Wisdom is enabled (obtained) only through accumulating experiences and knowledge. Wisdom can thus only be realised (as opposed to discovered) once the necessary knowledge and experience is present.

The definition of the word "wisdom": Ability to apply knowledge or experience or understanding or common sense and insight
