Hi Bill,

Well, we may correctly assume that these UFOs (UAPs) are not of the Plejaren as they stated that their ships can not be detected. So that leaves two options, their either Earthly built craft, OR they are one of the four groups of Earth Foreigners spotted over Kyiv and Vinarivka.

Of course, the paper has a disclaimer; “Given that there is an ongoing war in the area, it’s entirely possible that these objects could be missiles or rockets but the paper says that their nature ‘is not clear’.”
