The question is rightfully asked, how does one go about sharing the creational laws and recommendations and to what extend should we do so? And not just with regard to overpopulation but for all truth and without falling into the trap of proselytizing? Thankfully, Billy provides some guidelines in "The Way To Live":

The wise one always strives to further develop the good and positive characteristics of the fellow human beings and to bring them closer to the highest possible relative-absolute-fulfilment, while he/she looks to extinguish the bad characteristics through decisive instructions. An unwise one acts exactly in opposition to this logicalness of the further development.

Every single human being is urged to follow the creational-natural laws and recommendations and to live righteously as well as decently, and, in this form, to constantly admonish himself/herself
and the human being next to him/her to go to the truth, and to skillfully lead himself/herself and the next human being, so that none degrade themselves.

Achim Wolf of FIGU-Landesgruppe Deutschland, who has written many articles appearing in FIGU Bulletins, has also written further clarifications to the passages above. To accept and represent the truth means to stand up for it when confronted with incidents, speeches, events, etc. that require an opinion. Then it is imperative to describe the truth in appropriate words and to represent it to other people. In doing so, the person who defends the truth should pay attention to the right measure of words and say neither too much nor too little. They must choose their words wisely, which requires clear, deliberate and calm thoughts and a concentrated mindset before proceeding.
Being happy to be hated for the sake of the truth does not mean that people should provoke their fellow human beings without need and insist on their 'truth' or even 'missionize' them. Here, too, it always depends on what you say, how you say it and to whom you say something under what circumstances. This requires the necessary intuition for choosing the right thoughts, feelings and the resulting words. If it is necessary to express the truth clearly and precisely and if the commandments of decency are observed, then it is up to the addressee to determine how he/she responds, picks up the words and processes them.
If the other person feels induced to build up hatred because he does not like the truth, then the truth speaker should not allow himself to be negatively influenced by it. He should take note of the hostility or hatred as neutrally as possible, without getting involved in it in any way mentally, emotionally or with his feelings; otherwise, he/she would make the hatred their own and reflect it on the adversary, which would harm both themself and the adversary. Those who prudently and sensibly represent the truth and are hostile for it need not feel guilty about it. If attacks are carried out on a person in this context, then they should practice neutrality and let the attacks slip away before they can penetrate inside them. In this way, they effectively protect themself and represent the truth without being harmed.
