Dear Moderators,
Could you please find whether there was an update re the hard to reconcile passages below.
Maybe Billy simply forgot Quetzal’s information some 8 years earlier?
Or perhaps Billy addresses with the “creator overlords” (that could launch actions that would result in the terrestrials total elimination) the 63 Sirian "Men in Black"?
Kindly let me know if I forgot something or I am mistaken.

CR 219:73 (1987):
Billy asks Quetzal whether the distant descendants of the Sirians still search for the refugees of Henok’s line (the escaped gene mutated people)
Quetzal answers him that “over many thousands of years, the disposition of the Sirians has changed for the better, and that the danger of the pursuit of the refugees, or rather their distant descendants, by the distant descendants of the former inhabitants of Sirius is no longer existent “… that everything that had happened at the earliest times with the genetically manipulated ones and their work and escape was ordered into oblivion by a council’s decision.”
Only a small group of 63 diehards still had retained the old hatred and they were able to find the Earth humans.
“They try to .. harm (kill) you (Billy) and harm all those around you” and try to prevent the spread of the Spirit teachings..
They co-operate with the Giza Intelligences and try to intimidate (in rare cases kill or injure) anyone who discovers them or any other ET spaceships.
CR 251 (1995):
Billy mentions in his long report that throughout the past the gene manipulated escapees’ hideout was kept secret from the creator overlords to prevent them sending out punitive expeditions to eliminate the fugitives. “This danger even remains in existence even today and the Americans were extremely careless in sending into space probes revealing data on Earth’s location and descriptions of human beings. If by chance this information should fall into the hands of the creator overlords … one would have to assume that attacks on Earth and its inhabitants would be launched from the Sirius regions…”

Billy has told me that the Plejaren have since taken up contacts with the Old Sirians, so I doubt they would do that if the Old Sirians were still pursuing aspirations of eliminating us genetically modified descendants.

Of course they have found their way here,since they removed all artifacts from Mars. But that just confirms what Corey said...not only concerning our future contacts but if they wanted to do something to Earth or the people,they could have...or at least tried,since the Plejaren have our back. |

Yes, I know that there are connections between the Sirians and Plejaren going back a long time (e.g. Sfath's spaceship): They should know that their prodigal sons are on Earth and I am sure they have no ill intentions anymore.
My post 217 had a different objective:
It was written to find a plausible explanation for the readers of CRs that find two different representations re. the attitude of present day Sirians.

The pear-shaped Sfath's spaceship was built by a different Sirian people from a different space-time configuaration then the descendants of the "creator-overlords" (Old Sirians) in a different part of Sirius, that the Plejaren recently took up contacts with.

So there are different Sirian races in different space time configurations.
This brings up one more question:
How could the benefactor overlords transport the escaping slave warriors to Earth when this technology was not known until more recent times?
CR 219:

More than likely if anyone wants to take on an enemy then it would hit them when they are weak, so with that in mind, I think that Pttah said that 2020 was the year that the usa can't pay their debt anymore and will be in quite the financial and societal turmoil. As well as the rest of the world. Sometime after that happens I suppose.... |

I think its hard to know what he was talking about, perhaps he meant is own subconscious, or possibly the storage banks? Since Billy is the only human on this planet capable of communication with the Arahat Atheersata, I doubt this is what Tesla was referring to imo.

Why don't people recognise his brilliant mind.
Perhaps because he is not as well known as Einstein. He did work with Einstein on some projects.
He once bragged that he could split earth in two and the universe in two.
He did have the technology.

The genetically manipulated people wanted to kill their creator overlords, so their creator overlords chose to defend themselves by intending to kill them first. What was so wrong with that that the Plejaren Sirians chose to rescue the aggressive manipulated ones and distance themselves from their fellow Sirians?
Also, what did the supporters (Plejaren) of the genetically manipulated people do to exploit them?
