Yes, if I remember correctly it was Quetzal that made changes to Billys' computer.
Also in contact 153 the Core Group members also had access to another computer to allow for personal questions to be asked

What has always bothered me is that if world governments and intelligence agencies (it's not just the US government at it) are monitoring FIGU sites and translating the bulletins etc., then why is nothing being done about overpopulation? Future generations are going to have a seriously bad time because all of these years were wasted and world populations were not humanely reduced to 529,000,000 humans.

You guys must also be aware through the bulletins and special bulletins that the Vatican is ripping Billy and Plejaren's words and using them for their purposes, one of such case was Pope Benedict XVI's speech about people having the free will to choose.
This must also go for the UN which closely monitors this site and all FIGU related sites.
There is also the Russian government and Putin's knowledge of Billy's warnings which prompted them to start planning to nuke the Apophis asteroid.
Putin's speech about the true motives of the US government and their world domination goals was also inspired by what Billy has written in the bulletin.
There are cases replete with CIA, the Swiss intelligence, the Mossad and others involvement in closely monitoring FIGU and Billy from the time Wendelle Stevens and Lee and Brit Elders started investigating the case.
Not to mention the outdated Carnivore program picking up on various words in FIGU literature.
Allayed to this is the prank perpetuated by the special group where things went missing in SSSC.
Obviously anyone can draw from this that without them monitoring what is going on how could they have perpetuated such a prank and it is even more remarkable to think that they have this unfathomable technology to manipulate matter at great distance without physical intervention.
Goodness knows what other highly sophisticated technologies they have right now as we speak.
Then there is the fake alien invasion scenario still worked upon right now in secret special access program funded underground bases and the plethora of UFO sighting which could attribute to training flights and simulated exercises on how they are going to go about pulling this off.
The transnational group members who are involved in these projects are hiding in plain sight
You don't have to look very far to gauge who they might be as Billy mentioned that they are from finance (central banks), corporations especially the MIC (Bigelow aerospace, boeing, honeywell, macdonell douglas, thyssenkrupp, citicorp, JPMorganchase etc) government (pentagon, FBI, Federal reserve board members, treasury) EU (EU commission members), some Bilderberg, trilateral and council on foreign relations members, the MSM owners and directors, Movie studio bosses etc etc

Maybe you were referring to the other Matt but I do remember vividly about our participation on forums such as ATS and Blackvault back then.
Michael I don't know if you remember but we've had exchanges at least in blackvault before you were banned there by these short and narrow-minded morons who couldn't get their heads around your intelligence and very informative information which they took for personal insult and attack and even went so far as them mistaking me for you.
It's so amusing to think back to that time where as Dyson had aptly put it, it was like flicking on the switch to see the cockroaches scuttle about in every direction.
I think it was also at a time when Gaiaguys were unrighteously being attacked by every cat and dog in town who were more or less siding with the satanic OTO and it's defamation case against Dyson and Vivienne.
What of the infantile contentions by jritzmann, biedney, Terrax and others about the energy ship photos, what a drama that was.
This world is never in short supply of these knuckleheads unfortunately.

I totally agree and the fact that they know that the population is a problem and don't speak about it really bothers me! Considering their own spirit-forms are effected also, you think they would care! Idiots! And I hope they are reading this too! :-)
I also think that maybe they are scared to tell the world that they need to do such a thing like reduce the population because the ignorant earth populous will relate such a comment or televised event in two ways IMHO:
#1 that Adolf Hitler promoted the idea and they will call Obama like Hitler if he said that.
#2 that the stupid bibles say that an imaginary god said something along the lines of "multiple like crazy and fill the earth with as many humans as possible!" (you know the quote, i just exaggerated it).

#3 some conspiracy Marshall Law theorists say that this is going to make a one world government and we will all be put in concentration camps.

It's fantastic isn't it what the mainstream science can do but they reckon the special access programs are some 50 years ahead of the mainstream science WoW.
It's very interesting to be alive at a time when the breakthrough in scientific discovery and technology is uncovering at a breakneck speed.
It now seems that google glass is going to take over the world and will replace the smart phones sooner rather than later.
I can't seem to find videos or any materials to do with the black budget secret access programs especially to do with the high precision electronics that can alter the human mind or consciousness at a distance Billy was talking about.
Obviously they don't call it secret for nothing but there has got to be something somewhere out there.
These psychotronic mind control technologies I've heard are placed in orbiting satellites and space platforms that beam electromagnetic and radio waves into cities and towns and go so far as decide an election such as the election of president Obama by manipulating mass minds.
The Cronulla riots back in 2005 I suspect could have been caused by these electronic devices.

Very interesting Matt and good video although even as far back as 2006 people were making blanket statements that ATS was intelligence run psyops.
I was banned for pushing Billy's material rejoined with another user name only to be banned again as I recall.
Still there are some nuggets of useful information and conversations from that site.

I hope they are reading your words as well, plus the overpopulation thread, bulletins, Billy's warnings in books. Those are some good reasons not to bring out the truth on overpop that you listed. The younger generation would be more open to it. At my work the subject of overpop came up and all the younger generation were in complete agreement that laws should be passed restricting procreation! I was shocked.
Inaction will be disastrous, but I am also realistic that the powers that be will wait until it is too late, which is about the time overpopulation (and global warming) will be common household knowledge which will be well after the worst environmental catastrophes have hit us and the Earth, which will be unprecedented in the level of disasters and death. Until then, the intelligence agencies of the world will just keep on silently observing Billy and FIGU and some will be subjugating other countries while they are @ it. And the general population of the Earth will be free to remain clueless about the real truth about the Earth issues of the present and future, dumbed-down and open to pursue degenerate desires and wishes and negative low values due to false education and upbringing and religious God-delusion.
Just watch any automobile commercial and you will learn that your life will get better as long as you buy that car, which in turn raises greenhouse gas emissions, accelerates global warming, and perpetuates the addiction to dirty fossil fuels due to (in Ptaah's words) the "explosion motor", which in turn is always compounded by overpopulation. I wish I didn't live in a society hell-bent on short-sighted and destructive "growth, growth, growth" instead of intelligent, long-term, and rational ideas for the present and future that value human life.

I am please to announce the launching of the first website devoted to the French speaking amongst us. The translations from the original German into French have been done by a Figu passive member and the website was setup by myself and is hosted by myself. It is Positive that FIGU changed from Servers that last years. I am referring

Otherwise what sort of activities in your life could account for and explain why someone might be following and observing you ?
Affair with someones wife ?
Financial matters .... do you owe a heap of money to someone ?
Buying Jihad in 3 easy lessons using your own credit card ?
Visiting the occupy Wall Street demo location ?
There's probably a few things persons might do likely to bring them to the attention of .... men in overcoats or however they dress over there.

Contactees; which dated back to the end of the 30's into the 40's. Possibly,

Einstein acquiring the Atom Bomb formulas, through Impulse Transmissions.
Which, we humans of Earth were not really up to.
Ashtar, influenced many New Age movements! Some of them even....killing
themselves, as I understood. So, the Hippie movements were also under their

reference with all that was going on with LSD, STP, etc. Using, the Hippies

So, Ashtar Sheran, was a very busy man!
And, on the other side, the rest of the Giza Boys...manipulating and

So, as you can see, BOTH side were being Played Against each other!
If one loses(Nazi Germany)....they continue with the other one (USA)!

Obviously no need to explain that I am not taking sides on this issue as infantile as this really is and for one to even think it such but for me personally from direct personal experience I just cannot discount what Edward is saying because after having personally witnessed a UFO sighting right over the second largest city in Australia and that being Melbourne Australia on the 7th of August 2006 approximately 11:15 am to 12:15 pm spooks started paying a visit pretending to be customers at a business I was managing at the time closely monitoring what was going on.
Now obviously one then has to ask how the heck do I know that they were spooks pretending to be customers, well there is a certain feel about them that you can't readily put it into words yet you just know although this is so inadequate a proof as you can get.
A sale rep came in once wanting to put up security cameras and 24/7 monitoring on the premise citing huge crime rate around the area, the thing that gave him away was his weird handshake opposition leader of the Australian labour party Mark Latham once spoke about a handshake between him and former Australian Prime minister John Howard.
I refused his sale call outright and his appeals to my emotions in trying to persuade me with his pushy sale technique.
Right after the sighting police helicopters flew right over on top of Melbourne city and even flew very close to where I was meeting my friend at the time some several hours after the sighting closely watching my movement and after I looked in their direction they flew off immediately and it is even more a rarity that police would fly literally that low and right down to where the Victoria Market is.
I went through a detailed process of elimination in coming to this conclusion.
One can truly fall into self deception and even unconsciously driven self conceitedness by attributing self importance and a certain specialness of one's own person through self lies and train of thoughts that leads one to such a delusion just because one has come to know either the truth via Billy or some strange and extraordinary experiences that sets oneself apart from another human being, so one thinks.
There is no end to self delusion in these things if one is not careful especially where it concerns the stroking of one's ego and one's continued justification to arrive at such a conclusion if one continues to fuel certain thoughts in that direction.
So I can understand where you are coming from Eddie but we haven't heard the details yet from Edward to know enough to dismiss his experience with sheer skepticism.
Basically you would have to conclude that you have been monitored anyway by participating on this forum to what extent I don't know.
