Gday Figu Folks
I often do Symbol meditations, everything is a symbol but my fav symbols are Shopfung Energy Symbols and a flame or sun.
Out of the Shopfung Energie Symbols i mostly do The Peace Symbol and/or Knowledge,Wisdom,Love Symbols.
The Sun Symbol represents my/Creations Shopfung Energie, when i do symbols i also visualise my sun on or next to a symbol seeking Knowledge/Widom/Love. Or i look at a symbol and visualise my/Creations Shopfung Energie as its easier.
The Peace Symbol is very interesting how the 2 circles turn into 4 and move left and right and fade in or out as you go deeper into meditation.
I had symbols printed on canvas,metal and plastic. The metal (Aluminium/Baked paint) prints will last eons under the right circumstances i reckon and dont cost much more. The canvas print stands up on its own as its a half inch wide, i put it on a shelf at the same height as my head whilst standing up and visualise i am coated in light or light feathers eheh, it seems to have greater effect. The prints are 8 or 10 inches square but i had one print done on metal more than half a metre and have it in the living room. It brightens my life.
The symbols mentioned are on futureofmankind.co.uk and i cant tell you the joy and amazement i get from The Symbols Book and i reckon its a Must Have Book for many reasons.
If your learning to visualise but are having issues i think its a good idea to do the candle meditation whilst saying SUN and learn to visualise a sun by practising. Also ask your Shopfung Energie for what you want e.g. to brighten Your Senses or vision or make it so you can visualise.
In The Symbols book are symbols for different senses among Many other things as its a Big Book, so i do meditations using them too. Visualise my Shopfung Energie looking at the Symbols seeking Knowledge Wisdom, Love. Or my light on the symbol/s. There is a symbol i Really Like For Storage Banks! eheh.......
Some symbols (that are complex) i am learning to visualise i take a photo and sit under a light and reflect the light on it, i have a look at it then visualise that. The light represents Shopfung Energie.
The word Energie is pronouced like carnegie.
I do meditations like this anytime even when driving or talking to people etc with eyes open, many times a day, my visualising is very good from doing it often, The Love Symbol and Peace symbol i printed on A4 paper and laminated, i put them in my car on the back seat under the rear window so people can see them, doing it that way i can also see their reflection in my rear window (when i look in my rear view mirror) as they are not stuck on the glass but are resting on the dash behind the back seat (with a bit of tape holding them in place), after a while seeing these symbols so often its easy for me to visualise them.
I havnt seen the Love Symbol on futureofmankind but it is on zazzle.com
it makes me smile and feel good, Zazzle have symbols printed, even posters etc... if that is easier for you.

p.s. if you cant afford prints i am sure its ok to download the images to print, get the biggest image to print so as to avoid pixelation.

Have you got Billy's Meditation book? Is it hard and much work to study? I ask this because Billy said below with the purpose of that book. That's what stopped me getting that book and is the only Meier English book I don't have.

The Introduction To Meditation is a Very important component of The Teaching i reckon. Especially when you learn to have visions,it will keep you sane and teaches you what not to do that is harmful.
As for meditation being difficult to learn i think its like anything worth learning it just takes practice, and knowing/confident you can master meditation with regular practice. Preferably daily for 20 mins, as Billy says there is no excuse unless you worked long hours.
Billy also explains some powerful ways of being in meditation by using your work as meditation.
I also learnt from The Teaching to notice Die Shopfungs Love in all things, and my evolution is in front of me right at this and every moment.
Die Shopfungs Love makes me strong in any way i want, i can control myself better now, this makes a snowball effect as i realise these things, when i see a tree or a cat or a person etc... i can now sense The Love, when people start doing this its life changing, the selfishness vanishes and so does hate, vanity etc.. When i realise my evolution is before me i am patient and dont have haste, i drive calmly even if i seem to be late for an appointment, as i can never truly be late if i meditated, i will arrive when i am meant to arrive, its my evolution. These benefits help with meditation too.
I ask my Shopfung Energie to make it so i have rapid evolution and i eliminate wrong impulsations that appear.
Page 154 and 156 has something for the meditation beginner:
(I only want the creational and nothing else.
I want to give myself over to the creational, and because my will wants this, it cannot be otherwise for me than i will truly meet the creational.
I only want this and i only do this. I will never insist only on my own time or wise, and i will make an effort to knowingly perceive, comprehend and logically follow the creational and to assimilate it.

I will do everything for the creational in me and to recognise the creational in me. Whatever may happen, i will always live according to my striving and continue with my giving of myself. I do this with the confidence that i succeed in this.)
When you get the book read that meditation in German too.
Meditation is a lifelong thing to do, it takes 7 or 8 years to be good at it but that goes quickly if not thinking about time. Also read pages 156 to 164 in regards to work/meditation

I can do basic daily meditation that I learned from Billy's other books - The pysche and MOTT. Does the meditation book have deeper studies/info on meditation? That's what I really meant before. If not, then what is Billy on about saying the meditation book is hard? |

I am going to do a series of posts on meditations and things i do when under psi attack.
The OK hand sign should be used before and after meditation (beforehand until you are neutral, The OK Sign causes a short circuit in any meditation, i often see it used during a meditation but that is incorect.
You can also use the OK hand sign during a psi attack every now and then when u get the urge, i have mentioned that before and have made some important advancements.

Tin foil Hat!!

I did try a tin foil hat, no good but it does serve a purpose, if you start geting psy attack make a tin foil hat and try it on if things get bad, if your skullcap burns, hurts its deep state using computer weapons against you, dont use the tin foil hat after that, what u do is get a real leather cap/hat, get 10 of the magnets and attach them at the back of the hat, i will post a pic of the best hat/setup, i glue fridge magnets under the hat and then copper bbq mat over the fridge magnets, confuses the computer weapon, its skin (leather) then magnets, then copper, the energy cant work with all that. Tin foil just magnifies it.
30cm by 30cm tin foil next to your bed, or next to you in meditation is a good idea, if you hear what sounds like rain on the foil its a computer weapon, put on a leather hat as i describe in this post, i will post pics asap, its a VITAL component in your defense.

This post can affect your meditation among other things for many lives to come.
How we live n die in this life affects the next.
Our skeleton is an important factor in this, as it absorbs fluidal energies over our Whole Lifetime and then in the next live/s it affects that life via vibration.
We know a little about the power of crystals to store information/energy and our skeleton is also crystalline.
Our entire Bone Structure is a crystal structure of Piezoelectric Capacities.
The reason i bring this up is the Standard Western diet is highly likely to affect our bones (among other things) in a Very negative way.
Vitamin k2 regulates calcium in our body, k2 moves calcium from the wrong place (arteries for example) to the correct place (bones), i think its important to look into how this works

and Vitamin k2 foods.
If you decide to take k2 supplements its recommended to take it with D3.
I also think coral calcium is needed too. The calcium supplements commonly sold are not as bio available, the body has a hard time converting it to usable calcium.

When i die i will be buried in a small town cemetary, in the desert, non flood area.

That's a wise decision choosing to be buried in a small town cemetery. Suburban cemeteries cannot be trusted of redevelopment in the future. If/when they do, they will likely cremate all the bodies they take out. Who's going to complain to stop them if they do it in 50 years when all the children of the dead are also dead? |
