I have also heard there was a HAARP like device being installed in japan? This could have just been one of those rumors, however. Jones7c, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has always been in the black world development of technology. HAARP, as its name implies is a Research Project. If they are shutting down, their research is done and they DARPA/HAARP have what they need from a technology standpoint. Because of the publicity; the next one if built will be much more covert. To answer your question; this article doesn’t really tell us anything substantial regarding pulling the plug on HAARP. These organizations are doing what they do best; disinformation and deliberate deception. On the flip side; in technology advancement, this is a requirement when we have hostile and potentially hostile adversaries. Hopefully their Research identified the catastrophic affects of this technology. | ||

To this day there are some mysteries that I have personally experienced that I cannot find an adequate answers to nor a satisfactory explanation. These being my various UFO sightings over the years. Obviously it is a big deal to some but not a big deal to many in the know. The last UFO sighting I had was back in 2011 in Cairns Australia where from my mother's residence on the balcony some several days before the Cyclone Yasi hit I had witnessed an orb UFO doing crazy zapping here and there movements in the far South Westerly direction from a fare distance away from where I was. My mother's neighbour also saw it couple of days before. During the sighting a I had experienced a peculiar effect of a blurred vision whenever I tried to focus my eye on it and no it wasn't due to poor eye sight as I was able to focus clearly on other things around but had trouble focusing on that orb UFO. What was interesting about this sighting was that I was the intended audience and that I had on various occasions sent a thought message out onto the ether for something or someone to make such demonstration. This time I think it was to warn me to get the hell out of there before the cyclone Yasi hit which I did with my mother and her friend who I was visiting at the time. We managed to make it all the way down to Sarina just past Mackay. In regards to my other UFO sightings one major one that I had back in 7th of August, 2006 around 11:15am to 12:15pm, again this peculiar sighting also had some very mysterious features in that I was also the intended audience. Just before I was opening up the front gate to the business I was managing at the time I experienced a light tap on my forehead with a certain message that kinda said 'hey we are here so look up' which I instantly did and there over my head I saw many ORB UFOs hovering above what essentially was right on top of Melbourne city. Now various aspect I remember of this incident was that after I caught the attention of at least 6 other people around me there was a spectacular display of fireworks practically right above our heads along with what looked to be swarms of blue purple tinged orbs that appeared 2D also right in front and above our heads. There was also an orb or telemetry disc or probe that came right down to the building level near or in between the Sheraton and Westin hotel just hanging in the air for what seems like an eternity. I rang the emergency 000 police number but peculiarly nobody picked up the phone. Subsequent to this my friends who were in other parts of the city with many of their acquaintances and family also witnessed this sighting. From this UFO sighting I had experienced a head splitting headache for several days and the day after it I also observed another orb practically right on top of my observation point moving away from me as if they were checking me out again for some reason. Anyway the point that I was trying to get to was after experiencing such incidents over the years I've had many occasions where I would catch subconsciously driven thoughts that preempted certain events before they happened. A day before the Fukushima disaster I had warned people in the Yahoo forum under the section global warming under my nickname Bruce of an impending earthquake in Japan. Obviously it was a no brainer being Japan but the timing of it and various other similar occurrences have at least made me think whether certain UFO sighting that involve at least an impulse based exchange with it somehow heightens one's innate faculties. I mean these impulse based whispers within me where certain ideas just pop up out of nowhere which compels me to write about certain things only for it to have some relevance down the track is statistically improbable when considering the totality of my various experiences. No I am not blowing my own trumpet here nor assigning any specialness to my own person, I am just attempting to get some answers so that I can make some sense out of it. Even this post was prompted by certain impulse that may or may not have been self generated but came from elsewhere but whatever the case may be, may be it is leading towards another UFO sighting or a certain mysterious incident I don't know. Matt Lee, Thanks for sharing, if your impulses to post about your sightings are self-generated, it may be difficult to post about your experiences because there is no "UFO sighting" thread on this forum. What the reasoning is for that I have no idea, who knows, maybe there are other forums for this. A "UFO sighting" thread where we can post photographs would be cool. Either way, I hope you were aided by getting all this off your chest. There is the possibility that you saw: 1) extraterrestrial beamship piloted by someone from the Plejaren federation 2) extraterrestrial beamship piloted by one of the four races that observe us and are stationed here on Earth 3) present time Top Secret earth-based experimental craft that belongs to Russia, China, the US, England etc. 4) future Earth-based terrestrial time-travelling beamship (bio-organic future based) piloted by a future terrestrial Earth human. maybe your sightings were one of the four, or a combination of them all since you have had multiple sightings. Either way, spotting a UFO is a 10 out of 10 in coolness factor, and very interesting and mind-opening IMO. Reading your posting brings back some of the memories of me seeing a few UFO's, including one clear daytime sighting I had as I was driving down a lonely road, that sighting I felt as though me seeing the craft was the intended mission of the pilot. Whether this is true or not, or is just spectulation is a mystery though. But I had Billy Meier on my mind going down the road making cognitions, and I looked up and saw the craft for an extended period of time! I have seen a similar "antenna" to the one this craft had, in some of Billy's photographs of the newer Plejeran beamships... Either way, members of this forum have seen UFO's, know they are real (knowledge), and have experiences similar to yours that no government can cover-up, or deny; I am going to have to buy Billy's Photo-Inventarium book soon so I can see for myself the 617 photos of Plejaren beamships. I already own the older German photo book and the out-of-print English "through space and time" (collectors item) hard copy book (mint condition)! I am also a pamphlet and Gratisschrift geek, what can I say? like a race of dwarves, they are small, but mighty and profound! It was decided by the moderators, that the section wasn’t really serving any real purpose, and was detracting from the real mission which was the Spiritual Teachings. Perhaps if there is a real interest and members can somehow connect their posts to FIGU, we could consider opening it up again. Scott, I can see the reasoning behind the decision now. Thanks for the information. In my opinion it would be difficult to tie in our poster's UFO sightings to FIGU, since we have no present day verification system to be able to tell who exactly these craft belong to, just my .02 cents.: so maybe, like you decided those years ago, it's better to focus on the spiritual teaching for now. Yeah Corey what you said crossed my mind over the years and even future earth humans but what I could not dismiss was the fact that the pyrotechnic display of flare like demonstration, the 2D looking orbs like flock of birds right in front and top of our vantage point then suddenly disappearing, police not picking up my phone, the headaches for several days and other oddities and then all these occasions where I would have these impulsations where I would pick up and write about them only for it to have a very strong relevance to events coming up in the future has me perplexed even today. Just roughly 5 hours ago I had observed either a satellite or a UFO orb but before this observation I sent an honest request out there somewhere for them to be appear to me once again and lo and behold there they were. The first orb or satellite appeared quite low but traveled in a straight trajectory but the light was very solid. I asked again and waited and a second one flying from South to Northerly direction appeared in my view so I asked it to blink and at that moment it blinked and gave me another one for good measure. I followed it with my eyes until it disappeared but it didn't blink again so that was odd considering that satellites blink in a consistent pulse at regular rhythm instead of just twice. As you may have realised I rarely talk about UFOs and we all know why most FIGU supporters don't and I don't want to make this conversation obsessing about it as there is no point but I just wanted to highlight how peculiar events in my life had unfolded after these sightings which was the more interesting factor. From time to time I get these oppressive feelings and the last one was when I took the subway and I felt there was going to be some accident and a couple of days later Seoul had a train collision. 4 days before passenger ship 'Sewol' sank at Jindo I had this subconscious urging to include 'you are having to depend on people shockingly dying from a scandal for some progress from the masses being moved and outraged now and then' as part of a reply to Hunter under the environment section I think. Before that when I was in China I was gripped by an intense anger for most of the morning that I had difficulties controlling and I said to my friend 'Whenever I feel like this something bad happens such as an earthquake or natural disaster'. Anyway as soon as we got back to our hotel and turned on the TV the news came up that 6 point something Richter scale earthquake struck China. There were many other incidents but one another notable incident took place back in 2005 when I was invited to a friend's baby son's first birthday celebration but again this oppressive feeling had overcome me to the point where I outright refused to go even when other friends came over my apartment to beg. I ended up going but on my way back with my wife in a taxi after we had dropped off some friends only minutes before we had a massive car accident My wife was sitting at the front and I was of all places right smack bang in the middle of the back seat for some peculiar reason. Another taxi had slammed into the front left side of the taxi we were in and had the driver of our taxi been a split second quicker I am sure that my wife would've either been killed or she would've sustained critical injuries. We were lucky very lucky but my whole point being there is something to it that I just cannot explain Billy talks about the various things in the article about the supposed 'supernatural' and 'the occult forces of meditation' and 'the might of thoughts' and so on and I guess one can use them as a good reference for understanding the paranormal but my question being 'does UFO related sightings or from a genuine observation of ET UFOs and some interaction of one kind or another, do people gain certain heightened abilities or at the very least improved faculties as a result of that exchange'. One incident I had was in front of the home of a good friend and his family. We were standing there talking as I was about to leave. Above us we noticed these round metallic bottoms high up in the sky. I noted that there were other crafts and then the children began to spot others. We then observed them performing maneuvers that one would expect only from beamships. Someone from FIGU had taken his parents on vacation and upon developing the photographs he took, he noticed the beamship. Billy confirmed the craft with Ptaah who had pointed out that it was a Druan craft. I sent my friend a copy of the photo and asked him if this was what we were looking at in front of his home. He confirmed it was and was very curious how I had gotten a copy of the photo. I forget the contact report but, Ptaah had said something about the various types of "contact" and that Billy should not be the only one who relates to the world regarding actual contact with extraterrestrial visitations to Earth. Talking about UFO sightings is one thing, producing clear pictures and or films is another but then the 100K attachment limit would defeat both of those avenues for presenting evidence though off course it's possible to upload and store images somewhere then provide links. However ..... words coming from people's mouths claiming this or that are one thing whilst pictures are another ..... something which makes Billy Meier stand apart from the rest. However still it's interesting to read members experiences. If this forum devotes itself exclusively to things Billy Meier or the spiritual teachings that in my view is a rather narrow focus hardly conducive towards attracting interested persons who might start out with a curiosity about UFO's then graduate towards the more serious material. But i think Figu might do better on the PR front if it at least partially caters to peoples curiosities by providing a mixture of various material - evidence so newcomers can gradually become drawn towards the serious stuff which is pretty daunting for those with a minimal exposure to the concepts on offer. So for those who frown on pictures of lights in the sky ..... I think Justsayno put it rather succinctly by stating that if Billy hadn't wasted his life away taking pictures and films ..... you wouldn't have any to look at today  Cheers. | ||

Hi Eddie I guess given what we know through Billy these unusual events seem not to be all that big of a deal to us nor do we in this group actually harp on about it due to our disdain for the UFO lights in the sky cottage industry lest we begin to sound like one of them but my thoughts have kinda changed recently in that I do appreciate if any members here share their unique experiences. I am also of the view that UFO phenomena is a stepping stone for eventually reaching the Billy Meier's spiritual teachings kinda like the cart before the horse thing. So yes I wouldn't mind if all members here to share their stories which I am sure that everyone has something to say about for certain Its never a shameful thing to do seeing as the Plejaren could never have reached earth nor could our distant ancestors if they didn't have some type of UFO flying device so yes flying UFO craft, airplane or beamship should have its own unique place in earth history instead of simply being dismissed just because the spiritual teachings are the holy grail of it all as we all know this but lets not forget that somehow somewhere at sometime our curiosity was peeked because we have experienced the unusual extraordinary experience that have sown the initial seed for us to finally arrive at the ultimate truth. So everything in between also counts in my opinion. | ||

Scott’s position is understood about the section on UFO’s becoming miscellaneous sightings from all over the world; however, Ramirez and Justsayno have a valid point; if Billy hadn’t taken hundreds of spaceship (UFO/IFO) photos, where would we be today? The ET’s vehicles are an integral part of the entire teaching which helps us understand their technology, time travel, dimensional travel and etc., which can only be accomplished with learned spiritual awareness of evolution which is an infinitely variable development of learning and cognition as well as of the acquisition of true love, knowledge and wisdom. | ||

Hi all It's nothing new but there is a mad craze going on this country and maybe it's not an isolated case to this country alone. Although I used to have pets a long time ago I am not that much into pets yet in this country just as probably in many other countries on this earth household pets are treated so much better than human beings and every cat and dog has one these days. It's a telling sign and a sure sign that something is amiss here. Just from the Plejaren warnings alone, for health reasons pet shouldn't be kept at home but people's infatuation with them leaves no doubt that pets are treated like part of the family and must be afforded the same luxuries available to other family members. Although dogs are man's best friend how did it come to be that humans have lost all credibility with one another so much so that they prefer the company of the lesser species of the animal kingdom than their own kind. How have people treated each other up to now to the point where they have become so sick and tired of one another and would rather stay right away from them. Its not normal but what is these days anyway where trust in human beings are at an all time low that disenfranchisement and cynicism have set in which is the new abnormal norm. What to do? Well just as the Plejaren warned about we as a collective will collectively suffer all kinds of ailments and diseases arising from pet love rather than human love until at such time that we relearn to become our fellow human's best friend again by delearning to be the source of heartache and pain that is the source of so much disorder and chaos happening in our times. There is a science fiction movie out called “Assimilation” with Johnny Dept (Dr. Will Caster) and Rebecca Hall (Evelyn), Dr. Caster’s wife. I noticed many one liners that relate to the “Teachings”. Basic plot: Dr. Caster is a scientist motivated by curiosity about the nature of the universe. However, there is an environmental extremist group that is against all technology development called R.I.F.T. (Revolutionary Independence From Technology). This is an interesting movie about software design, computer programming and scientific development. One particular line segment of many that caught my attention was during a symposium, an audience member that appeared to not like scientific development asked Dr. Caster; “are you trying to create a God?” Dr. Caster’s response; “interesting question; isn’t that what all people do?” There is no hint of religion in this movie Assimilation; it’s about technology development and R.I.F.T. that prefers to keep humans in the Stone Age, so to speak. On a scale of 1 – 10, I’d give it an 8. | ||

Regarding the Contact Report 106, 1978; Billy Meier’s time travel with the Plejaren to the future San Francisco earthquake and the similar looking painting that was published in Geo magazine: Quetzal: 51. However, under the circumstances it is likely better, if I take the photographs, as well as also the negatives of the film, in order to protect you from further attacks. There are several things going on here; 1. Billy Meier had taken 11 actual photos of the future San Francisco earthquake. The fact that Billy had these pictures which was made semi public; meant that certain factions would do anything to get them. 2. Real first generation pictures could very well identify the exact date of the earthquake with detailed examination of the photographs. 3. The Plejaren took the photos away from Billy because something in those photos identified the exact date of occurrence. 4. The Plejaren will not reveal future events because this in itself can have a cause-&-affect that is not to the benefit of humankind. 5. The Plejaren allowed the painting of the SF earthquake through impulses because it will not show all the details identifying the date of occurrence, but reinforces the fact. 6. Aside from the automobiles without side mirrors and very high windshields up into the near mid roof section is only one small indicator. The company of my employment has a department that can perform reverse engineering on almost anything including photographs, which would revolve around the events in a photo. For instance, let’s take the SF photos; shadows, among other indicators determine the month of the year. If the moon, other planets, stars etc., are evident, it will determine the year of the photo. The City of SF and other future business project development plans now depicted and completed in the future photo can also identify the exact year and the month when the photo was taken, which provides a cross check analysis; other details will identify events to within days, maybe hours of when that photo was taken. This doesn’t cover other items such as newspapers with dates; documents in office buildings with dates; dates on license plates and plate renewal stickers; wardrobe designs based on today’s plans for the future; etc, etc. . . . If the painting is any indication; those photos were a wealth of information.  | ||
