Hello, With overpopulation and everything, just what should someone do about themselves? What are the rules for procreation and men? With all of the land around, how can there be overpopulation? Thanks, Benny |

Dear Benny, This is a very large subject, and the answers might fill a book. Please try the "search" on www.figu.ch/. Type "overpopulation" and then make the search. You'll find four parts of "A Crusade Against Overpopulation" (among others). Much of your requested information can be found there. Good luck! Salome, Inger |

Hello, Arahat Athersata states, in Preservation of the Species, that population balance is one of the most important tasks for Earth humans. The number of people which the Earth is capable of carrying can be calculated according to the number of square kilometers of fertile land available, (=12 human's per). Another point to keep is that no family be allowed to produce more than three offspring spread out over a ten-year period. Arahat Athersata explains further that no male life form should create offspring under the age of 30. Regards, Andrew |

Hello Forum, When did the first human beings originate on Earth, what was the colour of their skin and hair, and what did they look like? (If these questions are answered anywhere else in the Forum, please let me know where I can find the information.) Regards, Inger |

Hello I don’t know how many people are aware of the European protest in regards to high oil prices. Spain, Ireland and Poland have recently joined the protest. Could this be the beginning of the downfall of the oil dynasty that has kept many of us enslaved with a dependency which has caused major pollution to our planet along with all of the many industries that have benefited from our continued consumption of these precious resources. When will alternative sources of energy be recognized and utilized? When will we stop letting these huge industries control our lives down to the last drop of humanity. There have been alternative sources of energy that have been invented, but through greed and control these controlling interests have squelched any realization of an alternative to true free energy, or at least steps in that direction. For instance the solar panels used on the US Space Station have over 20% efficiency, but you cannot find panels like that on the open market. The use of fuel cells has been in the space program for years, yet they are still in the developmental stages when it comes to public usage. What happened to the idea of fuel efficient automobiles? The last 10 years has shown an influx into the markets of vehicles that are using V8 engines again, instead of sticking to the smaller consumption vehicles. Again the idea of environmental thinking has been put into the gutter in favor of short sighted profits. Can we bring this world into line with more energy conscious thinking, and a little respect for this life form we are inhabiting instead of this slow merciless destruction of our only home. Overpopulation. When humans finally wake up and realize that it is THE major cause of the ecological catastrophe that is facing the Earth today we need not have these concerns. All of the Earth's life sustaining resources are seriously threatened - water, air, soil, flora & fauna. It does no good to put a band-aid over an already infected wound. |

Yes overpopulation is having dire consequences on the future life of our planet. My question is what are the roots and causes of overpopulation? Should we give up on all fronts? Perhaps the downfall of communism was not really necessary? |

Hi Scott, You bring up excellent points. We can all do our little part to keep pushing ahead. By purchasing these products that save energy, recycling, and especially supporting the companies that are 'energy conscious' etc., we can truly make a difference. True, Anthea makes a wonderful point about overpopulation (the only point indeed), but we can still make a tiny dent in all of the resource depletion that occurs literally on a daily basis. And this way, we can do our part as individuals that live on the planet. Talk is just talk, but we simply must do something to help us sleep well at night. Just knowing that we are helping can be a nice feeling in my own experience. Personally, after watching the European problems unfold, I feel that this could turn into a tiny disaster. After all, almost all wars are fought over fuel of some kind, or even more frequently; over water. We as a people can start by conserving our own household water and the public water systems (e.g. putting bricks in our toilets, complaining to restaurant managers and owners that they NOT serve water to customers by default, etc.), as well as recycling of all kinds(!). After all, if we do not buy the recycled materials, then there is no profit for the companies that make them. Numerous other "conservation" methods exist. This way, at least we can try to keep the band aid on... Does anyone have any other ideas on how we can put our 'two cents' in? Comments welcome. Regards, Andrew PS - Scott, as soon as those cars get a little more powerful so that I can haul my hay, I will buy one. :) |

It's an act of love not only towards ourselves, as conscious and aware individuals, but to our fellow human to do all we can to conserve Earth's life sustaining resources. My point however, was broadly speaking. There are more people on this planet today that couldn't care less - tomorrow is another day they say - and most of those are the privileged and educated ones - than those who are genuinely concerned about the problems that face humanity on Earth today. Besides this there is a multitudinous mass of un-educated people in both 1st and 3rd World countries who are ignorant, poor and living from hand to mouth - trying to save themselves never mind saving the Earth. Broadly speaking, it does become a concern for more than just individual efforts. This is where Governments need to become truely humane and take charge of overpopulation and it's related ills - however that seems to be a distant and faint star. So, yes, I agree, If we can make the tiniest contribution today towards saving our Earth and humanity, by conserving and by avoiding harmful practices, it is better than sitting by and doing nothing at all. |

Hello Scott, I think you bring up some very important points about our responsibility to the environment, especially becoming more aware of the exploitation of the earth's natural resources. I know myself, I'm very concerned about recycling garbage; and do my best to buy food and store it with packaging that is collected at the local recycling facility. Although I am currently recycling my aluminum containers, plastic containers, plastic shopping bags, aluminum foil, glass containers, cardboard boxes, and a few other odds and ends that the facility takes, there are just a lot of things that cannot be recycled in my area. I have felt that all companies that produce products with disposable packaging should be responsible for making sure these materials can be recycled as easily as they are thrown away. As well, individuals who buy these products should take responsibility for making sure these disposable materials are recycled. Sure we can't recycle everything we buy at this point; but I think even recycling one glass bottle is one small step towards becoming a more spiritually evolved person on this planet. Imagine if we could do a lot more as a society? Best regards, Anthony |

Hi Anthony, Yes, you are absolutely right in your comment about the bottle. It would be funny to try and explain this to some of the people I know though. "...even recycling one glass bottle is one small step towards becoming a more spiritually evolved person..." would be a hard thing to grasp for the material intellect in truth. The ignorant to this principle are like a blanket left out in the rain. It's like the 'thunderstorm'. Most would trap themselves in their possessions, whereas others would see the most perfect example of the Creation at work. (The Book Of OM) Anthea states that the governments are the ones to be moved and moved at. This is our strongest responsibility in my opinion -- which is to constantly push for more environmental concerns in this government power arena. She is absolutely right on. If we can't stop overpopulation tomorrow, we should be able to make these idiots listen today. Kind regards, Andrew |

Hello Inger, I hope you have been well. The answer to your first question could be in Contact 251. As far as what 'they' looked like, they had brown skin and looked similar to a well-developed ape (with a kind of long/larger nose). Their hair colour was a dark brown and would resemble that of today's African peoples. Kind regards, Andrew |

Hi Norm, I think what Andrew meant by "African peoples" would encompass the Australian Aborigines too. Actually the word "aborigine" means: "The earliest known inhabitants of a region". One may call the original inhabitants (black skinned races) of Africa "aborigines" too. Kind Regards, Anthea |

The best would be not to produce trash at all, or minimize it. Recycling etc. Michael's suggestions are good... Incineration or burial? It's the lesser of evils. Chemical Compounds into the air we breath (even CO2 etc.) or wound the earth (even more) by mass burial(s). I suspect that Andrew has some info on this... hopefully it will by alarming enough so that us earth people will start to re-think our priorities. With my limited knowledge (at present) I would pick burial in a biologically active area which would transform chemical substances to more "natural" ones. Can we pick "incineration by sending it into our sun?" |

As events unfold in the Middle-East seem to be plunging us all towards the fulfillment of the dreaded prophecies of a third world war, I wonder what we can do to actively and effectively awaken the world to the teachings of Creation sooner rather than later. Before I, or you, dismiss this as a flight of fancy or an exercise in futility, I suggest that, in the greater picture, we have an opportunity to think "outside of the box" and focus our intentions towards this purpose. I welcome the development of this discussion. |

Hello everybody, I'm also not sure how this works. Maybe it's like the peace meditation is neutralizing negative energy around us in Akasha so it never reaches the critical mass(like in nuclear reaction- meltdown=war). Maybe that is why 3.5 billion Plejarans and all of few hundred of us do it. I think participating numbers are big success factor here. I heard this information once that right before a start of World War II at the end of year 1938 for about a week you could see Polar Lights as far south as Egypt. Could this be the sign of 'Critical Mass' reached?? Regards George |

Hi Everyone: I have a question when reading contact note No. 104, dated Saturday, 18 March, 1978. In section 117, Billy mentioned the San Francisco earthquake will happen at the turn of the century, so it means the earthquake could happen within few months? The original sentence from the English translation is "I would like to shot pictures of the last great quake at the turn of the century" The new century will start on 1 January, 2001, so I assume the earthquake is near? But from Mr. Steven's article, it mentioned about the car on the street is pretty modern, but he of course used the 1978 model to compare, so we really don't know when it will happen. Could anyone in the center answer this question? Thanks. Hampton Chiu chiuwang@yahoo.com |

Hello Hampton This discussion regarding the SF earthquake has come up before. Actually I bought up the subject a number of months ago and also posted a picture from one of Wendelle Stevens books showing the SF earthquake. Im not sure how to interpret the translations you quoted. One time I thought he was referring to the great SF earthquake of 1906 which was close to the turn of the last century. There is more to the passage than you quoted, which might help fill in more of the whole picture. If you do a keyword search on this forum you should be able to locate more information about this quake. Either way Im sure it is getting closer, and it concerns me because Im not too far from SF. Hello This is a long article, but I think its worth reading. I think we are heading towards a New World Order whether we want it or not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rense.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- US Senate Gives UN Control Over 70% Of World's Land Mass By Henry Lamb © 2000 WorldNetDaily.com 12-9-00 The U.N. Convention to Combat Desertification was ratified by the U.S. Senate on October 18, but few Senators yet know that it has been ratified. Senator Craig Thomas (R-WY) introduced a package of 34 treaties, all of which were ratified by a show of hands -- no recorded vote. Initially, Senator Thomas' office told callers that the Senator had nothing to do with the ratification. On December 8, his office called to explain that Senator Thomas just happened to be on the Senate Floor late in the afternoon of October 18 -- and was asked by the leadership to handle procedurally, the package of treaties. Senator Thomas has asked the Foreign Relations Committee to explain how, and why, the Desertification Treaty was included in the package. At the recent climate change talks in the Hague, Senator Larry Craig (R-ID) said the treaty had not been ratified, until corrected by one of his staff. Phone calls to Senator Fred Thompson (R-TN), and other Senators, caught staffers off guard: Nobody knew how their boss voted on the ratification. They could not know -- there was no recorded vote. This treaty was signed by the Clinton administration in 1994. It has been locked up in the Foreign Relations Committee since. Normally, treaties of such monumental importance are debated in committee and then forwarded to the Senate floor for further debate and disposition. Not this time. The treaty appeared in a package of 34 treaties -- most of which were single-issue treaties with single nations, dealing with stolen vehicles, criminals, and the like. The Desertification Treaty, however, is not a single-issue treaty with a single nation. This treaty is one of several environmental treaties that emerged from the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro. One of those treaties, the Convention on Climate Change, was ratified in 1992. The Convention on Biological Diversity failed ratification in 1994. The Convention to Combat Desertification was skillfully maneuvered through the Senate to avoid the public reaction which killed the Convention on Biological Diversity. The Desertification Treaty claims jurisdiction over 70% of the earth's land area -- virtually all of the land that is not covered by the Convention on Biological Diversity. Moreover, this new treaty creates a structure through which all other environmental treaties are supposed to be integrated under a common United Nations implementation regime. A companion treaty is now being developed by the U.N. Commission on Water for the 21st Century. The United Nations is, in fact, creating the structure in international law and, through its extensive bureaucracies, to control the use of all natural resources on earth. The U.S. Senate ratified the treaty on October 18, 2000 -- whether or not it knew what it was doing. On November 17, the Clinton administration delivered the ratification documents to the United Nations. The United States is now bound by the international law that claims the power to dictate land use in 70% of the earth's land. The name of the treaty implies that it is concerned about deserts -- in fact, it is concerned about all land use. To combat desertification, the treaty seeks to prevent land use that its enforcers think may lead to desertification. Converting forests to pasture, for example, or pasture to row crops, or crop land to subdivisions, are all uses that may lead to desertification, according to literature produced by the United Nations. There is no distinction between federal land and privately owned land when it comes to land use under the jurisdiction of the U.N. The U.N. sees its role to be the establishment of policy -- it is up to the participating nations to see that the policy is implemented. The recent rash of land acquisition measures promoted by the administration and Congress seeks to get more land under federal ownership. The vast expansion of regulatory control over land use by all federal agencies makes it easier for the United States to comply with its international obligations under a variety of international treaties. This new treaty extends even further the U.S. obligation to control land use. According to the treaty itself, no reservations can be included in its ratification (Article 37). The Resolution of Ratification adopted by the Senate contains several reservations -- all of which will be ignored by the United Nations. Withdrawal from the treaty cannot even begin until after three years of participation -- and then another year must pass before withdrawal is recognized by the U.N. -- assuming, of course, that there is some desire in the Senate to withdraw. _____ Henry Lamb is the executive vice president of the Environmental Conservation Organization and chairman of Sovereignty International. Hello It has been mentioned that the Plejarans have animals on their planet also as we do. Im not sure what kinds of animals may inhabit Erra, but I would guess some of them would be similar to the ones we have here. It has been mentioned that the Plejarans because of their vibrations cannot tolerate the earth human anymore than we can tolerate them. Now this makes me wonder are animals effected by the vibrations the same way a human is? For instance if a Plejaran were to come close to an earth animal would they react the same as if a human were to approach the same animal? Also if we were on Erra would the animals their also respond the same or differently than they would to the Plejarans? Are animals on various planets also somewhat matched to the evolution of the races that may inhabit that planet, or is their no relationship? Does anyone have any opinion on this idea? Hello It has been mentioned that the slow desertfication of this planet is occurring due to our continued misuse of the environment. In the area of Abag QI which is located in inner Mongolia their is direct indication that this phenomena is occurring at an escalated pace. A 3 day storm which started on New Years Eve brought a combination of snow and sand to this region which has never been seen before. The sand has been blamed for one of the most serious environmental challenges, the steady transformation of grasslands into DESERTS from over grazing, clear-cutting of forests and other man-against nature development policies. Each year this area almost the size of Rhode Island turns to dust in China. This is threatening to leave millions of families with no where to go in a crowded country where arable land is scarce. The Chinese Government has made the stopping the desert a national priority. Prime Minister Zhu Rongji has warned that the country might one day be forced to move the capital if the deserts continue their march towards the city. The government has tried to slow the expansion of the desert by marking land off limits to herders and replanting trees and grass in arid areas, but the series of disasters in inner Mongolia is setting back efforts. What happens is that the people become poorer as a result of these natural disasters, which causes them to clear more land to grow more livestock, which causes more desertification. In turn as they clear more land the desertification increases which causes more disasters. I think all of this is pointing to the fact all things are related in the natural world. When societies turn their backs on Nature and live outside of natural laws their will be consequences. Salome Scott |

In contact no.251 somewhere, it is mention a race from the universe who visits earth now and then and which Plejarens do not want to see, and these creatures are not hostile toward us either. Who are they? And in these conversation it is mention that they look like creatures we do not like either. And it is somewhat dangerous to stand in their way. The Coast Guard of Chile 1957 discovered a spaceship breaked up thick ice travelling from below the ice surface at Antarctic (in the ocean) and the ice afterwards boiled like in a boiler only to disappear in front of the shocked guards eyes on deck. The incident was later covered up by U.S.Government. And under a U.S.Naval drill later in the 60's a foreign space ship travelled beneath the boats, showin up on radar, to later dissappear down to the deepest point outside San Juan, Puerto Rico as known as the Puerto Rico Trench. Who are they who travel beneath the sea? These Incidents were covered up by U.S.Navy, but the crew did see it all. Do someone else know anything about it? Regards, Roger! |

Hello I have a friend who has been studying the prophecies of Nostradamous. Specifically, the verses appear to refer to a comet impacting the Earth. On its last approach it is said to pass closely over Southern France, Italy and Greece on a NW to SE trajectory before impacting in the Aegean Sea between Greece and Turkey, causing widespread destruction in Southern Europe and worldwide climatic changes. Does anybody know of a similar prediction by Billy, in which an asteroid or comet will also impact Europe on a shallow, tangential NW to SE trajectory, gouging out a trench across Northern Europe, before coming to rest in the Ukraine near the Black Sea? Hello Michael, Norm, Lonnie, and forum: I need to clarify a few things at the outset. The quotation in my post above is coming from the CSETI Members Forum moderator, NOT Dr. Greer. Her exact reply to my question on 8/2/00 is as follows: "The Billy Meier case has unfortunately been discredited by someone who wanted to make people think he hoaxed it. We do believe that he was telling the truth, however. We haven't necessarily decided not to incuded it in the DNP (Disclosure News Program) materials, but it has been tainted in any case." Dr. Greer, in his position paper "When Disclosure Serves Secrecy (p. 4)" writes the following paragraph which I found concerning: "Additionaly, there is a subtext which can only be viewed as thinly veiled racism. You will note that part of the 'new myth' regarding UFOs involves the 'good ETs, which invariably are described as 'Pleiadeans' who are 'handsome, white, blud-eyed Aryan appearing types.' Naturally, those 'evil, bad ETs are darker, shorter, look funny and smell funny. Please. Such clap-trap would have us trade age-old human racism for an extraterrestrial variety. This nonsense and propaganda could only make Hitler proud." (Is this what you're referring to, Norm?) Of note, when I attended a CSETI workshop last Fall, a participant raised the lore of some Native Americans who believe themselves to be "descendants of the Pleiades." Dr Greer listened but made not comment, as with his assistant sitting next to him (who happened to be wearing a "special" crystal created by the late Marcel Vogel *s*) At the time, I thought their silence was loud. I believe one thing is clear. Dr. Greer emphatically stated that he would not want to know where ETs come from, as he would "not want to bear that burden," because we have the military defense capability of attacking them. One of his goals is to put an end to "star wars." He claims the ET visitors are on and around the planet Earth for peacful purposes and that there is no evidence to the contrary. When In see Dr. Greer in D.C. this coming week, I will ask him to clarify his position on the Billy Meier case. Fiat Lux! Linda |

Linda, Yes thats what I'm referring to. I imagine Dr. Greer has never spend the amount of time needed to study Billys material, in order to give a totally positive take on Billy. I expect him to give a 50-50 review on Billy and the Plejarans. One of the main problems for people trying to research Billys material is the fact that it's not readily available in English. Most researchers end up with secondhand disinformation. |

Hello The march towards desertification of China continues:-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHINA IS DRYING UP AND BLOWING AWAY WASHINGTON -- There is a story concerning China, planes and seas that goes far beyond the military spy-plane drama we've been focusing on. This story of far greater mystery and depth could involve the United States and prove infinitely more dangerous than simple military confrontation. It carries us beyond the oceans and into the stratosphere, where a threat to America -- on its own continent -- is poised, a threat more alarming even than those missiles that Beijing so likes to brandish. It has to do, says Lester Brown, the renowned environmentalist, with the stunning fact that "China is drying out and starting to blow away." Brown, founder of the new Earth Policy Institute and Worldwatch Institute, and other scientists point to satellite photos. Thousands of lakes and rivers across China have dried up, water tables have fallen everywhere in that vast land, and the rangeland and cropland in the immense northwest have markedly deteriorated. Then, around the time that the U.S. surveillance plane was held in southern Hainan, a great dust cloud appeared. It drifted from China, moving northeastward in a matter of days across South Korea and Siberia until it covered fully one-third of the United States with the soil of China. In one of the few articles on this dramatic development, Robert Weller wrote in Denver for The Associated Press: "A dust storm that started in Mongolia and picked up industrial pollution from China has spread a haze across a quarter of the mainland. ... The whitish haze has been seen from Calgary, Alberta, to Arizona to Aspen." He quoted an oceanographer from NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland: "At one time, this dust cloud was bigger than Japan." The Denver Post's Ann Schrader wrote evocatively in mid-April: "The haze hanging around Colorado since late last week may have been dirt near someone's yurt in western China less than two weeks ago. Three pulses of the very fine dust, kicked up on April 5 in the Sinkiang Basin near the Mongolian-China border, have surged halfway across the United States." (Scientists who shot laser beams from Boulder, Colo., into the sky discovered that the dust layer began about 3 miles above the Earth's surface and was several miles thick.) There have been Chinese dust storms before, some of which have poisoned U.S. air, but scientists say that this phenomenon is more serious. Ironically, this year a large contingent of international scientists had been brought together by the National Center for Atmospheric Research and the National Science Foundation. Operating off the northeast coast of China in ships and a small plane, they were able to measure the density of particles in the air. So while Washington was focusing on the standoff between the Chinese government and the United States over the plane in the South China Sea, to the north in the East China Sea, this more ominous "confrontation" between nations was quietly occurring. China has always been a dry land, with percentages of arable land in most places in single digits, but desertification today is advancing swiftly because of many deliberate government policies. Once China changed from Marxist collectivism to a market economy in the past 20 years, for instance, the "family system" collapsed, and farmers began to harbor huge numbers of cattle, sheep and goats. (China today has 117 million cattle and 256 million sheep and goats, compared with 100 million cattle and 9 million sheep and goats in the United States.) And so what vegetation there was, was destroyed. A government decision in 1994 required that all cropland used for construction be offset by land reclaimed elsewhere. This had the actual result of increasing wind erosion in plowed marginal lands in low rainfall areas, creating an ecological catastrophe of wind erosion and forcing people to migrate eastward. Such areas as the legendary Quighai-Tibet Plateau, once known for its grass reaching as high as a horse's belly, now are barren deserts. "As the Chinese economy grows and people buy motor vehicles and heat bigger homes better, the resulting pollution will come to skewer or overwhelm our own pollution," says Russ Schnell, director of observatory operations for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Boulder. Soon, perhaps in a decade, pollution levels will increase in California, and perhaps the rest of the United States, imported from Asia. According to Brown, there are still some solutions. Highly erodible cropland can be converted back to grassland or woodland, livestock numbers can be reduced, tree-shelter belts across the windswept areas can be planted (as U.S. farmers did to end dust storms in the 1930s), and wind turbines could be introduced. But the Chinese government, which deserves credit for trying to grapple with its overpopulation and food shortages, has not shown a willingness to tackle these more complicated problems. Meanwhile, what do these sobering environmental problems have to do with this winter's stand-off in the South China Sea? Well, quite a bit. It would be like the Chinese government, particularly if the situation worsens, to try to divert attention from these serious internal problems through military adventures abroad. In fact, it would be strange if Chinese officials, already employing a questionable nationalism to replace moribund communism, did not attempt to strengthen that nationalism by claiming the oil wealth of the South China Sea and reclaiming Taiwan. In today's world, the economic, the political, the social, the psychological and the ecological barometers all rise or fall together. Meanwhile, keep looking up. Thanks for reading Salome Scott |

Regarding Israel and the Palestinians, I am looking to understand the core reason why there are such harsh words for Israel as a state when there are so many other states in the world that exist also because they have usurped the rights of other inhabitants. The thought that occurs to me is that it was founded on religious ideas that contradict and corrupt the original teachings of Creation, presumably a more serious offense than just taking over land by force from other peoples (bad enough to be sure and done by many.) I believe that Jmmanuel curses the Hebrews, telling them that they will suffer for a long time because of their violations. I believe that this needs clarification so that the distinction between what could be seen as anti-Semitism and the real reasons can be perceived. Any thoughts on this? Michael |

Michael, Anything said against Israel, Hebrews & Jews is now always considered anti-Semitic, there's no way around it. If you read the article on the Redheaded Mummys in China, that I posted today on the forum, you will hear how archeologists are afraid to promote any research that may promote the Caucasian race for fear of white imperialism. Political Correctness has gone way to far! You have to be careful about everything you say or do in today's society for fear you won't offend anybody. If some Israeli or Christian organization reads the Talmud of Jmmanuel it could cause major problems for F.I.G.U.in the future, they will claim F.I.G.U. is anti-Semitic, the news media will run with the story and F.I.G.U. will be labeled for a long time! |

I haven't found anything in Mr. Meier's materials as well . Therefore I decided to ask you whether you can help me with more information in this respect or not ? Did the pleiadians tell anything to Mr. Meier in this respect ? One more thing , I remember I have read somewhere that in Bible there are some refers to this objects but I couldn't find anything in Talmod of Jmmanuel . I've also sent a few clear photos for you via e-mail and I request you to illuminate the matter for all of us . Salome |

As for the above post- NASA has proven that they are insane. The Earth without a moon is what ?? A Planet of swirling water. On another subject - Does anyone know what/who the Pheonix lights were in 1997. This was a HUGE sighting & story. What race was this ? Was this perhaps the event or one of the events that prompted the Plejaran's to leave in 1995 ? Could this have been a chance for contact , but we were deemed not ready ?? Did the Plejarans give Billy any info on this ? Could it have been the Annunaki taking a look at us ?!? Hale -Boppe was also in the sky at the time. Any theories anyone ? Any info would be appreciated . Salome, Steve M. |

Hi Michael, As far as JFK & TWA 800, these things I assumed without the insight of the Plejarans as you probably did. I remember seeing the original story & news clips when flight 800 went down & you could clearly see a missle going up. JFK - most people believe the cia involvement. I still have a hard time believing the 1rst Moon landing was faked though. Maybe it's because I remember watching it live as a little kid. Oklahoma - that was an interesting article Mike & It's easy to believe that Tim Mcveigh did not work it alone. He had to have help , but he was made the ultimate scapegoat , wasn't he. Hi Scott, The objects are on the left of the screen. You are seeing weather modification. The pictures are taken by a Unisys satellite everyday. Maybe over time the satellite will malfunction if too much interest is gained over the pictures. They are beaming gravity waves to produce a field to repel the jet stream. In other configurations they produce tornados and can move dust storms. If you keep monitoring the website you will see some of the objects move. These are the same objects darting around the US Space Shuttle. Anthony |

Hi Savio, If we continue to see them as such for the next 50 years it is harmless. Dust/dirt spots cannot control the direct of jet streams. The crafts are in curve formation, from South America up to the coast of California. Once you control the jet stream, you can introduce localize effects without the jet stream interfering much. Sometimes the objects divert the jet stream and let the stream passes through. Keep monitoring the site. You will notice this. I have been monitoring the satellite pics for months. Anthony |

Hi Vaclav, I can say for fact that this has nothing to do with inferior HAARP. It is a portable phenomena, movable to any part of the sky. HAARP is fixed, and one need a few stations to triangulate the effects. This phenomena has been in effect since the late 1970s. It is called in high places a "Cosmic Phenomenon". Hi Michael Hope you are well. Interesting article. It reminds me of the HAARP project that Billy speaks about in the FIGU Bulletin No. 13 (Vol. 4), January 1998 (English translation: February 1998). Here is an excerpt: "...These ELF vibrations are able to penetrate the brains of people and animals if the vibrations are aimed in their direction. This will not only immobilize the victims preventing them from performing any movement or act of defense, but will also render them insane as well. A useful tool for the military, these waves can also penetrate walls of brick and steel." Regards & Salome, Anthea |

Recently, I have submitted to FIGU and to Christian's attention a further extention of the FIGU Population Table which originated in the Auslegung der 7 Jahre Geburtenstopp publication. This further extention suggests an allowance of 13 Million World births per year with each nation having its national allowance for births as a percentage of its cultivatable land in relation to the total world cultivatable land. 13 Million worldwide Births per year added to 52 million worldwide Deaths per year equals a Net Population Loss (NPL) of 39 Million per year. This concept has been graphically shown on my World Overpopulation Poster submitted to FIGU which I recently revised to include the Interpretation of the 7 Year Birthstop. With a NPL of 39 Million a graph on the poster shows the Earth's population reducing from the present 6.75 Billion to 429 Million in 160 years. I have always desired to show a pathway from Earth's existing population to the Pleiadian/Plejaran recommended population of 429 Million. |

Hello to all of you. I realize "beating around the bush" is not my forte', and that it is understandably necessary at times. I have been greatly enjoying the Forum and its Archives with the wealth of great information presented herein. For this, as well as for FIGU's expansive home site, I am very grateful. Many questions that I have, are continually answered through the teachings and through this site. My search for the answers to questions presented in my first post (ever) to the forum, (Planet Earth Misc. Discussion Part 2) are genuine. I have found small sustainable farming methods which are working, yet I long to understand if there are right or wrong ones, in accordance with the Plejarans and the Creative laws and truths on this planet in this time. It is known that the center is very unique indeed, and to try to create those "ideal" circumstances, is futile. However, to me, it reasons that some of you reading, have implemented small farming systems of your own, which likely prosper to the best of your ability. Please, can you possibly share some truths and shed some light? This is something I am hoping that any of you might be able to help me with. I respect and appreciate what it is you will be able to tell me. Sincerely, A. Love |

In regards to the past discussions on earth- friendly alternatives and recycling, I have some specific questions that I cannot find proper information on pertaining to the spiritual teachings. I am striving to live in harmony and accordance with the creational laws and truths. This has developed into a longing for complete self-sustainability with the land that I have and my immediate surroundings. This is a simple life, much like a traditional farm, but not so traditional. I am familiar with the FIGU Centers' self-sufficiency, yet exactly HOW they go about this, is what I am interested in. Meaning, are there specific guidelines and practices followed, which facilitate and/or extend the goodness of diversity, health, and optimum growth? Are there special diets that the animals are on, and times that they are fed? Are they killed with specific practices at specific times (ages)? Are the hides and/or woolens utilized? Are cheeses, yogurts and milk pasteurized? Is canning, freezing or dehydrating of produce the main practice for sustenance through winters? What vegetables and fruits are grown? What types of things are done with compost, etc, etc ??? Do systems and practices followed, have similarities to "Biodynamics" (Rudolf Steiner)? The organic part is a given, but are organic fertilizers utilized? Does anybody on this forum have a farm? Or should I say, do you provide the foods, fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, dairy ect. for yourselves and your family and/or have a sustainable living situation, which minimizes consumer-based products, plastics etc.? Any input on the Centers' practices, or of your own, or where to find some good information, would be very greatly appreciated. I thank-you sincerely. A.L |

Hello A.L Thanks for joining in, nice to see a new face. You ask many questions which Iam sure there are answers for, but those answers may not always be easily found. I think that within Billys books you will find some of what you are looking for. It may be in your best interests if you havent already, take a visit to the Semjase Silver Star Center. I think in that respect you could at least get some of your questions answered, but would also observe first hand how things are done. I think one of the misconceptions that we all have including myself, is that we try and emulate the laws of Creation etc, but we really need to learn how to live on a day by day basis with each other and with nature. I think it is good to aspire to higher truths, but at the same time we have to accept where we are at, and learn from there. Just a few thoughts, yes keep reading back into the archives, also I have found information which is valuable, on the German portion of this website, which if you can read any German would also be helpful to you. Good Luck Salome Scott B. |

Hi A ; Welcome to the forum .Good questions .There are only 'fowl' - geese , ducks and pheasants at the Center . They got rid of all the "hoof and mouth" animals , to the Plejaren's precognitive suggestion .You might be surprised that the farming practices are rather normal , since farms on Earth are well developed as they are .I'm not aware of anything going on there that's out of the ordinary farming-wise . I hope that someone else will add something that is unique in response to your question , but what I really mean , is that people sometimes expect an overly exotic answer - the "anti-gravity" of farming or something ....they buy local cheeses and yoghurt, and even some worldwide brands of fruit.Even though they are self sustaining ,they are part of the community, support other farms , and not cut off from everyone .Good luck with your farm ! Her unique point of view has been "tempered" by many years of "trials" due to her involvements with Marcel and related materials. This is a story in itself! I just found this article on black holes which I will I will follow up with an article by Billy from 1996: Moderator: In an effort to reduce the loading times, etc. in this Forum and the size of the postings and database, in general, it's necessary that everyone make a link to any "electronic" articles (or even FIGU Bulletins and so forth.) Your MSNBC News article and Billy's text in the FIGU Bulletin have been removed and other lengthy posts that include existing article text in electronic form will be removed in all future postings. You can provide me with a link to the MSNBC article and I can insert the link here for you. Any questions about this can be e-mailed to me at marc.juliano@figu.org. Here's Billy's article: Please look for Billy's article "BLACK HOLES" within the middle of FIGU Bulletin #9 |
