Hello everyone,
Today I will be sharing with you guys a UFO sighting wich I witnessed a number of years ago.
My family and I spent a few months living in Venezuela. We lived in an apartment building right infront of the beach. At the time, I was about 4 or 5 (Maybe 6). My bed was situated facing the window (feet pointing at the window). Anyway, one night, it is long past mid night I would assume and I am ofcourse in bed. Suddenly, I wake up thinking I'm thirsty or that I was gonna call mom, well, the second after I thought that, I suddenly sat up on my bed and stared out the window, I remember seeing numerous flying objects very far out above the ocean, flying around in some type of formation. I calculate there was eight of them. So, these objects out there were doing all these flight manuevers and I was just in awe and basically thoughtless. Then all of a sudden, all the UFO's stopped the manuevers and zoommed away in the same direction (into the horizon) until they were not visible anymore. It only took them about a second to disapear. Once they left, it's as if I was fully concious once again and looked around the room and then just laid back in my bed and went back to sleep; which was weird, because being 5 years old, my first instict would have been to run to my parents.
This sighting or maybe even delusion that I had reminds me of the story my mom told me later about her UFO sighting when she was a kid. She says that one night, she was asleep in bed and all of a sudden she wakes up and starts staring out the window. She says she saw a inmense spherical object which was yellow and as bright as the moon. The object was so big or so close to the house that she says that it seemed as if it were only a few feet away even though it wasn't. While she stared out the window, she describes herself as being rather dumbed down (like under a trance)and trying to think what that huge object in the sky was. Then, after a few minutes, the object zooms into sky. After the sighting she simply just laid back and went to sleep. In the morning, she goes to the kitchen for breakfast and grandpa (her dad ofcourse) says, 'did you guys see that thing in the sky last night?' They then start discussing the sighting they both had and came to the conclusion they saw the same exact thing. Now the real interesting thing is when we both visited the center last year. As I mentioned in my post about my stay at the center, Billy gave a some books and pamphlets as gifts. Well one of the books was the pictures book 'Through Space and Time' so were in the kitchen or tent and she's looking through the book and sees a picture that she says resembles the UFO she saw down to the last detail. (Photo Number in book is 635)

Hi Dave....
Very interesting sighting you and your mother once had.
Well, I had in the past a number of sightings when facing my bedroom window,
even!
Back in the mid 70ties, Sunday mornings I would just lay awake in bed...and
just stare facing the window. Just look at the clouds going bye, so to speak.
Then, one morning, my eyes could notice what looked like a condense trail, but
than, all of a sudden, in the trail 5-6 or more Illuminating Silver Metallic
ball/objects appeared(within the line trail)! As if, they were all linked/
hooked to each other. So, I quickly got out of bed, and walked to the window,
and could still see them move through the loose clouds, till they disappeared.
And there were occasions, that when I wake up I would do some exercises facing
the window. And, then also, I had a number of sighting of Disk shaped objects,
which I could even make out, them to being of Metallic. Some occasions there
was just ONE...and other times TWO.
The one encounter that struck me the most, was when I encountered TWO,
which were Zig-Zagging(in sync!)...more in a Hopping-like maneuvers, perhaps. [at night I even witnessed such spectical; White as well as Gold
(/Yellow-Orange-Redish) in illumination]
And I remember, I think it was Semjase(could have been Asket), saying that
ONLY...the Plejarans were able and capable of doing such Maneuvers, and NO
Earthly like ships.
Thus, when I came across what Semjase (or Asket) said, in Billy's material, I
though to myself: Then, what I encountered back in the mid 70ties (looking out
my window!) MUST have been a Plejaran Beamship(or related to them)!
My bed was also facing feet towards the window....
After having encountered frequently, I made a UFO Detector, which reacts on
Magnetic fields, but alas....it never went of....
Just like having a camera in my bedroom; but I never had the impulse to Grab
it and take shots! I was more Flabbergasted...by the encounter, than to think
of making pictures of them!

Hey how can I build a "UFO" Detector?
Du you imagine to go to Radio Shack Store looking for electronic component, and when the employee of radio shack question you then you said to him... No is to build a "ufo" detector.

Of course, you do NOT tell WHAT you are making, with the knowledge that there
are still MANY people very Ignorant concerning UFOs and so forth!
THINK, LOGICAL....Incredible!
I had the components already available, at home! So, there was NO need to go
out and buy them!
For Those whom have interest:
What you need is: a Compass, Buzzard, transistor battery, and the casing.
Mount the Compass(without it's casing, of course) on a piece of wood(where all
the other components will be Mounted!). Mount a RING between one pole(pole IN the Ring!)! Make sure, that you mount the Buzzard too, and the Battery.
The Circuit Principle...is just like a On and Off Buzzard, but than, the On
and Off...switching IS: The Compass Pole making contact with the Ring!
If a Magnetic Field...would be present, within the field of the Compass
radius, it should go off.
That it did not go off...after I made it was due, I would think...to the
object(s) being too high in altitude, and thus, the Magnetic Field, did not
measure into the detector; too weak of a signal.
Or, it may have gone of in the middle of the night, but I just slept through
it.....

Hi Edward
I believe what you have built is a rudimentary, but relatively sensitive magnetometer. Magnetic disturbances in the vicinity of UFOs has been well documented in numerous instances over the last few decades by both civilians and military.
This simple DIY magnetometer can be improved upon (sensitivity) by increasing certain physical dimensions and encasing the unit in say a clear plastic tube and isolating it from vibrations as best one can.
I think it would also be a fun way of teaching children simple engineering and basic principles of science and taking an active part in constructing their own simple magnetometer. If your DIY magnetometer is sensitive enough to detect low flying airliners then success and the children would be impressed. Of course explaining a large structured circular craft nearby would I conjecture take a bit more in depth explanation to them!

Greetings All,
Considering that the magnetic detector (yes, it does work) has a limited range.
To capture them at long range, try an infra-red camera. Even an infra-red movie camera on a tripod set to 'grab' one frame per second may get some interesting results. Anyone have any experience with infrared?

Sighting Report :
Austin , Texas , 9:30 AM ( approx)
Two huge shiny black tubes flying slowly east to west . One looked slightly bent .
Another witness , a car salesman , where I stopped to take a look , said that they were on the air flight path of the airport .
My opinion is that they were some kind of experimental craft , and not necessarily military , or alien .
They could have been some new technology of wind capturing advertising craft ,like the banners dragged through the air by small planes , but with a with a small structure on the back end , indicating a motor or fan .
They were several hundred feet in the air , each the approximate length of an airliner .
I wonder if anyone has seen anything like this .
No camera with me , as usual .

I have a better detector... is an electromagnetic field detector.
Is a tool used by the ghost hunters with the obvious function to detect ghost in the enchanted houses.

Hi Mark and All....
Only Cylinder or Cigar shaped craft I encountered was the one of the model I
made, in 1977.
That late night, some band members(bassplayer and singer), were just on our
way back home after to have inspected some small clubs the band were to play
in, in the up coming dates.
We were about half way home, and I was driving my car...when all of a sudden,
the bassplayer, will loud voice said: LOOK, what the hell is that, or
something. He never accepted my word when it came down to ET life forms; and
now, he may have possibly have encountered one first hand, himself!
I then, quickly looked from my side, and decided to stop along the road. We
were on a road in the countryside, which was...also Military Exercising
grounds. Thus, we were going through a Military public road.
When I stopped and parked that car, we all stepped out. I was just jumping
with enjoyment, saying to myself: again, I see them! And my two buddies were
looking at the Cigar craft as if they saw a Ghost of some sort, so to speak.
The weather was to our right very clear and starry. It was full moon. And at
the left of us, was slight clouded. So, it was quite a Bright night, because
of the Moon. It illuminated the whole are, almost as if day.
The craft just 'hung' silently in the moon light, well above the clouds, in
altitude, I would say. And the clouds were at its highest point, I would say.
We were all still looking at the craft, my buddies still in some sort of
'shock', still trying to figure out what to make of it. I just yelled: it may
be a Mothership of some sort, or something? We still stood there looking at it
and then I decided to run back to my car and play with my headlights, to see
if it can see us or react to us. So, I did that, started to flash my beamers
and all of a sudden, the craft very slowly started to move to our left(has
it's nose to our left side).
We all got excited, of course. Still looking, it kept on moving very slowly,
in the direction of a 'loose' cloud, at least, it looked like a cloud. And it
looked as if it either went into the cloud or over it. Was hard to
distinguish. Still standing there, we watched it go over/into the cloud till
it was no more in sight or could be seen!
One would think, that the Cigar craft would reappear when it went through or
over the cloud: but is just did not happen! It just Disappeared just as the
cloud also, gradually disappeared! And we waited to see, for sometime, but it
was no longer to be seen.
We witnessed it for about 10-15 minutes! Quite a long time, I would say. It
made no nose, whatsoever. It may have been 1 Jumbo jet in length or perhaps
2-3 or maybe 4 Jumbo Jets in length. Very difficult to distinguish. It had 7-8 or
more very large windows, had a row of colored lights flashing from the nose to
the back, the white lights seem to be stationary, in the row. And at the
end top of the craft, it had a strobe light(turning light), blue, I think it
was. It was Metallic Silver and at the back end it seemed a bit Black or
something. The nose, may have been a bit Rounder, than I made in the model. It
looked very much like a Torpedo.
This encounter was in 1977, Easter Morning, time about 3.00-3.15. After about
20-30 minutes, of trying to figure out what it was, we got back into the car
and went further homewards! My buddies had some sleepless nights, but I had no
further problems, because I had seen already...a number of Disk crafts...etc;
I was more-or-less used to them, so to speak.

Edward, mos probable that you saw a normal plane.
Remember that many planes appear to be wingless when are looked from a lateral perspective.
My experience was better:
One morning a yellow light waked up me. I tough that I was sleeping in my bed.
But when I opened my eyes I was flying in the space with the planet earth down and a ufo above me!!!
I was inside of a type of pipe of corpuscular light that come from bellow the center of the flying saucer. I saw how the planet earth was becoming smaller and smaller.
When I approached to the flying saucer I saw 2 nordic person... a man and a woman waiting for me...the incredible of the incredibles
But lamentably I can't remember more because when I was at 1 meter from the center of the incredible flying saucer I lost my consciousness.

That's a really nice model you made . A great sighting account as well .
My sighting recently was just a cylinder ( a better word to describe , I suppose )which was like a metal or acrylic tube ( here's that word again) with no features or shape differences like your sighting .
I read all of your post ( unlike someone else who commented )which would indicate that it could not have been an airplane , unless the planes in the 70's could hover in one place like yours did . Let me do a quick search to find out ..... No , they couldn't .

Yes, it was certainly NO airplane!
Living in a region, where airplane traffic is immense, that fly over the city
I live in: One can surely Distinct them from a craft as the one I encountered
that night.

The sighting that I had was most likely a hyperblimp , a new advertising device . This video shows the unofficial version in a news feature , as a UFO .I won't post the company website which shows the device .

The two that I saw looked different ( one black and straight with no contour , and no tail , the other was bent ) , but I am satisfied that they were similar devices , probably made specially for police use .
