principles of gratitude as well as justice, every man will strive to be foremost in showing his readiness to comply with the Golden Rule ["do unto others as you would have them do unto you" Matthew 7:12]." 1

Prior to the time of the Founding Fathers, there had been few serious efforts to dismantle the institution of slavery. John Jay identified the point at which the change in attitude toward slavery began:

"Prior to the great Revolution, the great majority . . . of our people had been so long accustomed to the practice and convenience of having slaves that very few among them even doubted the propriety and rectitude of it." 2

The Revolution was the turning point in the national attitude–and it was the Founding Fathers who contributed greatly to that change. In fact, many of the Founders vigorously complained against the fact that Great Britain had forcefully imposed upon the Colonies the evil of slavery. For example, Thomas Jefferson heavily criticized that British policy:

"He [King George III] has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating and carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. . . . Determined to keep open a market where men should be bought and sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce [that is, he has opposed efforts to prohibit the slave trade]." 3

Benjamin Franklin, in a 1773 letter to Dean Woodward, confirmed that whenever the Americans had attempted to end slavery, the British government had indeed thwarted those attempts. Franklin explained that . . .

". . . a disposition to abolish slavery prevails in North America, that many of Pennsylvanians have set their slaves at liberty, and that even the Virginia Assembly have petitioned the King for permission to make a law for preventing the importation of more into that colony. This request, however, will probably not be granted as their former laws of that kind have always been repealed." 4

As for why Thomas Jefferson didn't free his slaves, I found a few interesting websites that shed some light on one of our greatest President's contradictions (he outlawed the overseas slave trade as President, yet still continued to own slaves). It also doesn't appear that the case is closed regarding his alleged sexual relations with one of his slaves, Sally Hemming:

"Why Didn't Jefferson Free His Slaves?

A good question. Thomas Jefferson did not free his own slaves for several reasons, we can surmise. First "freeing" slaves was not an easy task. The owner had to put up a bond to pay for any transgressions the slave committed on society while free. Also, slaves being considered property, they were subject to debt and property laws. If an owner of slaves was in massive debt, as was Thomas Jefferson to the tune of $100,000.00, freeing them was impossible. In fact once Jefferson died his creditors seized the slaves along with Monticello and sold them at auction. Thomas Jefferson also knew that his own fellow Virginians were not ready nor willing to support emancipation. Jefferson's many attempts at emancipating slaves in the state failed. Also he knew that it would not be humane to free a people into a society that did not want them, and who had their habits nurtured in slavery. Jefferson was a progressive. Many of his fellow Virginians felt he was a dangerous radical on slavery. Being progressive he knew that time and patience would eventually destroy the institution. It is amazing how modern Americans want simple solutions to complex social problems, i.e: slavery in the 18th century. We must remember 18th century Americans had no example of a multi-racial society with blacks and whites living together in a state of equality. Thomas Jefferson was very radical and progressive for his time (and ours to a certain extent) and to judge him by 21st century morals and standards is ahistorical and unscientific. Many modern Americans forget that Jefferson lived in a time where equality even between different economic classes of white men was considered dangerously radical."

Secondly...

"While Jefferson did not free all of his slaves on his death (as did Washington), a law passed in Virginia in 1806 required that the legislature pass a special bill that would attest to the exemplary behavior of each slave to be freed. If freed, the slave had to leave the state without his or her family. Jefferson tried unsuccessfully to get this law changed. Further, Jefferson trained his slaves in skills that would be useful when they were free. He believed that to free them first would be irresponsible -- since they would be homeless and without family."

From the same source:

Jefferson's anti-slavery efforts include:

--Introduction of a bill in 1769 the Virginia legislature to abolish the importation of slaves into that state.

--Inclusion of an anti-slavery provision in his original draft of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

--Initiated the Congressional ban on slavery in all federal lands in 1784 (his effort to extend the act to the 13 states lost by only one vote).

--In 1808, as President, he signed into law a bill banning the slave trade with Africa.

Syn,
I'm not saying that Rob Menard's specific methods are 100% fool proof. I haven't seen his filings, pleadings or any documentation he uses for acutal cases. I'm just talking about his general legal worldview. Other than the "under God" stuff, his general theories about sovereignty seem to be correct.

And keep in mind - many people lose in court because of one reason - and one reason only - BECAUSE OUR COURT SYSTEMS ARE COMPLETELY CORRUPT AND ARE DESIGNED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE POPULATION AND ITS WEALTH/RESOURCES.

Menard is just someone I recommend as a first step towards learning about sovereignty and government fraud. But there is much more to learn beyond his seminars.

If anyone is interested in a vocal presentation describing various aspects of the Restore America Plan the link below contains a 1 hour 49 minute radio interview type format. No images, just talk.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3eiDef3sgo

Now after only 4 minutes much becomes clear so there's no need to listen to everything though off course that would reveal much much more of what this is all about.

If you seek clarification straight from the horses mouth ..... just 4 minutes :-)
Cheers.
